This is my go to mechanic! Very good customer service And they do great work very efficient! Henry is very knowledgeable and his team does great work! I highly recommend!

2 stars because of the competitive CORPORATE PRICES. ZERO stars for everything else. NEGATIVE stars for the sleeze bag manager that runs this place.From the moment I took my car here to get new tires I was continuously "upselled" to death. Your car needs this, your car needs that. I Decided to give them another chance and took my car in for an oil change because of the ongoing full synthetic coupon. I got there and was told by the manager that they can't honor the coupon because my hybrid toyota requires a "special oil filter" (LOL ridiculous). He will have to charge me full price. I also cant wait for the car because he's backed up and would have to leave it and come back for it. I asked for a time and was told "I dont know" (LOL).Long story short, I took my car to the studio city location. Coupon was honored with ZERO issues. Told them about the whole "special oil filter" the other location was saying and the manager laughed and just shook his head in disbelief. In and out within 30mins with ZERO pressure and no upselling.I feel sorry for the people that continue to take their cars here. If you're reading this review do yourselves a favor and take your car to the studio city location instead. Customer service is 10000X better and you don't get harassed to purchase unnecessary services you dont need.

Got four new tires, an alignment, oil change and brake flush for less than I expected, so that was a pleasant surprise and releif. Excellent services, both friendly and fast. I rarely leave reviews but I'm happy to get the word out about this business. Will be going back and recommending to all.

Hanry (not Henry I think) is very honest and hard-working. He went above and beyond to give best service, figured out the problem and economically repaired it! thank you thank you sir .(Old Civic Brake system/Master Cylinder)

GO HERE FOR SERVICE! I came in for a flat tire. They were quick, respectful, and offered great service. I am so thankful for them. Now our car is ready for our trip to SD! Thank you all again for the service.

They took me on a Sunday without an appointment to check my tire pressure and do an oil change. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Smooth and easy process. Decent price. Honest mechanics..

Henry is an absolute gem of a human being - honest to a fault and experienced beyond measure. This place is incredible. I was in a total bind. American Tire Depot wanted an arm and leg. I called Henry at Discount Tire and he fixed my tire with zero hassles and an integrity that is at a premium in this day and age. This is now my new tire shop and I can't recommend Henry and the crew enough.

Showed up with 4 mechanics standing with their hands in their pockets, 2 open bays and the guy tells me they're too busy and to come in 2 days for a tire balance. I'll go somewhere else.

Already reviewed on yelp, and wanted to do it here too. My tire was flat and I had two young boys in the car with me. Not only were we in and out in 15 mins and they were able to repair the tire but it was so cheap and reasonable, and they were really sweet to my boys. Highly recommend

This shop provides best prices and they are very knowledgeable. I have been a customer for years and 100% trust them doing the best job. If you want honest and reliable service, this is your auto shop.

Charged $110 for an alignment that they couldn't even do correctly. They can't be trusted with servicing a German car charging that much and still fudging the work. Had to go to another mechanic to fix the issue AT HALF the cost. Negligent workmanship, especially on a car, potentially leads to mechanical failure resulting in accident, injury, or death. They are however open on Sunday and readily had Michelin sport tires, but I won't waste time there again.

Henry met me as soon as pulled my car in! He assessed the problem and gave me my quote right away! These guys had me up and going within 30 minutes! I can't say enough! Great price too!

Called about my low tire pressure indicator. The man on the phone was a little gruff, but I went in since they're in my neighborhood. SO glad that I did. Tested/filled all my tires right away - no charge. They recommended that I check the pressure once a month and offered to do it for me there. Very helpful, and more friendly in person!

I had a great experience at discount tire. They have quick and efficient service. I went to change my tire and they had the job done immediately. I would definitely recommend going to discount tire.

Did a nice mount and balance for me on some new wheels and tires. Caring and careful. When the balance did not look great, they removed and re-clocked the tire to reduce the amount of weight needed. thanks!

Sold my a faulty tire, was not able to replace after 2 weeks.Tightened lug nuts was past specifications on all 4 tires. So much so that it required special tools to loosen.

My husband just ran over a nail, so we went in just as they were closing up. They helped us out (luckily it only went in the tread), checked the air in our tires and it was all done in a matter of minutes! Thank you so much!

they had a buy 2 get 2 free deal. so i went in to get this, first he tells me that deal isn't fore my size tire (even though it says all ties as long as in stock)....then he found a closer size that would work, and told me it would be over $400 for 4 lowest grade tires with 2 of them free. i walked, and he came out and said he could do $350....i reluctantly said ok....he put the crappiest toes possible on my car, and after done online research, i could have gotten the same 4 tires put on at Walmart for $256......in the end they take advantage and are jerks

I always go to Discount Tire in Long Beach because they give great service and good deals. Went to this one and customer service was not so great so just had my car towed to Long Beach to get it taken care of.

Get er done and very service oriented. I paid for something that I didn't need to and when my wife found it they were totally cool about it and just recredited my card. The tires rule!! : )
