My partner and I had such a smooth sailing and pleasant experience purchasing our 1st BMW at Sherman Oaks with Darya. She was down to earth, genuine and so authentic with her attitude and opinions as she assisted us with no hassles whatsoever. She catered to us over the weekend during a busy time on site, and followed up with us promptly. We felt so assured with our purchase and she made sure we were taken care of from start to finish, including follow up appointments which we have already got in process. Couldn t be happier with our purchase and we are loving our new car! We really enjoyed dealing with Ali in finance as well- super charismatic and such a gentleman. Smooth sailing!

I have had a couple of BMWs in the past and I had the same service advisor, Brian D. I just got a BMW (definitely not from BMW of Sherman Oaks) and brought in in to check on a possible issue. I was really pleased to find that Brian was still there. He was, and still is, patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I know the car is in good hands.

There are reasons they have a 2.9 on Yelp.I took my car for a service and they told me I needed all these things that were not broken. I then took to another BMW dealer and they didn't find any of the same problems. These service people are scammers as they make more on the more you spend.

Kristina Marx has been my service advisor since 2016, she recently moved to Sherman Oaks BMW and as a client of here s for 8 years I ve followed her to her new place of employment. I cannot say enough positive things about BMW Sherman Oaks. Heidi was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She ensured I knew exactly what was needed to be done and how much it would cost. Staff a very professional all the way from the guys at the drop off bay to the final cashier, I like the care.My service adviser Dennis was so awesome. I have 2006 BMW 325i but he handled me with respect and integrity. Called and told me what i need to fix the car make it better without rushing me in anything plus giving me a discount, awesome it made me feel really comfortable and happy. Jesse was exceptional, as always. He treats every customer like he truly cares about them. His service is always so professional and kind. He is not only professional but also personable in that he is able to explain all complicated terms in simple ways that are easy to understand for someone without extensive car knowledge. I am grateful for servicemen like Jesse who make my experience with BMW so much more enjoyable!

Best service, people there are amazing , very friendly and Jesse is on point when it comes to help you with your car problem. I highly recommend BMW of Sherman Oaks. Service Advisor Jesse Colon made the whole process of getting my car serviced a breeze. They did everything they said they would and more. And great communication throughout the process. I've been to other dealerships and have never had a better experience. I had called the service department and the wait to talk to someone was very long. I was having issues starting my car. Finally I was able to talk to someone and they were trying to give me an appointment the following week the girl who took the call didn't seem considerate towards my concern & I wasn't going to waste more time and argue with her , I had to do a walk in , I couldn't wait a week for my car to get fixed. My car was towed to the service department . I understand it's busy but they can at least greet you and let you know someone will be helping you soon every time I go for my maintenance you have to be looking for someone to help you, I had to go out of my way and look for someone to help me that day, I approached Carlos and he helped me as soon as he was done with his client . If I never asked anyone to help me I would probably still be waiting. The girls are having their own personal conversations or goofing around from what I saw and they don't guide you or ask you what you need. He made the process so easy and comfortable for me I got my rental and my car was ready in less than 2 days . He is the only reason I give it a 5 star Thank you again Carlos.

I am about to lease my 3rd car from them. Anytime I have gone there for service it s been easy and efficient. I ve never had problems. This particular time Carmela was an angel! I came in with a flat tire after hitting a huge pothole, it was the same tire I had just replaced 3 weeks prior, and not only was she able to get me a huge discount but she made it happen in about an hour!Service: Tires
