KEYES Sherman Oaks BMWI would have given them no stars if I could. I went in for service and they told me I had a bubble in my right front tire. I was relieved and I was driving to Las Vegas that Sunday.. After hours of waiting they said a new tire was installed.I drove the car and the next day (Saturday) I noticed the tire was low. Luckily I went to a gas station on Sunday and filled the tire with air ( seven pounds down. I noticed that the wheel the tire was removed from had been scratched up by the dealer.When I returned home I took the car to Bob Smith BMW to have the wheel fixed. They told me that Keyes had definitely scratched the wheel and there was a bubble in tire as well.THE IDIOTS AT KEYES PUT THE SAME TIRE BACK ON and there I was driving at 75-80 mph with my life at risk.

Amazing service from everyone at the dealer especially Elias. He was so kind and hospitable that did not hesitate to bring 2 cars to test drive. I will definitely be back to make a purchase with him.

I don t know where to begin. The entire experience was wonderful. I especially want to thank Brenda for making this happen for me! Brenda is an asset here. I do not live local, yet there was no conflict or nuisance with attempting to purchase a vehicle. Brenda was able to get me approved for a deal on a BMW x2. I was attempting to finance an x2 elsewhere and came across a vehicle here. Even though it sold, she offered me the same vehicle and honestly I loved it even more! Even though I was not able to go to the dealership that same day, Brenda was able to work with me. She made sure the vehicle was secured and ready for me the day I was able to go in. Her professionalism is honesty remarkable. I unfortunately could not make the set time frames or appointments I had scheduled due to distance and Uber cancellations, but Brenda remained patient. I truly appreciate that she went out of her way and had everything ready for me. The car was detailed and gorgeous. Even upon arrival at dealership, the atmosphere is amazing. Elias had a great conversation with me, as well as offered snacks/beverages. He later went on a test drive with me, showing me all of the car features in detail -which I am so grateful for! He even took the time to help me set up the Apple CarPlay when I was leaving(thank you Elias!). I want to thank Adela in financing for the great deal and extra warranty, you are truly amazing! Thank you for making this happen for me. I had a remarkable experience and will refer friends, family and colleagues looking for a quality vehicle.

Thank you so much, everyone, for taking such good care of me and providing me with the best deal ever. After speaking with Bernard, he recommended that I talk to Ross, the General Sales Manager. Ross helped me out and offered me the deal of a lifetime on my brand-new 2024 BMW M4 drive Competition Convertible. While Dan assisted me in placing the order for my car, ensuring it was built exactly as I wanted at the factory, I patiently waited for 2 months and 2 weeks for it to arrive at the dealership. Once it was ready, I visited Bernard, who kindly demonstrated all the car's features and gave me a thorough dealership tour in a highly professional manner. He then introduced me to Emil, the Finance Manager, who efficiently handled the paperwork. The signing process took just 10 minutes, and after that, I was headed to the delivery area. Now, I'm driving my dream car, all thanks to these four amazing individuals. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to visit them at BMW of Sherman Oaks.

I m updating my feedback of the service department at Sherman Oaks because of something that happened this year. end of last year, November 2023 I was juggling some medical issues and what not and was unable to get down to the dealership so I had to see if the issue was with my car was could ve been a computer problem. I wanted to see if I could try things on my own for making arrangements to go to the dealership with the car because the warnings I was getting was related to the braking systemAfter several phone calls to the service department and left a message for the service manager. I didn t get one phone call back. End of the day, If I had to bring my car in for to be taken care of I would ve made arrangements to do that. If it was a case of how you do the reset on your own first, I would happily done that as well.I m not sure what happened to the dealership or this team, but I m not very happy about it and since the management doesn t really want to call me back and talk about it, I m gonna seriously consider other dealerships in the future for any of my service needs. I never argued with anybody. I never got into a debate. I never caused an issue. I just wanted a simple phone call back and I couldn t get that.

This dealership failed to return my calls Twice over Valentine s to ask a very simple question related to my insurance policy. After finally making an appointment after going in person, upon arrival they could not find my appointment #, seemed very disorganized among employees there. All for them to tell me my question is actually at my fault and BMW has no fix at all. Piece of work, only reason it isn t a 1 star because of the forced smiles these workers have when telling you wasted everyone s time involved.

Excellent service from my advisor (Darya).She was on top of everything.Didn t make me wait too long like other dealerships do.She made sure I was taking care of at all time I was there.Already sent her couple of clients and they told me she is amazing and knows a lot about her business and is very professional, even though she s very young.Would definitely recommend more clients to her.Thank youNancy

Great experience. My service advisor Carlos is extremely helpful. Like Carlos many of the other staff members have a friendly demeanor which makes the experience much more relaxing. They are very mindful of your time and will update you incase your pickup is delayed.

I left a review about my sales experience with Naz and Ali on yelp, which was great and easy but I wanted to also to write one for Marcus and his assistant Martin.I bought a used car so I m well aware it s not going to be perfect but the hood was repainted prior to them receiving the car and it wasn t up to my standard.Marcus the used cars sales manager quickly jumped in and made it right without any question.When I brought the car in I was helped by Martin and between the both of them I had a great experience. They are both truly customer service oriented people. Great communication and happy to help to me out and more.If you are looking for a BMW I don t know if I would ever go anywhere else. Great team here.

What Wonderful experience! A few weeks ago my son was looking to lease a BMW. We met with George he was very helpful and patient with us, we did get there near closing, however, we did not feel rushed. George was very pleasant and helpful. Also the finance manager she was so awesome! I felt the great energy from them and they were also happy to get my son into the BMW he wanted. Thank you!

Worst service department. Don't believe me, just wait until you have to deal with them to get something done where they can not charge you , and is under warranty. See how that sweet attitude you got when buying a car changes. Enjoy

First of all, I just want to say that, I am so happy that I decided to come to Sherman Oaks BMW for my first vehicle. When I called them, a salesman answered with a very friendly greeting. I told him I was looking to trade in my Honda civic for a BMW X1 either new or used with low miles. He was more than happy to help me, and located the only one they had on the lot.I came by after work, saw the vehicle and test drove it with Alex, whilst chatting away about life as he was very friendly. I could tell he loved his job and wanted to make me feel as comfortable as possible when it came to buying my first car. When we went in the dealership to talk numbers, he gave me my trade in value and options to buy the car and no baloney or dancing around the questions that I had. He was 100% honest about everything with me. I did my research before coming in to the dealership, so this guy could tell that i knew exactly what I wanted. I just couldn't decide if i wanted to pay cash or do financing. I walked away from the dealership that day, but promised to be back.When I came back with my mom to make my purchase, it was an ABSOLUTE breeze. I was so nervous the whole time but could tell I was in AMAZING hands. Everyone, and I do mean everyone was very friendly up until the very end.Ask for Alex when you come to BMW Sherman Oaks!! He truly was the best! Thank you so much BMW of Sherman Oaks for making my dream car a reality!

Our 5 series BMW with 42,000 miles broke down near this dealer.We had the car towed to assess for repairs. We were told that we needed to repair a fuel injection problem, and they tacked on some other potential repairs, but not related to why the car failed.We had them repair the fuel injection problem, and a few days later my husband picked up the car and paid them.We do not live in the valley, and as he was driving over the hill to the west side, the car failed in exactly the way it failed when we brought it in to BMW of Sherman Oaks. Basically, the $1500 plus repair lasted 5 miles.My husband left a message for his contact at the repair shop and never received a response.The car was not drivable, and we certainly weren t going to have it towed all the way to the valley. We decided to use a repair business proximate to where we live to assess the car. We had the car towed to them.This local repair shop explained to us, that BMW of Sherman Oaks either never repaired our car, placed in faulty parts, or only did a partial job.I looked at a number of reviews of the repair shop at BMW of Sherman Oaks, and there were many reviews stating that people kept returning because their car still did not work and they were up sold more and more supposedly needed repairs.We are senior citizens, and not proximate to BMW of Sherman Oaks so we did not intend to continuously bring our car back. Additionally, the car is still not drivable.After I completed a yelp review, I was given the name of a repair manager. I contacted him and he stated that the expectation was that we would keep bringing the car back to them over and over until they got it right. That s completely unacceptable and we want for reimbursement. We brought them a car that stopped working, and after they fixed it, we still had a car that s not working.BMW of Sherman Oaks will take no responsibility for never repairing our car and charging us almost $1600.We are currently disputing the charges with our credit card company, and if that doesn t work, we will take further measures.Do not use this dealership particularly never allow them to repair your car and never accept a used car certified by them because they clearly are incapable of repairing a car and they expect the owner to keep returning until they get it right.This is their opportunity to up charge you and wear you down.This is by far the worst experience we have ever had with any car repair service over the last 50 years.

Outstanding customer service from beginning with Dan who was warm, friendly, welcoming a breath of fresh air, and with Elizabeth a true tech genius with awesome setup and education about this truly complex new generation 7 series. Finally the manager/financial advisor Ali that was incredible and left with a great deal and all the warranties I wanted, at a great price. I feel that I was treated like family at BMW of Sherman Oaks and I have bought 5 BMW s in the past this was the best experience yet!

I recently had a disappointing experience with BMW of Sherman Oaks, which I feel compelled to share to help others make informed decisions. After processing a claim with this dealership and fulfilling my payment obligations, I was surprised to find they disputed my payment, claiming it was never made. This situation is not only frustrating but also reflects a pattern I've come to notice, not unique to this dealership but seemingly prevalent in the industry.Upon discussing my situation with friends and acquaintances, it became evident that BMW of Sherman Oaks has a reputation that aligns with my experience. Several people I spoke to recounted instances of questionable practices. For example, a relative of mine purchased a vehicle from them, only to discover later that an additional warranty had been added to her contract without her explicit consent or knowledge.Such practices, intentionally or not, sow distrust and dissatisfaction. I had hoped for a straightforward and transparent dealing, especially given the dealership's association with a reputable brand like BMW. However, the lack of clear communication, transparency, and what seems to be a disregard for customer satisfaction has led me to advise caution.To anyone considering doing business with BMW of Sherman Oaks, I recommend proceeding with vigilance. Ask detailed questions, insist on clear, written explanations of all charges, and consider other customers' experiences, including mine. It's disheartening to label any service provider as 'malicious,' a term I don't use lightly, but the lack of accountability and transparency I encountered has led me to conclude that caution is warranted when dealing with BMW of Sherman Oaks and its representatives, including those mentioned in other complaints.I genuinely hope that this feedback prompts a reflection on their customer service practices and that future customers will have a more positive experience than I did.

I ordered a 2024 M4 Competition xDrive, and Hunter made the process amazing. He was extremely attentive, answered all my questions, and was extremely friendly all the way throughout. Can't recommend him and this dealership enough!!!

A great place to service your BMW, Jesus (Jesse) my assigned care rep is available via text, super responsive and the whole team there is fast, efficient and friendly.Just brought my car in a couple of weeks ago for an emergency issue and they fixed that + another issue on the spot despite being super busy, super fast, 5 stars all the way.

I had a couple fixes to be done to my BMW 3 series. They made sure the guarantee worked for me properly and covered the costs. Also, there was always a loaner available. A few weeks ago I purchased a used 2017 BMW X3, the sales team and finance personnel were nice. However, when we left the dealership we noticed the break light was not working, they forgot to include the floor mats, and the back seats weren't properly cleaned as they stated. I sent a text to the sales person who told us to bring the car by the following Monday (already an inconvenience). We brought the car by and they fixed the break light, however stated they didn't have the mats (assuming they lost them at this point). I sent another text notifying them of the still missing mats and was told they would arrive soon via fed ex. This was a couple of weeks ago, I have sent several follow up texts with no response. I have had several BMW's and always had impeccable service, this has been an anomaly with the brand and really poor reflection on this dealership.... and I still don't have the mats.

Called 5 times to get a quote on how much an oil change and brake fluid flush would be.Didn t hear back for 4 days and the only call back I received was about how my service appointment went.Bought my car with them in 2021 but the service has gone downhill since. They probably didn t want to provide a quote because their prices are 3-5x higher than other shops. Take your service business elsewhere!

Came in to buy a m8 comp, and was approached by Brandon who began speaking to me with attitude and was extremely rude to my family that was there with me to celebrate me on making that big purchase, he also proceeded to make fun of my excitement to some guy in the back and talk bad about my fam, never purchase a car with Brandon. That guy needs to learn some manners!
