Claudia V. was an exceptional sales associate. She was knowledgeable about the unique shape of our windshield, helped us select the correct wiper replacements, and allowed us to try them on before checking out to ensure the fit was perfect. She made our experience productive, convenient, and delightful. You just don't get service like this nowadays and I'll be a return customer for sure. Also excited to refer friends to this specific location.

Rick was amazing! This is the second time he has helped me out with my headlights and both times his service was exceptional. The bulbs were fixed in just a matter of minutes.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from CLAUDIA V!These days it's easy to think you can just go on Amazon and buy what you need.But even though I was able to find the parts I needed online, I came to AutoZone to make sure they were exactly right--and Claudia's expertise got me windshield wipers that are BETTER than right.She knew my make and model (Fiat 500) and it's idiosyncrasies--like a very curved windshield. She knew a way to make the wipers more efficient by choosing slightly different sizes than specified so they have more consistent contact against the glass for better cleaning.But she didn't stop there--she took them out to my car, installed them, let me test them, and then even changed them for something better.All before she charged me! So once I paid, I KNEW I was getting the best possible part for my car.She was beyond knowledgeable--and friendly, too.I will always come back to this AutoZone because they give the kind of personal service that's rare now--service that ensures you get what you really need rather than what you thought you wanted!Thanks, again, Claudia--and AutoZone!

Rick was amazing! He installed a new headlamp bulb for me in like 2 minutes! I didn t even ask, he offered. Best AutoZone I ve ever been too!

Had a very very corroded car battery that i neglected to replace. Rick assisted me in getting the correct battery. Due to the state of the corrosion it was almost impossible to remove the battery but Claudia and Ruby had to worked hard and were able to remove the old battery and put in the new one. 10 stars for the effort!

Edwin is a genius I came because one the Torx multitools I purchased from Autozone a couple months ago stripped from trying to loose at t40 and he went above and beyond. He first was able to deduce how the tool broke, then he found the parts to fix it, and then he reassembled the entire multitool and fixed what was broken. He didn't charge me for his time or for the two nuts and two bolts he had to replace within the mechanism. Truly the guy was like an angel, felt like he really wanted to help because after he fixed the tool he said to go check if it works. I checked and this time the tool didn't break but I didn't have enough hand strength to loosen the bolt so he sent one of his young guys to loose the bolt for me. Never have to think twice about which Autozone I need to go to because these guys are truly the best!

Claudia was super helpful over the phone. When I got to AutoZone, Claudia was even more amazing and wonderful. She answered all of my questions and replaced the car battery. Girl power for the win! Claudia is friendly, made me feel welcomed, and went above and beyond. She wouldn't accept a tip for her incredible work, so I would like to request management, to give this chick a raise or a bonus. Claudia, you're the best and a rock star!

Just had my battery replaced and received top notch service. Edwin was polite and incredibly helpful helping me find the battery I needed. He set me up with Rick who helped install the battery for my quick and easily. I would definitely recommend checking this location out if you are looking for great service!

Had a dead battery and had to stop and was worried about being stranded. I stopped here not knowing battery installations stop after 6pm. Rick and Leslie helped me out because I told them I m from out of town and I m very grateful. I wish I could ve left a tip. There are truly good people in this world still. Come to this autozone.

I just had an excellent experience with "Toby" here at the Sherman Oaks AutoZone. I've been in Customer Service for decades and this young man did an excellent job, and deserves to have his helpfulness, thoroughness, thoughtfulness, speed of assistance, courtesy and respectfulness known. Went to the store looking for tail light and brake light bulbs. Bulbs had broken and I was not sure of what was required. Rick behind the counter was extremely patient and helpful and when additional assistance was required Edwin helped us to identify the required bulbs and informed us that the bulb numbers were marked on the sockets. They were both congenial and helpful in every way and I would highly recommend that anyone needing parts and assistance visit this store.

Asked one of the workers for help getting some windshield wipers and he gave me attitude for no reason then just pointed in the general direction of what I asked for instead of actually helping me. I dont understand why they get these jobs if they're gonna get upset about being there.

Called first to make sure they had a radiator for my truck which they said they did. Came in, checked again to make sure it was the right one which the employee assured me it was. So I brought it home, pulled out the busted one that was in my truck and went to replace it only learn that I didn't get the right one. Now I don't have a vehicle and when I called and told them about it they said they have another one that should work and that I could come in and get it. I ended up having to walk 2 miles with two radiators back to the store (brought the old one to make sure the new one would work). I pretty much got an "oops" from the employee when I brought the first one back. Just want to give everyone a heads up so that they're aware that they might not get what they needed despite what the employee says and if you don't have another ride, you might be walking.

In the middle of dumping rain, my driver s side windshield wiper flew off on the freeway. A quick search brought me to Autozone, where Leslie and Rick went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch they didn t have my exact wiper in stock, but they found something that would work and installed it for me in the rain and got me on my way quickly, and I made it to my appointment on time. Great customer service!

This is for the manager!! I believe her name was Ana, she s incredible at her job! This location is the best of them all, I will literally not go to any other autozone or any other car parts place ever again! She was incredibly helpful and was incredibly patient and wanting to help me with whatever questions I had. Walked in and She was the only one behind the register helping 4 other guest, felt awkward wanting to ask for some help but she reassured me that she would answer any and all questions I had regarding some oil and paint I was looking for. I know a gentleman was helping someone else with their car battery but Ana held it down on her own helping all of us in the store with whatever we needed and she was quick too!!! Whatever they re paying her is not enough because you just don t find that kind of hospitality nowadays! Great experience 10/10!
