Audi s teams was super professional and they provided me with all the information that I need to keep my car in great shape.. they even sent me a video of the process and what need to be fix! So happy with everything overall!! Definitely I ll go back!!

I bought my Audi A4 here and I had a great experience throughout the whole process. I bring my car here for service, parts, tires etc and I am never disappointed. I never wait too long and I am not over charged which is always the fear coming to a dealership.I would recommend to any skeptic, try Audi Van Nuys (Keyes Audi). The service department is always a pleasure to deal with, clean and refreshments are always available.

The greatest thing I can say about Vince and his work he does at Audi Van Nuys is his ability to make each customer feel like they are dealing with a real customer service agent in a small family business rather than a giant service center.He gives you the time, information, and goes the extra distance to ensure you are fully informed and aware of your choices and options both technically and economically - which is customary for smaller environments but not so much in the bigger establishments only interested in turn over.And when you combine that with his Technicial prowess, straight forward approach and experience in the business.. you know and feel you are getting the best service possible .I will return and Vince and have no issue referring him to others.

This was my first service appointment at this dealership with our new car. Upon making the appointment for a recall of the EV charging cable, I would be out within 45 minutes.I was there for 3 hours!Everyone waiting was as annoyed as I was.My service advisor was unwelcoming and never once smiled or asked how I was.Lots of advisors standing around talking while lots of customers were waiting to be helped.Not at all impressed!

Very unprofessional bordering on fraud.We paid for four new tires. Three of them looked old but Jordan tried to assure us they were new. Only after discussion with the manager they admitted they did not replace the three tires yet charged us for them. Never offered any credit for their wrongdoing. These people can not be trusted.Fraud, terrible service and terrible experience.Do not trust your car to Van Nuys Audi service.

Very friendly and understanding staff . Martin has assisted me with my car needs a couple times and it s always been a pleasant and professional experience.The service dept always explains what needs to be done with plenty of details and have performed an excellent job. Thank you.

Paul, the service manager and Fermin, the service associate are always my go to guys for almost four years now and I am so incredibly happy with them. They strive hard to please all their customers and make sure everyone leaves happy.

They got me in quickly, Cris took care of everything, and got my repairs handled quickly and well. That said, I did have issues with scheduling through the website initially, but once I called over they were response. And, getting useful info on the completed repair was strange and took some effort. But all in all, very happy to bring my car here again next time.

I took my car to Audi Van Nuys for its first oil and filter change. My first visit to an Audi service facility in about 20 years! Everybody I talked to was polite and helpful (thank you Martin). The work was completed within the time estimate. I received a text with a link to a video walk around with a commentary recorded by the tech who serviced the car. They also washed and vacuumed the interior.Overall a very pleasant experience and I felt that the additional cost vs, say, a similar service for a Honda, was justified.

I went it for service on my Audi. Had an appt and was helped right away. They were very nice and helpful even though they were really busy. Everything went well and I highly recommend this dealer service department. This is my 3rd service here and always a great no hassle experience. Thanks Audi van nuys service department!!! Makes a world of a difference to show up and no hassles

Typical dealer experience. Recommend I replace front rotors and pads after 26k miles. Took it to a real mechanic, who I trust the rotors did not need replacing. Saved me from $800 for work I didn't need.And, does everyone in the place make you feel like you re wasting their time? Really unfriendly atmosphere. Feels like everyone there hates working there?

After years of working with another Audi service provider, I switched over to Van Nuys, and could not be happier. I am fortunate to work with Vincent, and he has made every single aspect of the care for my car and absolute breeze. The attention to detail, the customer service, The quick repairs and the incredible Support make Audi Van Nuys. The best service experience I have ever had. I can t recommend the place enough!

I despised taking my car to this place UNTIL I met MARTIN RUVALCABA he completely changed the trajectory of my experiences at this establishment. I look forward to taking my Audi Q5 Hybrid for service WHY?1. I can count on Martin to be on time.. even when he s working with another customer he ll acknowledge you and let you know you re next.2. The updates on your vehicle will come in without having to ask.3. He will not push any extra services just to make a sale.4. He just has manners, speaks to you in a calm respectful way where both the customer and Martin get straight to the point and you walk away knowing you will not have to babysit your service consultant.5. Ladies, ladies, ladies please know you will not be treated differently if you look a certain way .. whether you think you re good looking or not Martin will treat everyone EQUALLY!!6. He s on it! If you need a Lyft or a rental he ll ask you and will schedule things accordingly!Lastly, since having Martin as my service consultant I feel comfortable going in! I finally started enjoying the coffee and started waiting in the waiting area I would usually wait outside just wanting to get the hell out of there . I no longer have the uncomfortable interactions I used to have and I thank MARTIN RUVALCABA for that thank you Martin!!!!

This dealership was was more helpful than Audi Valencia. Staff were actually doing their job, not eating and socializing in front of customers, and not assuming that the car owner knows nothing about cars.One suggestion to improve would be maybe a better selection of snack and water bottles. Mercedes Valencia bakes cookies for customers and Audi Beverly Hills has custom made water bottles rather than serving Kirkland. Again this is supposed to be a "Luxury Dealership".Also, shout-out to Chris in service department for always making sure I was in the loop of what was happening to my cars.

I took my vehicle in for a part that was loose , Martin was the service member that helped me. He was very welcoming and respectful. He took care of the problem, washed the vehicle in less than an hour and a half. I had a great experience definitely will return whenever my vehicle needs service.

I had the worst experience ever at Audi Van Nuys Service. I had a few fairly minor issues with my 4-month old Q5 and so I made an appt for a 1 1/2 weeks out. I took my car in at the time of my appt 8am on Wednesday and was told to go in to the service bay. I walked in and didn't see Christian who my appt was with. He finally came to his desk and proceeded to help me. He told me that I'd need to get a rental car (which they paid for) as they needed my car overnight. I said ok...then I asked...what am I supposed to do now? Where do I go? Who am I looking for? There was no consideration that I had no clue how to get the rental and needed instruction on where to meet the driver; I had to ask him. That was Clue #1 that this place is horrible. Got my rental car and texted Christian but didn't get a response so I finally called Thursday afternoon, to find out what was going on. I had heard NOTHING...clue #2. I finally speak to Christian and he said they were super busy and hadn't even looked at my car (1 1/2 days later). Why did I make an appt then? Why wouldn't they call and say they were swamped and could I reschedule? They knew that my issues were not urgent. Clue #3. I was going on a trip that weekend and didn't want to take the rental car so I told them I wanted to pick up my car. Friday afternoon, I finally get a hold of Christian and said I could come pick it up. When I get there, I was told that they had to order a part for one of my issues, but they hadn't even touched anything else...in 2 1/2 days of having my car nothing had been done! I was very upset, but was told that they would get the part sometime the following week and would call me to bring it in. As I walked out the door, Christian said "oh we washed your car for you as a courtesy." However, when I got to my car, it was 50% dirtier than it had been when I brought it in. The porter said...oh...looks like it was on the roof for last couple of days. I was too mad to walk back inside and tell Christian that it wasn't clean. I ended up having to go pay for a car wash cuz I could barely see out of the front window due to the dirt, dust and bird poop.It is now 1 month later, and I have not heard from ANYONE at Audi Van Nuys. Where was the call that my brake part had come in? Where was the call asking if I was ready to bring my car back?In fact, I got this request to review my experience before I even got my car back...a bit premature. I gave them some time to reach out, and in fact, I even called to speak with the Manager, Paul??? Left message with a very pleasant lady and was told he'd call me later that evening or first thing in the morning. Two weeks later, still haven't hear from any of them. So, I finally decided a month was long enough and decided to do what they asked...write a review.It's such a shame they are so bad, as they are less than a mile from my house. Now I have to find another place to take my car. I bought this car at Audi Valencia and had the best experience and felt like the whole team cared and was excited for me to get my dream car (highly recommend going there and asking for Michael Z.) I felt that the people at Audi Van Nuys were disorganized, apathetic and could care less how they were treating and inconveniencing me.

Vince was my service mgr (for the second time) and he was exceptionally excellent. Knowlegeable, helpful, patient, and thorough. The car was serviced, a Recall taken care of, and a suspension problem detected and repaired. I was given a rental car and it was a lifesaver. I ve been a customer of Audi Van Nuys for 10+ years. 2 A3 s and a Q3 and I can t say anything short of kind words. It s always been a stellar experience there at Van Nuys, either with a lease or buying a car, I have no criticism whatsoever. They are always professional, willing to go the xtra mile, expedient with car service or repairs, and their professional team in sales and service are truly the best I ve had when buying a quality sedan or suv. Previous owner of BMW cars here. Smoother and nicer designs Audi possesses. Highly recommend! -Jeff in NoHo

Had my Audi A4 serviced here at Audi Van Nuys. Martin was friendly, knowledgeable and, very professional. He made sure that I received any available service discounts. The work was completed in a very timely fashion, and transportation was provided without cost. My Audi was well taken care of and remains in great condition.

Shady business, do not come here. Came for a issue under warranty, and was told my vehicle wouldn't be looked at for a few days. 20minutes later i got a text that they found a nail in my tire - that wasn't there when i dropped it off and i didn't have any loss of pressure. How convenient for them - they can't charge me for a warranty repair but they can for a new tire. Immediately picked up my vehicle after that.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic
