Went to them for engine service and repairs twice before getting tires - with both appointments and without. Very forthright and straight about pricing- there were no surprise or ambush fees. The car is running better and handles better than before bringing it into them. Friendly and respectful staff. Will return for future repairs.

Been going to this location for years! Always an easy and nice experience. They have always worked with me on getting the best price and never try to over sell me something. They have patched my tires for nothing and gotten my breaks done as well. They even fixed the squeak on my wheel. I would totally recommend them.

I was really happy that the pricing for tires was online and it included all the fees. Also the customer service when I was there was top notch and decided to book my brake replacement there because I was happy with the service I received today. Juan Martinez was the person who helped me and gave me all the info I asked for and made sure I was okay with a few changes regarding my tires. I would definitely recommend this place

This was my second time going to American Tire Depot. I initially had my tires rotated on Tesla Model 3 long range. A year later I came back to them since I had a great smooth transaction the first time. I scheduled a tire rotation and alignment this time.They know what they are doing and I trust their experience with Tesla's. I highly recommend them. Please be aware of the potential wait time for your vehicle. Be patient and probably best to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning vs afternoon when things get backed up due to specific issues with cars ahead of you.

Friendly and helpful staff. I took my EV to them to purchase EV specific tires. Got a good deal on them here. But what I love the most is the service you get after you purchase the tires. I purchased additional coverage for any road side hazards but also I believe they also do complimentary tire rotation and flat tire repair regardless on the coverage. Shout outs to Jay and the rest of the staff for taking care of me every time I come in.

As a female, it is hard to have someone honest helping with car issues, and I have not been let down every time I go to you all.Always great service, great prices and always helpful. Thanks as always!I can trust their work and they are trustworthy as I was able to have my car towed, dropped off and they did their job, called me it was ready, and I was able to finish my work from home as well.They did not bother me with any other car issues on the contrary was well inspected.

I brought my new Lucid in to have a leaking tire repaired. Juan was very friendly and professional and got me in very quickly. He had to order the tire because it wasn t a common tire but got it there by noon the next day like he said. I was then in and out very quickly. I was so impressed they didn t try to upsell anything and were so quick and reasonable that, as long as I can get my car here, I will use them anytime I need tire care.

Couple month ago, one of my car's tires blows up. I had to tow my car to the dealer. One tire cost me almost $800. One tire!This week, I changed 3 tires to the highest quality with lifetime warranty up to 20% of the tires ridges left, with reline, tax, and everything for $1200.The service was great. it just took more time than we and them expected. Highly recommend them.

First time getting a patch inside my car's tire. I just waled in and they told me I might have to wait up to 2 hours. Everywhere else told me it's a 3 hour wait. Actually it took less than 2 hours here, they were kind and didn't charge me anything. I'll definitely come here later for my tires.

My second time here. Both visits were handled professionally, with friendly service and competitive prices. Slight wait but you can t blame them for being busy! They got me back on the road as quickly as possible. Will continue to use for all my tire needs

Amazing place! Had a flat tire that wasn t a patch job - whole tire needed to be replaced and I was running late to an appointment. They took care of me right away, were super quick and also very friendly. Despite how busy they were, I really appreciated them being able to get me back on the road asap. Will forever be coming here from now on!

My Audi A4 is my third car I m still servicing with American Tire Depot at Van Nuys. For all these years I had multiple car problems that were either not covered by warranty or too expensive to go through the dealer s service. Every time American Tire Depot was able to provide a perfect service and took care of all my car problems.At my last visit, Juan went above and beyond making sure my car was taken care of.For sure will stay with American Tire Depot for my future visits.

All Employees and cashiers was so Friendly I stop buy cause I have flat tire an Hour they fix already. one recommended to fix about bathroom not working???kindly fix in case of pee of the customers ?..I recommend this shop for emergency working about your Car I think you go for American Tires in van nuys!!!hoping my next maintenance do all my work regarding my car soon..? thank you Guys Codos for Everyone

Had to drop my car off, found a nail in my tire. They needed to order a new tire to come in the next day.They were able to get the repair done in a very timely manner, and at a very reasonable price. Raphael helped me, he was extremely personable and helpful.I highly recommend!

If u need tires, this is the place!! great service kind helpful and honest. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was being ripped off and given wrong information before finding them. Great service especially from the Manager

Don t trust this place! I had my brakes done here, and afterwards, I noticed a squealing noise coming from my wheels. I had it inspected at another auto shop, and they found that American Tire Depot had undercut the rotors, which was causing the squealing noise. I had to have the brakes completely redone. The staff are nice, but I wouldn t trust this place at all.

My new tires turned to garbage after an alignment service at this location.They added $99 to my bill and didn't tell me anything. As it turned out, it was an alignment service protection plan I didn't need.

Start off by saying very professional. My car got delayed because unforseen circumstances with people staff getting sick. Juan apologized x10 and gave a very a discount. For me honestly it was how he handle the situation. Took ownership and handle everything very professional. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

Decided to try this location after long waits and appointments were not honored/ completely meaningless at another location.Showed up with an appointment and still waited much longer than the front desk claimed. 45 minutes turned into 4 hours.Bottom line, your time is not valued at American Tire Depots. Appointments mean nothing to their schedule. Prepare to spend many hours there or leave your car for at least half a day.

I know nothing about cars or tires. But I had a slow leak in one of them. Since I m an older woman who knows nothing, I figured I was just going to get ripped off. Well, not at this store. I went to American Tire Depot and I couldn t be happier that I did! I just looked up tire stores near me but when I walked in and saw how busy they were at 8:15 in the morning, I knew I had come to a place that must be good; otherwise, why were all these people here? The lady behind me in line just raved and said that these people were honest and fair, and did not rip you off. I asked the young man who helped me to please check all the tires and make sure what was exactly wrong and if he could patch it that would be great but if I needed new tires please to let me know. I came back a couple hours later and he said the one just needed a patch. Then he handed me a bill for zero dollars! I said, I must owe you something; you took your time to repair my tire. His answer was, it s only a patch, so it s free. He earned a customer for life, and when I need new tires, there is nowhere else I am going to go.

The entire team at American Tire Depot was amazing. They fixed my tire with a nail for free! I tipped Martin and Jonathan for their excellent service! I highly recommend this location because Jay, Martin, Jonathan, and their manager are highly professional, efficient, fast, and courteous. They took me in right away, fixed the tire and made sure I had correct tire pressure in all the tires. I m so glad Lexus recommended them to me and they saved me 500 dollars on a new tire. Thank you kindly all of you for your excellent service.

1/2024, update:I have serviced my cars here a few times by now, and I am pretty satisfied with their service including customer service. I was a little bitter as you can see below, but I am now increasing my rating from 1 to 4-stars.8/2023:I had purchased a "buy 3 tires and get 1 free promotion" one day, and the next day around holidays there was a "buy 2 tires and get 2 free promotion" available. I asked them to honor the new promotion which I thought was a fair and reasonable request, but they straight up rejected. I am pretty disappointed.

I cannot recommend this ATD location enough! They are honest and attentive to details and will work really hard to ensure your vehicle is working at its best. Shout out to Juan for running a standup operation. They re officially my go-to car place.
