We had a great experience at Acura Sherman Oaks, particularly with Ernesto, who met with my husband and I and did multiple test drives. Ernesto was so patient and knowledgeable. And when we were ready to buy our car, he got everything together quickly. He made the whole thing a great experience! (And we are very happy with the car, too!)

After being on the car market for a while, I came across Acura of Sherman Oaks and was beyond pleased with how they treated me! Ernesto was a great Salesman who made me feel comfortable and confident with the purchase of my vehicle! The sales manager was very friendly and a great help as well! If you re looking to purchase a car, this dealership has definitely been one of my best experiences!

I had a wonderful experience with Acura Sherman Oaks. They were helpful and informative without being pushy. They really wanted to understand my needs and help me find the right fit for me. I worked with Ernest, Jimmy and Demetrio. Jimmy was so patient with me as I went from one car to another not able to make up my mind. He was totally understanding and I never felt rushed like I have at other dealerships. They were also willing to work with me to get to a deal I felt comfortable with. When I came to get my car they had a big bow on it. This was a great experience. I highly recommend Acura of Sherman Oaks.

James, Dimitri and Raul made the buying experience enjoyable.Having been run around by dealerships in the past, we were dreading buying a new car.From the moment I reached out, they were all transparent, responsive, friendly and easy to work with.We left with our dream car at a fair price with no hassle or gimmicks.I could not more highly recommend a dealership!

Inspect , road test the vehicle and ready to buy the vehicle as is but they counter offer me with additional cost for clear shield door edge protection pkg, permaplate paint/interior pkg and recovery gps theft system 3 yrs. I told them to remove the additional cost option but Sales manager doesn t want to sell me with out this added additional cost that are optional to the customer right to refuse buy this option. And the worst thing is they told there is another buyer to buy it with those additional option to able compete with price with other buyer. Good luck to that buyer. I went home with out the vehicle and I m not in that strategy of sales. Hoping that the customer service manager of this dealership will look at this matter for better customer service satisfaction.

I want to thank Dmitrii Fateev for being so professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. We first stopped by at the Acura of Sherman Oaks earlier in 2023 just to look at an MDX and met Dmitrii. We told him that we weren't looking to buy just yet and he still took his time to show us the MDX's, explain to us the differences between the models, and even had us test drive two different models while explaining all the features in each. He is extremely knowledgeable. It was truly a pleasure test driving the vehicles on our first visit. We did talk about some numbers but he was not pushy at all, just giving us information which we appreciated greatly.After test driving other vehicles that we were considering, nothing came close to the experience we had at Acura of Sherman Oaks with Dmitrii Fateev. When we were ready to buy later in 2023, we came back specifically to Acura of Sherman Oaks to speak with Dmitrii. Before coming in the second time, we spoke with Dmitrii over the phone since we knew the vehicle we wanted and agreed on the lease terms over the phone He once again was very professional and was very easy to deal with. He explained all the terms and made sure we were comfortable with the purchase, I heard stories about how the vehicle buying process is but with Dmitrii it was a pleasant experience. We are extremely happy with the Dmitrii, the vehicle we are leasing, and the whole experience.Acura of Sherman Oaks is lucky to have such a fantastic employee. I always get great service at Acura in Sherman Oaks! Recently had a routine oil change, brake fluid and inspection and Carlos took great care of me. He explained everything beforehand and reviewed the costs. Within an hour my car was ready and washed. Comfortable waiting area in the showroom. I ve been getting my car serviced here for years and would highly recommend Acura Sherman Oaks.

Terrible experience. We came to purchase a second hand car advertised at $24k, they ended up adding $6k in useless add-ons that increased the price by 25% artificially. No wonder car dealerships have a terrible reputation. Even the middle man between us and the manager was embarrassed

Acura of Sherman Oaks checked my MDX quickly for a sound I was hearing. They told me what was causing it and that it was not critical to "fix" it at this time. They also alerted me to a different maintenance concern that had to do with with the age of my vehicle (10 years) but wasn't showing up on my service schedule because of the low mileage (70K) on my car. Great to know so I can avoid a costly repair later. Couldn't ask for more.

I made an appointment to come have my oil change and do a recall-type fix. I have to drive 10 miles to get to the nearest dealership. When I arrived I was advised that I could not have the free oil change done because it was showing 20% oil life instead of the apparently required 10% oil life. I had told the person on the phone that my car showed 20%, and they confirmed the appointment anyway. This means I have to make a second trip now because I was given the wrong information. Whoever makes these service appointments should be giving out the correct information in order to not waste my time.Otherwise, everything was fine and I got the recall issue taken care of.

Eight Honda s later, My wife and I decided to look into the Acura brand. Meeting Alex Calinescu our sales representative from Sherman Oaks Acura helped us with the decision. Alex is easy going, and the most knowledgeable auto salesman I have ever met, he really knows cars very well. Alex will guide you through the decision making process to get you in the right car, and make sure you are happy with the purchase.The only Negative experience is the loaner car that was given to me while a small detail is being done to our new MDX.The Loaner Car: Smells Of Cigarette Smoke, Was Unwashed, and has a Small Dent on the right front fender that was not pointed out to me.This is not a reflection of Alex s Five Star Service And Why I Gave The Review 5 Stars.

Really bad experience with them.-No answer from the financial service after the sale. I bought 1 month insurance for the car but they gave me the car 1 week before the signature... I lost 1 week ($100). No answer...-I have the water inside the car after raining time, like Niagara falls! They didn't know this problem and they want me to paid it!Really bad service.

This was my second vehicle lease from Acura Sherman Oaks, and both experiences were nothing short of pleasant! I traded in my ILX for an Integra. Alfredo, Gabby, and Hovik worked in conjunction to ensure a smooth and easy process. In addition to sales, my few visits to the service department over the years has been very pleasant. This has been a huge contrast to my experience at previous dealerships. any individual I have come in contact with at Acura has been so friendly and professional in all aspects of their work. I recommend Acura Sherman Oaks for your next vehicle purchase/lease! I have absolutely no complaints over here.

Negative Stars! Terrible service, DO NOT GO HERE! Jason was the sales guy who would not sell me the car I wanted because I was financed through my own bank and wouldn t use their financing (I had the down payment and was approved). He said the paperwork of an outside bank was really hard to do and took a long time ! As I waited for him to complete the paperwork for a day and a half, he then proceeded to call me to say he sold the car to his buddy. MONEY. HUNGRY.SNAKES!

Wish there is negative stars I can give, worst car buying experience we ever had, DO NOT come to this dealer everyone, we brought a use 2021 TLX, it was late at night when we made the deal, cars have some scratches and we wanted to buy it after that is fixed, but the sale person promised to fix it but we have to bring it back, we said we live far away from the dealer, about 45 minutes drive, the sales person promised a full tank of gas when we bring it back, now we been trying to make appointment to fix the scratches, the dealer have been given us the run around, 1st appointment they said they don t have the parts, 2nd appointment they said they can t do everything in 1 day and we have to leave the car there for 2 days but no loaner s car provide, look like this dealer don t want to keep theirs promise so we are going to take them to court.

I had a great experience as far as purchasing the vehicle. But the service department is absolutely terrible. Nobody calls you back they re so unprofessional and rude. I ve been waiting for seven months for them to order and install belt moldings on my vehicle. They were broken when I purchased them back in August 2023. I keep calling the service manager and the service rep. The surface rep. Carlos cisneros said he was going to order them and they were on backorder. This was back in October 2023. No callback, i ve called and left various messages with various people and that actually the service manager and still no call back. I called last Friday I called yesterday and I called today. Carlos is never available and never calls me back. I finally just had to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Maybe they ll call me back now. I will go to any other Acura dealership for service no matter how far instead of going back to them.

Best Service I have ever had at a dealership by far. They didn t try to upsell me, they guided me in the right direction and landed me on the car that gave me the most for my money. Thank you Guys. Andre is Amazing he gave me all the information that I needed to make my decision right there on the spot. appreciate the Honesty and transparency. Also got a paint protection and interior package that I m really happy with since my wife and I have a 9 month old. I feel safe that I don t have to worry about getting charged for damages at the end of the lease. Got the MDX for the wife but Definitely coming in for my Type S Thank you for the professionalism.

This place is the worst nightmare dealership ever I financed a car with Ernest and apparently his no longer working there and my car was damaged and I did tell Ernest on the 3rd day about it but he was just acting like he cared and kept pushing time I guess he knew he was going to leave. Month has passed by and I haven t received an email or mail where to make a payment or even my tracking gps information. Thinking this would be a high end dealership it s dumb people working there. They tell me to google the finance number like REALLY! I don t recommend this dealership once you buy it s like they don t give a damn about you!

I had such a great experience as a first time buyer this was my first car to ever purchase on my own and Ernest really helped us and stayed with us through it all! I am so happy to say my new car is from Acura of Sherman Oaks where ever I go. This day was very hectic because I had gone to several places earlier that day and as soon as we met Ernest and all the guys they were so kind to us and I knew Ernest would make something happen!

First time with Adair as my service supervisor, and he was nothing but excellent. Finished my A-1 service in about 90 minutes, and everyone in the dealership was friendly and courteous. My favorite dealership for over 20 years.

I had a great experience purchasing my semi-new Honda Accord from Acura of Sherman Oaks. Alex the salesman and Gabby the finance manager made my car buying process super easy. I really appreciate them working with my option contract and Gabby beating my credit union s great rate! Overall I have a no complaints and I would recommend to anyone that s purchasing a car to check them out. BTW, I love my semi-new Honda. Thank you guys.

I had a recent recall on my RDX. I made an appointment at Sherman Oaks Acura to have the recall issue repaired.It was a great experience. The service was great and I spend the time in the waiting room with a nice cafe latte! I can t recommend them enough- great experience!
