(4/13/23)From start to finish, Eagle towing exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, their response time was remarkable. Within minutes of my call, they dispatched a professional and courteous team member to assist me.The gentleman, Matt, whom was helping me, exhibited a high level of professionalism. My vehicle was handled with care and expertise, ensuring that no further damage occurred during the towing process.Additionally one of the most commendable aspects of Eagle towing is their fair pricing. Despite the urgency of my situation, they provided transparent and reasonable pricing, which was a refreshing change from some other companies I've dealt with in the past. Overall, I recommend this company to anyone in need of towing services. Their fast response, reliability, friendliness, and fair pricing set them apart from the competition. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service and will not hesitate to contact them again if needed in the future.

Did a great job getting our car back to Fresno. The only problem is they only have 1 large tow truck, so it takes 2 hours per trip to go to Fresno and back, which is what they do a lot. So expect a 2+hour wait.

I was in an accident and they towed my car after I went to the hospital. I called my insurance that day and they got eagle on the line so I could verbally release pick up to them. The gentleman we spoke with, I'm sorry I didn't get his name, was so nice and patient with me. He made sure my insurance would give me time to retrieve all my things. Because my car was in the Auberry yard, I just needed to call ahead of time to make sure they could have someone meet me. When I called the lady I spoke with was also super nice, had to call me back, and did so right away. They only took a half hour which was plenty of time for me to get over there. Matt was great, he patiently waited while I went through everything and was incredibly helpful. They made a very stressful situation as easy on me as possible and I can't thank them enough. Paul and his wife are amazing great down to earth people. God giving heart's as our son's car was towed due to a mental battle he's getting treatment for. Outside of their business guidelines, they viewed the scenario as parents themselves. They helped us tremendously and didn't ask for more funds. In today's society, people are disregarding are true morals and values that made America great. However, Eagle Towing has those great morals and values in place. You and you're staff are forever in our Prayers. Your compassion and help will never be forgotten. We thank you all for your help and for your Godly hearts. You went above and beyond. We appreciate you and your excellent business.

Josh was incredibly helpful in getting us towed out of a remote spot in Sierra National Forest. He went the extra mile by recommending a mechanic in the area and taking us to a place where we could wait. He turned a terrible situation into a pleasant one by allowing us and our dog to ride with him all the way down the mountain even during this Covid time where no one is offering rides. Thank you Eagle Towing company for helping us!

Art saved us after our coolant hose blew a large leak outside of cell service. After hiking down the road to call Geico and get a tow, Eagle Towing saved the day. The insurance company gave them the wrong coordinates, but Art was wonderful enough to keep looking for us until he found the car. Thank you Eagle!

Great company. Came out quickly even though I was in a remote location. They guys who picked up my SUV were very friendly and took care of it while it was in their possession.If you're in the Shaver Lake area and need a tow I would recommend this company.

This past Saturday, my bf and I were on our way back to Fresno from China Peak, when we turned a corner there were a couple stopped vehicle that had just collided ahead of us. The snow conditions were really intense, and we couldn't stop in time. We ended up hitting a truck on our passenger side, denting the fender too far in for us to keep driving. We had to call AAA to get a tow truck and had to wait about 2 hours, but that was mostly AAA's fault and because the snow was coming down so hard that tow services were BUSY. These awesome guys gave us a ride to the yard and helped us pull the fender up just enough so we could drive the car back home. I'm so grateful for these people - it was a stressful night! If anyone runs into similar problems on the mountain, just know you're in good hands.

I was run off of Kaiser pass road at 3pm on monday. Walked out to Lakeshore at Huntington. Called my fleet company they setup with Eagle to winch me out (2 feet off a paved road). Eagle called me to tell me they would not come out unless I paid 350 cash. Now its 9:45am on Tuesday and Eagle called me again to get 350 cash on top of my fleet service. I called my fleet service back they are sending Best towing out of Fresno and removing Eagle from their list of service providers. Thank you for your service.

Absolutely amazing service and great people! Truck broke down in the campground and they brought it back to the yard, diagnosed it, fixed it, and had it running in an hour. POOR! He damaged my car towing it and made it undriveable by braking a wheel link with his towing skills. I was a member of AAA at the time but he did not take my account number and he billed me for the tow not AAA which was unprofessional of him! He also towed my car to his shop which at the time i thought he was helping me but when i got the bill i was charged $35 a day!! Yes i'm happy i got my car back but he could have done it a better way!

Great guys, I got a dime stuck in my seat belt and couldn'tget it out.! Crazy!!!! They laughed but got it out for me!!! Thanks guys vacation back on track!

The icy roads contributed to sliding off the road into a bank of snow. The tow driver was helpful as he wenched me out of the snow then followed me to the main road. He was kind and offered me some water. I'm thankful for the customer service he provided.

We have unfortunately had to call for service while exploring Shaver multiple times. Aaa affiliated. I'm glad that their driver knows what he's doing and Eagle towing is a life saver.
