I have never had an issue with O'Reilly's before, but was disappointed today After getting a quote for brake pads,then being told on the phone that they would match any price; including Amazon if I brought in proof. I ordered the parts. But when I went to pick them up I was told "we can't match that price, because we can't compete with Amazon" and was then charged $17. More than the price quoted originally. I needed the parts, so I paid it.Why was That not stated on the phone?!

Stopped by during the storm. Turned out it wasn t so bad but these guys at the store helped us out a lot. Great people with genuine kindness.

These guys are amazing! We went in looking for the stuff to recharge our ac but they took the time to gather information and guide us to a mechanic! So grateful for them not wasting out time and money!

The female who works here knows more then the men who work at the one in Oregon! She's courteous and is great at her job. They always have great customer service, but she's top notch! Well done.

Cutest little fellas working when we went there. So friendly to everyone! They work really hard to get everyone just what they need. I trust this place for everything I need to get for my car.

Went on a Sunday evening, needed a new battery and miscellaneous other items, including wiper blades for the coming winter. Received great friendly personal assistance from both of the fellows working there. They looked up the equipment and offered advice to choose the right equipment for me. Good experience altogether!

Cashiers are super friendly, Store is clean. Mellow really helped me out by making sure I got the best price for my oil change changing and adjusting things to lower the price to fit my budget! Thanks Mellow!

We were on a long drive from Oregon to Long Beach and our headlights went out right before dark. Stopped in and Ashley was a huge help! She got us the tools and parts we needed to get them fixed and us back on the road. Thanks for all your help

We've been coming here for 4 years now and have never had bad service nor do we have any negative comments about this establishment. The staff is always friendly and helpful , the store itself doesn't really carry much of a variety but you will always find what you need. I'm not really happy with the fact that the employees smoke in the entrance but whatever =)

My van broke down here last week and they sold me a battery I might not have needed--it was an alternator problem. I did appreciate they installed the battery.They were nice and helpful but their help ran out as quickly. They at least had one reference, but that guy was nice, but wasn't helpful either (Larry) as it wasn't my belt broken as he thought, but the alternator itself. It would be nice if the workers at this store knew a little more about cars, especially some tips on what to do if a new battery doesn't work...or trying to recharge the battery before declaring it fully dead. They were rather clueless except to sell me a battery.I had a lot more success getting help and service form the auto store up the street, Baxter's. Wish I started there to begin with.

Thank you so much to Colton! I am NOT a car person and I was so worried when my car wouldn't start. Colton went above and beyond, he didn't just sell me the parts I needed but he could tell I was nervous to do it myself and literally came outside and did it all for me. I'm not sure who the boss is here but Colton is the best and the type of employee any company would be proud to have. Thank you, ill remember Oriley next time I need help with my car.

Its an oreillys! Staff seem willing to help out and look basic things up, They had the motorcycle oil i needed so props on them! Its nice to have a chain store in this town.

Clean rooms, friendly service, and decent price. I use this place when I travel to Mt Shasta for work, it's close to a really great restaurant too.

I ordered some parts for store pickup. They were ready when notified, the counter people were friendly and helpful, and accommodating when I had to return the parts. This is my go-to place for parts.

Great auto parts store. They always have what I need. Another good shop is NAPA downtown, but showroom selection is much smaller.

Large inventory including some boat and trailer parts. Tom was friendly. They give discounts to miltary veterans. Plenty of parking and near the freeway.

I was able to find what I came in for. Being able to give my phone number for the rewards program saves a lot and is more efficient than fishing for any card.

Driving home for Thanksgiving. It starts dumping rain and my windshield wipers fall apart. Stopped by, got the right kind and they installed! On my way safe now! Thank you!
