Had to have my Ram 1500 repaired from hitting a deer. Billy at Longhair did a great job and was very helpful. He kept in touch with progress and when there was a delay in getting a part, he kept me informed. I would 100% use there services again. Truck looks great. During a winter storm a tree limb fell on my car, denting the left front fender. I scheduled repairs with Billie for 2 weeks later. In the meantime I scraped the same left side on my garage frame. Billy fixed the first dent to perfection, and repaired the additional damage at no charge. He gave me a discount because I was paying out of pocket.. all of this, AND he is the nicest person to do business with!

Went in to Longhair's with concerns about costs to repair my battered 2007 Toyota Corolla. Billy II took my retrieved parts and put my car back together. Appreciated the friendly customer service, the low repair bill, and the willingness to work on a small job.

Is this anyway to run a business: I called to make an auto detailing appointment.& I've been to him before. Asked the current price & Michael told me $250. When I said "wow - I paid $150 last year, he said $250 was the price last year and hung up on me. Some days later, when I called to talk to Longhair to share my experience with his employee, he never called me back.
