We were stranded with a missing windshield wiper in the snow and made a stop by to get a new blade. The staff went above and beyond to help us find the right blade, gave us recommendations, and even helped us when the wiper did not work (it was previously installed incorrectly). Thank you so much!!!! I'm sorry we didn't have any cash but we're eternally grateful!!

Great store, employees are always friendly and up to help with anything you might need. The parking to this establishment is pretty tricky but it ain't too bad. Steve occasionally stops here when O'reilly's doesn't have what he needs, prices are reasonable for this area as well.

Great customer service, Arley goes above and beyond for his customers everytime. Whether you are working on a classic car or a newer vehicle with all the bells and whistles Arley provides more than parts for your vehicle.The knowledge and understanding of how vehicles works is unmatched by anyone else in townI highly recommend this location for any DIY type of people.

We needed a replacement rear stop light bulb for our Fiat 500. Arlie was such a wonderful help in assisting with the part selection and replacement. GREAT customer service and personality. Highly recommend for your auto parts needs ! Thanks again, Arlie !

Grat service and knowledgeable. They alway help me with anything I need. If they don't have it, they can order and usually deliver within one day.--Edit 2014 Still great service and help putting together my DIY projects for my truck and maintenance items for my car! The guys are always helpful and nice!

Great knowledgeable guys ,found all my parts quickly though one was accidentally wrong but exchange was quick and painless even without receipt (one # off on skew lol) they even gave me a deal on the bundle of parts making first week living in town an inviting joyful experience

Super knowledgeable guys and really nice. They let me leave my car there in their small parking area when it broke down. They even called around for the parts I needed because they didn't have it in stock. I definitely reccomend using this business!

My batterie died while hiking and they helped me in less than 15 minutes to install a new one and the installation was even free! Great service, thanks so much again!

These guys are great! Super helpful and friendly, a really nice experience. I almost went to NAPA but I'm so glad I went here instead! Cool history of the building as well.

I shop here because of the employees, sure you can buy some items at discount stores or on line. And sometimes I do but the guys here have so often pointed me in the right direction with courtesy and professionalism.

They had our wiper blades in stock and the counter man had them installed in a snap, on a Saturday, ten minutes before he closed.When in Mt Shasta, if we need more auto parts, we will go back.

If you're local, you would know you go to Littrell's. Why? Becuase these guys are more than just a store that sells you automobile products, these guys are like going to old high school buddies for sound advice. They always are so helpful and will actually go out to your vehicle and inspect it or replace it. Superstars like Troy and others that work there have been so helpful for me, I called on them to ask who might be able to rewire my trailer lights, they gave me the name with a phone number. That's small town service, that small town heart, the kind that wins the respect and loyality of the people who live and breath Mt Shasta. Yea, it might be called Baxter's now, but it's the same group of good guys I have relied on for over 25 years! You can't go wrong, give them a shout. Jack Trout

The staff at baxters are so friendly and helpful!! I don't go anywhere else in town because the people at baxters really seem so care the most. I am so grateful for them :)
