I took my car in for its 7,500 mile service and to get the software on my infotainment system updated. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on what was going on and how long different things would take.

Just purchased a new Tahoe at Richland Chevy. Oscar, Cameron and the staff are great!! I ordered the vehicle with them, while it was getting delivered from GM Oscar kept me updated the entire time. Once I arrived at the dealer to pick up my vehicle the process was easy and direct. I was able to get all my questions answered and felt comfortable with my purchase. Their costumer service is exceptional. I recomend Richland Chevy to everyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had!! Noel was an absolute pleasure to work with, he brought the truck and the paperwork to me to complete the deal and he did the whole thing with NO pressure sales. I told him, I can't tell you how pleasant and refreshing that was. Price, experience, financing, knowledge and attention to detail gives Richland an A+ in my book!!! Great job, thank you for the beautiful new truck!!!!

Very family orientated. Kind to our needs. Tried hard to work with us, to get best possible deal. Not just our Salesman, but even the other salesmen at the dealership helped out. They all work as a family. Have bought from them before, and defiantly will buy again.

I had an issue with my camaro going into limp mode. had an o2 sensor that went bad. It was behind the axle , a real pain to get to. left it in Leonards hands in the service department. Got it fixed , I mean they went the extra mile to make sure I didn't over pay. I was very happy with the cost. I haven't had any issues since... I have since taken my car to them for upkeep and maintenance, Who knows chevy's better ? peace of mind. I COMPLETELY trust these guys which is contrary to popular belief. I don't know about other dealerships but this one here in shafter is amazing ask for Leonard long beard dude lol. If you have a chevy I strongly !!! urge you to take it here first.

Absolute worst experience ever !! After getting pre-approved and assured the vehicle was mine even though I was working out of state they agreed to make it work, then the manager decided he was selling it to someone else and completely disregarded me !!! These guys are the worst ever ! I was able to buy a similar vehicle in Sacramento with no issues ! Happy to work with me, please don t waste your time with these dishonest people must have been his family

I can not understand why it was necessary to drive my car for eight miles to change oil and filter.Followup: Dealer personnel contacted me to explain reason for driving the car after reading this review .

Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Oscar Martinez went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase did not interfere with my work by getting me started over the phone with a quote, directing me to their website to begin the financing application and providing me an approval all on the same day. Once we were ready to sign the paperwork, he met me at my work office all the way in Fresno! I didn't even ask for that, he just offered and that really made me feel taken care of. Excellent work to the Richland team.

My wife and I bought this truck from Richland Chevrolet and then had a compartment put in to the center console and both times went seamlessly. I never bought a vehicle that went this smoothly. Best experience by far

Very bad experience. There is an old lady who works in the financial department (Michele) . She is very rude, I would say unbelievably rude. She treated me like a piece of trash . I believe she was acting like this because she is racist.

Brought my car in for service, and had an overall great experience. Service was scheduled a week in advance and was performed while i waited.I had originally called 3 way chevy in Bakersfield and i did not like the attitude i perceived with the questions i asked. When i called Richland, they were very helpful and answered all the questions i had for the service i needed. Very friendly!The prices seemed like they are not overly inflated like other service shops. i cant wait to come back!

Jarir brought his A+ game. Extremely welcoming and easy to apply customer service. My transaction with him with very well, met my needs and surpassed my expectations. Great service and customer support. Hometown feeling, easy to work with, and after we completed the purchase we truly felt taken care of and saved a ton of money. They are huge supporters of our local community and schools and always happy to keep that tradition and pride alive!

We recently bought a brand new Silverado from Richland. We did it solely online while it was still in transit. Oscar was super helpful the entire way and answered all of our questions during the process! They even delivered the truck when it arrived since we were within a certain distance! Thank you guys!!

We went in on a Saturday to see what we would be able to afford / budget for and they were the only dealership we went to all weekend that didn't instantly lose interest when the salesman found out we were only looking. He actually helped us figure out about how much our monthly payments would be if we decided to buy a car from them.We decided to purchase our new vehicle from Richland on Saturday after they had closed. I called the salesman Alfred after hours to let him know which car we wanted and they had set it up for my wife and I to pick up Monday evening and we had the keys and were on the road in less than an hour.Richland Chevrolet is the best dealership we worked with! Please consider them the next time you are shopping for a new or used car!
