My husband and I went to Nissan in Selma just to look. Right away, Manuel came out greeted us. His personality is infectious. He made us feel comfortable, listened to what we wanted and had so much to show us. There was never any pressure to make a purchase, and never did he attempt to put us in something we couldn t afford. We ended up buying a car from him that day. The process was smooth and easy, much easier than I remember. Thank you Manuel for taking care of us, and bringing us into the Nissan family!

This is the third vehicle we ve purchased from Selma Auto Mall. The first time wasn t the best experience (Honda) but the second time we went through Hyundai and the team we worked with was amazing so I wanted to go back again for this last purchase. I went through Selma Nissan this time and I started off with Jorge and Alex took over and did the majority of the work and finalized the deal. Both guys were amazing. Super helpful. Honestly the best salesmen I ve worked with. No pressure to get in something I didn t want. They were very nice guys and they gave off great vibes. It was a very easy process and I d go back again to work with them again. Thank you Alex!

I can t believe they sold a frontline vehicle to my buddy, he showed me his frontier that he got on the body very obvious gaps on the left front fender next to the hood the rear tailgate ugly gap. Some substandard paint job . They did not even had the factory floor mats , looks like a vehicle you buy at Craigslist.Where is the quality control?

The wait was way too much (over 3.5 hrs) even after I had an appointment scheduled this is the 3rd time this happened . Also I scheduled for a battery replacement but apparently they do not do any other mechanical work besides oil changes on Saturday . Smh . when scheduling it should state that so we can figure out a better day to get the maintenance needed .

We work with Ruby and she was awesome. She really fights for her customers and treats them like family. This is the first time I have been able to buy a car in a local dealership. I have always had to go out of town. It was great to buy locally.

Very good place to purchase a vehicle. Very poor place to get regular service. You must make an appointment for service but that means nothing. It may take 3 hours to get an oil change with an appointment. It does not mater when you have an appointment because 30 people also have an appointment for the same time.Service should KEEP appointments.

Jose was knowledgeable of the vehicles and was able to answer questions I had regarding them. He was not pushy and did not apply any pressure at all to purchase. He was available when needed as well. His manager Ahmad was also not pushy and easy to deal with.

Just leased an Ariya and I absolutely love it. This is my second car I have bought with Selma Nissan. They are absolutely great, Jonathan Briseno helped me on this transaction so make sure you ask for him. He was very patient with me. He answered all my questions and gave a good presentation of the car I wanted. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.

Initially, arriving to the service window, a gentleman had greeted me and asked how he could help then directed me to the appropriate service person. Ishmael took care of me got my vehicle in for servicing and contacted me as soon it was done in a timely manner.I received great service from both the gentleman that greeted me and Ishmael. Their service exceeded my expectations.

Got my oil change done here. The service department was absolutely amazing! The advisors and manager were very polite, quick with service and very informative on recommendations for my next service. The cashier was amazing with customer service, great way to end my service. Highly recommend!
