I had a great experience from the moment I contacted the dealership. Frederico was helpful & got me started with Johnny B who was awesome! He made the entire experience enjoyable (dare I say fun) and I could not ask for a better salesperson. THANK YOU Johnny B and all of the staff including the managers & finance, at Selma Hyundai that helped me get my new vehicle.

We were shopping for a hybrid vehicle and had gone to another dealership in Clovis. We found what we wanted, (New car at a decent rate) but we wanted to keep looking.We found a vehicle that fit our criteria at Selma Hyundai. My initial contact with them was mainly through text as we worked through the application process. Even through text, Jordan was very helpful and friendly.We were scheduled to return to the Clovis dealer to finalize the transaction. On a whim we decided to go to Selma. We were really turned off by the comments made by the Clovis finance person and her pushiness.We were quickly greeted by Ruby who assisted us.(Jordan was unavailable.) She was really friendly and made us feel comfortable. We were greeted by the managers, all were very friendly. We were even acknowledged by other sales members as we walked around. We decided to purchase here, as they were able to get us a better rate on a used car vs a new one in Clovis. (Something that doesn t usually happen when buying used.) Overall the transaction in Selma was very smooth. We had positive experiences with EVERYONE from start to finish.Thank you to all for making this such an easy and pleasant experience.

Johnny B was a very GREAT Sales man!!!! Greeted us right away. We told him what we wanted to pay he gave us options. He, was friendly and has a great personality. He was not pushy and was honest , polite and answered all our questions. For being a young sales man I will say it was the best experience I have had on a car lot. We had a lot of laughs. He helped us get our daughter into a car. Thanks Johnny B!!! A+ I would highly recommend this young man if u are looking to buy a car!

Johnny was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. He was very friendly also had great conversation beyond just car talk. Our experience with Hyundai Selma was exceptional. We had been in the market for a few weeks however no place met our expectations and granted us the customer service that Alex and his team did. Alex did a great job at listening to our needs and working with his team to give us a deal that worked for us. Our experience from start to finish was smooth. Would definitely recommend.

Selma Hyundai treated us well. Jose was great to deal with. Not pushy at all and answered all our questions. They gave us a great deal right out of the gate (we did our homework in advance) and we drove a new car off the lot same day. Would recommend this experience to anyone.

Johnny B is THE best sales rep I have ever encountered. Friendly, knowledgeable. Very coshure employee that is well on top of the business. A adequate asset to Selma Hyundai. Very patient, thorough and easy to talk to. All my questions were answered without challenging my intelligence. Johnny B has great mannerism that draws people to him. He is a great salesperson.

Jorge Leyva handled the deal on our new GV80 phenomenally. I am not into high pressure sales, Jorge and the Sales Manager Ahmad made my wife and I feel very comfortable in making an informed decision to acquire the GV80. Ended up at Selma Hyundai after the car we wanted was sold in Fresno. Johnny B approached us and quickly and professionally engaged us about the type of vehicle we were looking for and who would be driving it. He showed us several options and we were on are way to our car when Johnny B asked us to give him an opportunity to show us a few other options. So we gave him the opportunity and we ended up buying a 2021 Kia Forte. Our experience was great and Johnny B ensured we had an excellent experience and went above and beyond to help us. Would for sure recommend finding him if you visit the lot.

Had an amazing experience! I have bought many vehicles and this by far was my best experience yet. The team was very friendly and welcoming. They also all had a great sense of humor and were just nice people all around. My sales rep Jorge was absolutely fabulous and extremely helpful! No runaround he was straight forward with me and seemed to genuinely care that I was getting what I wanted out of a vehicle. I even took the keys with me by accident to my trade in because I am an airhead apparently. Jorge went above and beyond and came to pick them up at 10pm. We were there pretty late due to my ability of being indecisive and difficult, yet I didn t get any flack from any of the staff at all! They were also able to get me the price that I wanted and the car that I wanted. So if you re looking to buy a vehicle go see Jorge at Selma Hyundai you won t be disappointed! Thank you to Jorge and the team at Selma Hyundai for an amazing experience!

Had a great experience from start to finish in the buying process. Consistent follow up when booking the test drive. Although they didn t have the vehicle I had the appointment for, Jorge proactively recommended some alternatives around the same model and price point. The sales managers weren t pushy and worked with us on financing. I d recommend my friends and colleagues in the Central Valley skip the Fresno dealers and come to Selma.

Excellent purchase experience of new Ioniq 5. Worked with Alexis (Alex) who was super responsive to various texts & emails. Really appreciated him, would not hesitate to work with him again in the future. Overall, felt we got a fair deal. And they were very straightforward with the numbers, not playing games like another dealer did when we first attempted to buy elsewhere. Glad we found Selma Hyundai!

Exceptional service from start to finish! Jordan, our sales associate, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, helping us purchase an Ioniq5 hassel free. Ruby Ballesteros was an inviting smile and handshake when I arrived to Selma Hyundai. I was direct about my needs, budget, size, and more. She didn't just hear me, she listened. I was test driving a car that met my requests within minutes. I didn't think my experience could get better, then Ruby and the Hyundai team showed me other options that met and exceeded my needs with a great price. I'm grateful for the attentiveness I received. What I thought would be a stressful experience, Ruby made it feel like I was hanging out with a friend looking out for my best interest.

I was looking for a good economical car with a good warranty and affordable payments. Alex Carrillo did that and some. He got us a good deal and a 20yr 200,000 mile warranty included with our purchase. That is the best deal. Thank you Selma Hyundai for a great buying experience.

Had an amazing experience at Selma Hyundai. Had no expectation of purchasing a car when we went only to look. However our amazing salesman Federico was very insightful, helpful and amazing. He helped us decide on our purchase and was not pushy, was understanding and helped us get a great deal on a 2024 car. Very happy and satisfied with our experience, our purchase and our salesman. I was in the market for an electric vehicle, I came to Selma Hyundai. My sales man Rolando made me fall in love with the Ioniq 6, this guy knows his stuff. He made the process so easy and helped me get the best deal possible. I recommend Rolando to anyone trying to get into a new or used car. Just amazed how quick and easy the process was!

Johnny B and Ahmad were so helpful! They did everything in their power to make sure I got the best deal possible. They both made me really comfortable and had me laughing the whole time. Today I had a great experience at Selma Hyundai. Alex Carrillo helped me and this was my first time here. He helped every step of the way from 9am-3:30 pm . I was loosing faith of walking away with a car with my situation but he did help me look at a couple options and walk away with a new car! I d say 10/10 experience. If you ever need someone recommendations of who to help here I d say Alex!

Lesson learned from trying to do business with these Clowns. Called them March 7th to schedule service for my car and was told there weren't any Saturday appointments until March 16, I said okay I can work with that and booked the appointment. I show up for my appointment today only to be told I didn't have an appointment and they wouldn't be able to service my car because they only have two technicians. I live twenty minutes from this location and only chose them because they have Saturday appointments.

I got my first car one week ago from Selma Hyundai and had the most pleasant experience with help from our sales man Jordan Pendergrass. He explained everything very thoroughly and had the absolute best customer service, he definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I was amazed by how quick and easy the process was! I felt cared for the entire time, the staff was amazing and respectful. 100% recommend Selma Auto Mall for anyone looking for a car.
