Dan did not pressure us into buying anything, he answered all of our questions, and made us feel so comfortable. I went to Liberty Chevrolet about 4 weeks. I would like to thank Aaron, Tony and Ignacio for there help in getting my new truck. They were very helpful in guiding me thru the process. Answered my questions and concerns! After I took my truck home I noticed a few minor things that could of been better. And I want to say that I've called them and they sure helped me in resolving the issues and are continuing to help with any concern i might have. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle, stop by Liberty Chevrolet and ask for them. It took me awhile to leave a review and I wasn't sure I was or wanted to leave one. But with the continue help that I have received from these guys is amazing. Nothing major wrong with my truck it runs perfect, just like water spots it had. Took it to Liberty and they did a major detail job on it. I loved how great of a job they did. Thanks again to Aaron, Tony and Ignacio and let's not forget the detail department. Thanks again guys

Purchased a car from them. The deal fell through 3 weeks later because they claimed the bank revoked the loan. Car was returned and they have been giving us the run around about returning our down payment for 4 days now. They keep claiming the owner needs to sign and conveniently he hasn't been available to do so. They're all sneaky and have poor customer service. Lets not confuse the amazing customer service when they're getting you to purchase and sign. But when it comes to actually making things right they drag more then just their feet. Of course I'm not going to be pleasant anymore! Would never send anyone to them

It has been my second visit and the staff have all been very friendly. I'm so grateful for all that they do. I was able to get some work done, as they tried to figure out what the issue was on my vehicle. There's a nice area to relax, enjoy some TV while they do what they do best.Thank you all again and Happy Holidays!

I came here for a recall check, a service check up and tire rotations to service my 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV. Everyone was super friendly and extremely patient. From the warm greeting from my service advisor Dave, chatting with David about coming back to finish my services, to the nice gentleman asking if I d like coffee while waiting in line with my car, it s worth the trip to getting your car needs met! I didn t realize the recall was on the charger and needed to drive back to Fresno to grab it. They were still able to take me in and perform all the services. 10/10 would recommend!

Employee are Good but this is My 8th Used Car Buying and these Guys didn't dealt the situation anyway close to appreciation.Push Marketing.Deceiving Information on Vehicle.Discounts on self-Inflated price.Specific:before rolling my car out I informed wiper not working properly, it took 15 to accept that it is not Wiping at all as they were considering that the arm is swinging so it is Good. 30 Minutes to change two wipers and then they didn't consider changing the rear wiper. Not worth another 30 minutes to ask them to change the rear one so I accepted my decision and will continue live with it.Not recommended but have only found a couple of good service in the town yet and definely liberty doesn't come any close to them.

I went in for a oil change and engine light on in my 2019 chevy traverse. I was informed my muffler was cracked at the welds and I was outside on extended warranty coverage. My service advisor for that day was Dan. Dan was the man that informed me of the bad news and let me know that there was a slim chance for coverage with one more resource. He called me the next day to inform that he was able to get it covered. Im a happy customer so far. If it was not covered I would of got rid of the vehicle. I greatly appreciate Dan and the whole chevy team. Personally the best place to buy a vehicle and have your regular maintenance performed! Let's go Liberty!!

I went in with the idea of just looking and getting ideas of what trucks they had. Well I came out with a brand new Chevy Silverado 2023 thanks to Sergio and Alex. Great customer service, really easy to talk to, they have a lot of enthusiasm. I felt very welcome by both of them. Thank you once again Sergio and Alex for all the support you gave me.

Working with Art was proof that good sales people still exist. Very attentive, professional, and true to his word. He gave me confidence to purchase my vehicle (site unseen) 3,000 miles away. The car appears to be treated well and they updated maintenance to OEM specs.If you are considering purchasing from out of state, be mindful that the back office steps can add time to your paperwork process due to their volume of units sold. It would have been nice to have an electronic signature option.Thank you Art, Sven, Jimmy, Sandy for your help. Love the new ride!

I was recommended to Liberty Chevrolet by a friend. I went out to the lot and found a truck I liked. I requested the final out the door price and was presented with a run down. Both manager and salesman were shady and would ignore my request for the out the door price and try to distract me from the inflated prices by forcing the monthly payments on me, all while claiming they were up front with their pricing. The following day, I reviewed the run down and found they had hidden added $10,000 in dealer markup to the MSRP. I looked at another dealership and found several trucks that were similar and in a color. Liberty Salesman called me again saying that I wouldn't find any other trucks and not without a dealer mark up. I ended up finding a nice truck and in the color I wanted from Hedricks Chevrolet. I even avoided paying any markup or any unwanted fees or add ons and even received a 30 year/300,000 mile powertrain warranty which is better than the one offered by Liberty.Avoid this dealership all costs. They are still trying to prey on their customers with dealer markups. The truck market is well on its way to what it was pre-covid and vehicle s are widely available (given you actually look around). If you like hidden fee s and paying more money for your next vehicle then Liberty is the place for you.

Our experience making this purchase was by far one of our best thanks to Ahmed Wahdan the sales representative who went above and beyond to make our decision in purchasing our new Chevrolet Traverse the right choice. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle, and was also very considerate of what we were looking for in a vehicle so that also made our decision just that much easier.

A couple months ago I wrote a review on how I thanked Austin for helping me so much. However, I will never in my life again purchase a Chevy ! My car has broken down in the last 5 months three times and I keep missing work because their cars are not up to standard and that s a basic standard! The first time I paid $300 the second time I was finance for $2500 to pay for the repairs now I have to take my car back again and there s no telling how much is going to cost. They will not give me a loaner all they will give me is a bad attitude. The worst customer service ever as well as the worst car that was ever invented. My Catylic converter, turbo, purge valve went out and I still smell gas in my car, the battery has went out at least three times and the throttle body has gone out twice! But, they want me to have a great attitude when I call. Thank you Austin for hanging up on me through my stressful time! If you guys sold a better product your customers would be happier.

A special shout out to Rene and Art for being such great salesmen! Rene was attentive and wanted me to be happy if I purchased a car with him. I ended up looking at another dealership to look at all my options (2022 Chevrolet Blazers), which was a nightmare. Came back to Liberty Chevrolet and Art was there to help. He made everything smooth and made things work for me after dealing with a horrible dealership in Hanford. I appreciate Liberty Chevrolet so much! My first impression was that the sells man, Tony M�rales, has very good costumer service. He attended my family and me very courteous with a smile on his face and ready to attend us since we entered the lot. And Gio helped us got us a great deal with the bank. Great experience. 100% recommend.

I've brought this new 2022 Chevrolet Colorado in numerous times already for something or another and honestly it is quite discouraging. The fact that I have been continuously inconvenienced in my life with the defective parts on this truck is not ok. I have already had my shifter replaced twice. The first time was covered free of charge due to a service bulletin and manufacturer warranty so when I take it back for the same issues and I'm now being charged a deductible when it is CLEARLY a GM part issue is not acceptable.Also, my appointment was at 8 AM, I dropped my unit off at 7AM and when I called for an update at 1:30 PM, I was told that they haven't even looked at it and they were waiting for the top mechanic. By the time I got the call that they found the issue, it was about 2:30PM and although they had the part in stock it still would not be done until the next day. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if it is still not going to be completed in a timely fashion. In addition to that, I was told by the service advisor that this issue was "just posted about a month prior in regard to the shifter and they have fixed the issue". Blatant lie considering I was told about the service bulletin the first time they changed it January 3, 2023. I don't feel like you guys are being 100% honest and transparent. Not good for business.I then mentioned another issue with the vehicle to the service advisor about a pool of water coming down the driver side under the pedals. I assumed it was from breather tube or drain for the condensation from the A/C however from my experience, I thought something was off because it usually drains from the passenger side. So, when I asked what side it is supposed to be draining on, he tells me that in order for a mechanic to even look at it, it'll be a $220 diagnostic fee. Just to look under the vehicle and say yes its normal or no its not. When I left I called my local Keller Chevrolet dealer in Hanford and spoke with the service department there, he confirmed with me over the phone that the A/C usually drains on the passenger side right above the transmission. That was over the phone. A simple question with a straight up answer. Sure, the advisor may have not known the answer, but it was a simple question he could have asked, but instead I felt the advisor told me about the diagnostic fee to deter me from getting any additional complaints addressed.All in all, I continue to be dissatisfied with the service from Liberty Chevrolet. And quite frankly, Chevrolet in general.

Service department was on point, on time, and the customer service was just perfect. 10 stars no doubt.But the other department can do way better (finance, sales) not a single employee was on time. I was their to purchase a service agreement and not a soul to purchase from. I had called the day before and was told by the finance department he would be their at 8 and showed up when my service was done on my truck.
