I always know where to get my tire emergencies turned into tire solutions at an affordable price. Yet the real treat is not just the popcorn and coffee , It s the sincerely nice staff. Thanks again Selma Les Schwab Tires . Thanks Desiree

This branch services both me and my wife s vehicle and they always do good work. You want to be specific per what you want done but I think that s reasonable. Can be pricey if need tires but with warranty it s worth it. Good customer service as well

10/10 Recommend! Antonio greeted me in the parking and was very welcoming and the technician who worked on my vehicle was Miguel whom was very thorough on explaining what the issue was with my vehicle and made sure i understood what was going on and made sure i made it back on the road safely. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for more service

They treated me and my truck like royalty. Did an excellent job with the RAM and test me informed and up to date at all times. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This is the only branch that I ve seem to have the worst customer experience. No sense of urgency or time perception. The biggest thing they lack is following up with the customer to inform them that the car is ready. Good thing they re hourly and not flat rate. They wouldn t make it in a flat rate shop. Maybe they d be more efficient if they spent less time gossiping amongst each other .

Shoutout to everyone at Les Schwab especially Ricky!! I have been coming here for years and will continue because they always give amazing customer service. They always make sure to take care of the current issue and any other adjacent issues going on. I recommend any one wanting new wheels/tires to go to Les because of the quality and great service they provide!

Les Schwab in selma has the best customer service around they greeted in as I got out of my car I didn't that kind of service in reedley or in sangerI was in sanger and only one service employee and the counter lady

I've been a regular customer here couple of years now.. idk about you idk many places where they pretty much run to you in the parking lot to greet you and answer your questions right there n then.. They always very professional,courtesy,and always trying to make sure they do the job right the first time.. They have worked on 4 different cars I have had always been done rite the first time...Thank you managment n staff!!!

This was my third vehicle at this location. Every time I come here I get great service. Aaron was very knowledgeable and courteous. Staff was helpful and friendly!

Worst experience I have ever had at Les Schwab. I have been coming with my vehicles for years. Arrived early, not much activity going on, was quoted 45 minutes to one hour, which is fine. I would have no problem if it took twice as long, but as I was now into 3 hours and no communication from staff I asked "what is taking so long?" the manager Ricky informed me "it's hot, and his workers are not going to get a "stoke" to fix cars in the heat". There was more inappropriateness in this conversation, but the bottom line was he let me know, as a customer, my vehicle or my time was not important. It was a very disappointing experience.

Needed new tires, bad!! Went there because it's in town, had tires I liked and had a fair price. The staff is very friendly, quick and efficient. They did recommend a few repairs that I needed but did not pressure me to get them then and there, and just recommended when I had time to do it. All was done very fast and all went well, highly recomend!

Responsive and professional. The staff at this Les Schwab location are friendly and try to help customers in need. I cannot recommend getting the warranty for their tires enough. Thank you for your service, and look forward to my return for future business.

Just finished up getting my tires checked. I ended up having to buy and replace all 4 tires. The guys at Selma Les Schwab are AWESOME! Totally helpful, professional, and quick service! Definitely recommend coming here for exceptional service! Thanks again guys!

We were traveling through in our a RV and woke up to a flat tire on our trailer. This shop fit us in on the spot. Fixed our tire and changed the spare back again. All in minutes and with no charge to us. Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly!! (And cheaply)

I've been a customer for a few years now and all I can say is, I have no regrets. I understand tires aren't cheap but if you are gonna spend that type of money it better be worth it. With Les Schwab I know it is, great customer service, amazing professional help and care for your car. I had too many flat tire incidents but thankfully they are cover by guarantee and I can go to any location and have it fix for free. The financing they offer makes it even better, no more waiting until the next paycheck.

Hit a pothole and knew this location was close by. First time to this location and they treated me the way I have become accustomed to by Les Schwab. Even though I got there close to them closing, they stayed a little past closing to get me situated and back on the road.

We were on a long road trip through California and we had a low pressure tire signal, so we pulled into the tire center to get it checked out. They replaced a faulty sensor and 2 bald tires; We were in and out, back on the road in less than an hour! So grateful!Thanks a ton to Luis who helped us!

Came in to the parking lot and was met by a older white man 45ish who had the upmost professionalism. He was knowledgeable and was about to give me a quote within minutes. These people are one in a million. He might be the manger because he looks to be handling inside and the garage. 5* and I will not be going to anyone else

This location is amazing, their team is kind and helpful! No matter what the job they have a smile on their face and a pep in their step! Oscar has helped me a few times and is always a delight, Claritza has also helped me out, she is great at making customers feel good about coming in!

I purchased 2 tires for my truck. I was told they were Cooper tires so i trusted them. About a month later i was checking air pressure and did not see anything on the tire that said Cooper. So i went on line to check the tires they installed were Steves a very cheap tire. I paid 600.00 . For four tires. I was lied to the tires were junk in 2 year. I will never set foot in Les Swhwab or recomend anybody else to shop there.

This place is always amazing! Fast service and super helpful. I went in for a tire rotation recently & they told me there was a nail in my car's tire and had it taken out before I even knew it was there. One of my favorite places in Selma for sure!

My car was completed when promised. They have a cool comfortable waiting room with plenty of space to social distance. They were through but they didn't do anything else to jack up the cost. I would not have known if the rear was out of alignment, so they could have very easily said it was out too; but they were honest and only did the work that was needed. I would definitely recommend them for alignment that is all I had done

I got a nail in my tire and expected to buy at least one, if not two new ones. The techs at Les Schwab Selma were able to take out the nail and patch my tire for no charge. I wanted to give them something for the trouble. I appreciate their service.

Called to get my vehicle jump started, they came out within 30 minutes and replaced my dead battery at the shop!!Customer Service! Off to work I go...

I just came in for a check up on my Avalon to ensure we can get my grandpa home from the hospital safely. And they took care of me ... took care of me again and again. Watch out for the premium packages, don't be afraid to ask for cheaper plans!
