I recently bought a GV80 from this dealership, and it was great. The staff is super helpful, especially Alex, he helped us the entire way through and was super clear and knowledgeable. The manager Ahmad is also very helpful and upfront! Couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience.

I had an awesome experience at this dealership! Johnny Brisino was knowledgeable, friendly and easygoing he made sure I found the right car for my needs. It had been years since I have bought a new car and I was dreading the process. Johnny made it easy and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The staff at this dealership were amazing! My wife and I just purchased a 2024 GV 80 3.5 Advanced. First off the car is AMAZING! The drive is incredibly smooth and the collapsible 3rd row option is great for our family. I did a lot of research online (both of Selma Genesis and reviews of the GV80) prior to purchase. Each was exactly as advertised! Sales department was friendly, efficient and professional. Our sales associate Jordan was courteous and answered all of our questions. The sales manager Ahmad was very helpful and friendly. He explained the options for extended warranty thoroughly without trying to "upsell" or pressure us into getting them. This has been a minor frustration in the past with other car purchases so I very much appreciated that!We have had positive experiences in the past with purchases of other luxury vehicles (Audi, Mercedes). The Selma Genesis experience was equal if not better to those purchases! I highly recommend both the GV80 and the Selma Genesis team!

My wife and I went had appointment for a g70 took it out for a car drive with Jorge leyva. First person that I met that knows all the features and details of the car they re selling. Than we test drive a Hyundai 2024 palisade, he also knew all the features on it. Great attitude great vibe great dealership all round great service

The service I ve received at Genesis of Selma has been phenomenal. From Katia when I first purchased my Genesis G70 to my service advisor Liz and her assistant Brandon. After bringing my car in for service, Liz had my car washed, carpets vacuumed, and had it delivered to me at work. She took payment over the phone(which was super convenient) and kept me updated throughout the process so I knew what was going on. Thank you so much to everyone who has made my experience at Genesis of Selma so great.

We bought this car on Monday, September 11, 2023. A representative from the dealership was supposed to contact us the next day to cure an issue with the vehicle (on a "DUE BILL"). We were not contacted all week. I stopped at the dealer on the following Sunday and was PROMISED they would call. CRICKETS... Went back to the Dealership the following Friday (we live 20 miles away) and was taken personally to the service department and introduced to a service employee (who seemed bothered by my presence) who promised (again) we would be contacted first thing in the morning (Monday). We finally received a call by someone who said they were trying to "work out the logistics" of picking up the car. They finally picked up the car on Wednesday afternoon. At 9:30pm we received a Genesis Vehicle Notification that the car was unlocked at 9:30 IN ANOTHER CITY! I sent a Lock Command and called to asked where our car was. We were told "I know that guy....I trust him." Apparently, someone took our brand new $60,000+ car home with him that night. All of this, only to take it to an aftermarket body shop for repairs over 30 miles away and back again. Genesis of Selma's communications is horendous! I would expect more from a dealer when you spend that much money on a car. I guess you can shine them up and call them what you want, but apparently inside it's just a Hyundai, that place is still just a Hyundai Dealership!

Awful awful service. It is not a genesis dealership it is a kiosk inside of a Hyundai dealership with service done at a Nissan dealership. They do not have their own building and do not have their own service garage. An oil change took over 3.5 hours WITH an appointment because the garage was flooded with cars from Nissan, Hyundai, and genesis.

This is the first time I ve taken any of my cars to a dealership. The best part of the experience is the front customer service lady named Ruby. As a female, it helps to have someone besides a man helping the customers and who is knowledgeable and provides honest, genuine customer service. Im very grateful to Ruby. My car had two recalls and I believe one of those recalls fixed the issue of my car battery dying and my car shutting off and dead. Not able to restart it.

Call call call never a return call. Vallet service good luck. Recall good luck! Worst customer service ever! You can t even get a return call! Mercedes and Lexus are top notch! Genesis is below a 1 star!

My husband and I traveled an hour and a half to look at their inventory, and I fell in love with the GV80. Our sales assoc. (Katiana) mentioned that the Genesis Scheduled Maintainenace would be provided to us via Complimentary Valet Services. Essentially, she said because there were no Genesis dealers in my town, the Selma dealer would pick up my car, leave a loaner with me until the service was complete, and return my car to me. We confirmed this when randomly chatting with the service manager (Lamont). And I was sold! We even complimented this wonderful Complimentary Valet/Scheduled Maintenance promise when we signed the finance documents with the finance manager (Fabian) because we were so impressed. Three Selma of Genesis staff were all in agreement regarding the Valet/Scheduled Maintenance Service that we would be provided with! Now that it is time for service, Genesis of Selma has negated their promise. For four and a half weeks now, I have tried to get Genesis Corporate involved in the matter for resolution but I have yet to be successful. Buyer beware, Genesis of Selma has dishonest practices. Please see the other non-Google reviews before making a purchase here! The positive Google reviews seem suspect too, probably bots!

Genesis service department is horrible. They only have one person who can make appointments and do anything in service and she's never available. I left multiple messages trying to make service appointment. After a couple days I finally got a call on June 13th to MAKE an appointment. My appointment is JULY 6th! Because it's a lease I have to go there. I need an oil change and i have sensors constantly beeping every 30 seconds!! They also said they may not have time to diagnose it that day so they may have to keep it for a couple days!! Uummm, that's why I'm making the appointment!! Needless to say I WILL be turning in my Genesis GV70 next September when lease is up!

This dealership is without the a doubt the best dealership I have ever dealt with.I would suggest anyone looking for a new vehicle come and ask for Anthony Garcia. He is an amazing salesperson and never made me feel any pressure and he was so helpful to myself as well as my family.I went in to buy a GV70 and ended up buying the GV70 and then returned the following week and bought the G80 as well.

Dwight Nelson is the owner of genesis and his service STINKS!! I have a GV80 my engine light came on for the 3rd time and they couldn't fix it last time cause not enough technicians. They are under staffed and I would NEVER send my car here!!! This guy shouldn't even own a business!!!

Selma Nissan is where you want to buy your next car. On 11/14/20 we stop by to look at a used Honda Accord that looked as good as new. Israel Martinez the sales consultant is who you want to work with. He is transparent and willing to go above and beyond to meet all of your needs. His expertise, friendliness, kindness and no pressure tactics helped me make my decision that much easier. He is a true professional.

My experience at Genesis of Selma was outstanding! Upon arrival I was greeted by very nice and respectful employees. My whole time at the dealership everyone was taking the right precautions to being a COVID-19 free space. Israel Martinez went above and beyond to meet all my standards and helped me leave with a new car.

On of the worst exprience i ever had at a dealership .i sechdule the appointment to test drive genesis GV80 drove 100 miles from bakersfield to selma and once i reach over there everyone was nice look at the car like the car i said i want to test drive it. they got my licence, insurance and then assitant manager came to me talk about price and stuff but at end they said they cant let us drive the car because said they dont want to put the miles on car but i dont know how somebody can buy the car worth $70-80k without test drive it expreince it.Note: on GV80 they have $8000 market adjustment price over MRP of car so you must have that in mind before you go over there that does car worth $8000 more then MRP.
