Supervisor Nancy Valenzuela is such a wonderful part of your business. I called to verify on behalf of my father. After getting authorization from him that I can speak to her directly, she was so nice and pleasant on the phone. I'm definitely recommending people to go and talk to her about signing up for insurance. You can just tell over the phone how professional this young lady is. Thank You Nancy for all your help with my fathers policy.

Had the best experience at the Selma location, thanks to Julia. Check this out too i wasn t even the client I was just there with a friend, Julia went over and beyond to make sure my friend was taken care off. Was very informative and seemed very interested in giving my friend the best deal she could. Definitely exceeded our expectations, and made the visit as smooth as possible. Thank you Julia !

Excellent customer service, the agents there were able to help out my grandfather with a low rate for 6 months and roadside assistance and towing. Really good agents they explained two coverage options and let us decide what was the best fit for us. Will definitly recommend to my friends and co workers.

I left a message for a call back because I wanted to know my rates went up. No one returned my call. I left a post with a negative review due to rates increase and no one returned my call,and I was going to find another ins carrier. Got a response "we are so try you feel this way". Regardless, of my review I was forced to the 1st month if the higher rate. Then I found another career.. contected you 2 times . ( If I did not pay you would cancel me right? Yes.). I did not pay youthe 2nd month , knowing you would cancel me, Why did you sent me to collections for $27.00. you are too much. Collections only get half of the $27.you the other half. When or If I choose to pay.*********Everyone should know the truth...you must be related to our new president, all bad*This place is a fraud there agents take a big bulk of your down payment and they scam you into thinking your getting a excellent price when in reality you can go get your quotes on line. I have a excellent drivers record and still had to put down over 300 just so 96$ could get applied to my first month payment. Also there agents are misinformed about info and tell you one thing and then your billed another. Lesson learned do it yourself. This is not the first time I had issues with fiesta and

Marco with Selma Fiesta was amazing. I explained my situations with him and he made it happen. He really expressed concern and showed a lot of empathy towards me. I highly recommend Marco at Selma Fiesta. We will only work with Marco from now on. A very easy going and down to earth guy.

I had an amazing experience finding affordable insurance with the right coverage for me at this place. I was attended by Yazmin Carbajal. She was super friendly, professional, and she was able to answer all my questions and got my insurance started ! I will be highly recommending her and this place to my friends and family .

Isreal Z was very helpful he helped my mother find a really good rate she was paying almost $70 more at Su Casa Insurance. Also gave her a good discount on the down payment and even applied an additional discount for coming in the same day. Really helpful at explaining all the coverages thank you!

Was kinda frustrated when I went in (first timer lol) But Able was so nice explaining all the plans, even listened to what I needed/wanted &&' was able to get me what I actually needed rather than what I thought I wanted. Thank you so Much Able!
