I've taken all my vehicles here. I had a Landrover and they took a good look told me what the issue was and then suggested I go to Landrover to see if they would cover it under warranty. Since I already knew what the issues were, thanks to Andersen's, I was able to avoid paying crazy prices. I since got rid of that car and got a Chevy Tahoe. All my work gets done here. Highly recommend.

I brought my truck here for some suspension work and alignment. I noticed my truck was pulling to the right and my steering wheel wasn t centered. They gave me a print-out with my alignment specs and it showed everything was within specs (picture below). I took it into another shop for a second opinion and my passenger side was way off! (Check 2nd pic)... Stay safe guys.

So I called 5 or more places that I thought would be able to do alignments for my 2021 tacoma but apparently none had their equipment updated for newer trucks, luckily my buddy recommended me to Andersen's and they were able to do the alignment same day within an hour with a good price and great customer service. Definitely would recommend especially for newer vehicles!Service: Wheel alignment

My son tore up my front end and couldn't be driven. This place made my truck drive straight as an arrow at a reasonable price.I take all my family's vehicles there now.

I have a Dodge Ram that needed a lot of work. Had work done at a shop in Visalia and didn't have a positive result, not very good customer service. I took it to Andersen's and they took the truck in with what the prior shop had done (or not done). Rear differentials, and fixed my AC. I knew the work that had to be done would be difficult pricey, but they had the best prices around the area. Took my Acadia for break service. Excellent customer service. Kept me updated as the work was being done. I dealt with Sergio and he was very thorough explaining the work done. I started to take my vehicles there for standard maintenance as well like oil change. Great quality work, highly recommended!

Worked me in at the last minute to fix the alignment that a different shop in Visalia screwed up twice. Great service, and what appeared to be very good and up-to-date alignment measurement equipment. Thanks!

They did an alignment for me in two weeks, it was misaligned again and they gave me a one-month guarantee. I called to inform them and they just told me another case. IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO A BAD JOB DONE AGAIN, THEY DO NOT GIVE A GUARANTEE. I will never return to that place.
