Tony and the team at Western Auto Body helped navigate my car accident and quickly got me the service that I needed. After a pretty severe collision they analyzed my cars damage and got me a quote after just a couple of days. It also helped that they were a preferred vendor for State Farm which helped make the process even smoother. I would totally recommend them for any car body work needs.Thank you,Service: Body & Trim

These guys are amazing. Not only do they do a great job, they are unfailingly honest. I had them do some work on my X5. They gave me a bid ahead of time. When I picked up the finished work, they said they didn t have to remove a piece of trim that they originally thought they would, so the price dropped by $40. Who does that??Next, I had them look at my wife s car, that had been scraped on the rear end. They said it would probably be $3,500 if they repainted the back and replaced the bumper cover, but suggested I let them just try buffing it, and touching up the paint for $50. If I didn t like it, we could always do the $3,500 route. When we picked up the car, it looked amazingly good. Wife was happy, and I saved $3,450. I can t recommend these guys enough.Service: Body & Trim

Just AMAZING!!On point about every step of repair...everyone did an outstanding job on my Ram, just like new as though nothing happened. SHOUT out to Megan very professional and understanding..YOU ROCK! Will highly recommend

Super nice and helpful staff.They went above and beyond to make my 2010 audi look brand new after a collision. Cant even tell anything ever happened!They also gave me some on-the-go touch up paint for any future dings!10/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Western auto body has now taken care and repaired my car 3 times (each a different accident) and each time has come out like it was brand new. There staff makes the process quick easy and takes the stress out of it all. They are family owned and truly do care about each one of there customers and any needs they have. Will forever be my auto body repair shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Really bad experience. They took the car in for repair and said it would be one week. 10 days later I called and they said another week. I asked them to communicate with me. 10 more days and I still hadn't heard from them and called again to hear that they needed more time. They had the car over 3 weeks and I never heard from them despite repeated requests. Once they sell you on the repair their customer service is done. Definitely do not recommend them.

I thought that my experience with this service was going good until realized that they managed to damage my breaks when doing an welding/steering service. Received my van back without any break, incredible danger for my safety and to make it worse the fixing is over thousand dollars.Note: when they receive the vehicle the brakes were working just fine.Note2: for the service I asked them to do they did a okay job.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Welding

After my car was damaged, my mechanic recommended I have it checked out at Western Auto Body. I worked with Tony, who seemed well trained to take care of business quickly and efficiently. He gave me my quote and sent docs and pictures to Adjustor for me and explained what may need to be done. Very happy with the service. I have not completed my business with the Adjustor yet, but will probably use Western for the repairs when the time comes. I felt calm and well taken care of... very important for a senior citizen.

They were very friendly and helped me out tremendously in a time of need. They could have just told me that it's not something they do and send me elsewhere. They went out their way to help me out and were extremely nice about everything. That speaks volumes about a company. They earned my business for life.

The staff is friendly and respond to questions. Both times they bbn have worked on the car they returned the vehicle on time. You can depend on them to do a good job and return your vehicle as promised.

One of my clients had an unfortunate need for an Auto Body Repair. I sent him to Mike and the crew at Western Auto Body. Western did a great job of keeping my client informed through the process, and my client was happy with the results.
