Darby. My wife described him nothing less than a good ol boy. Helpful professional and personal in times when people are the most stressed. He picked up my wife's broken down vehicle on a country road and made a positive experience out of a bad afternoon. Would recommend this shop time and time again. Thank you for being of help when I couldn't. Cheers to you and your company. In the best way possible I hope not to need these services again but will look forward to seeing you guys and hopefully Darby.

Sebastopol tow has moved antique trucks for me on flatbeds several times in the past. Today I have a roadside emergency and they were assigned to me for flatbed towing by AAA. The TOW dispatcher called and said they couldn't move the truck without asking me any questions. He refused the service. He did tell me that their capacity was 8800 pounds and I informed him my empty truck weighs 6500 pounds. When I called back to give him the wheelbase of 149.5 inches he refused to answer the call six times.

This company employs a driver to come to San Francisco who is a legit danger to those around him. On 17th and Taraval just now almost completely plowed over an older man in a chicken styleI d encourage anyone who needs a towing service to look elsewhere. Obviously towing companies aren t the most upstanding places but please give your business to someone else

This place is amazing!! Brian is so sweet, and went above and beyond to help us with our tow. We were trying to get our camper into a bit of a tricky spot, and he made it happen so easily it was like magic. Can't recommend these guys enough!!!

Crooks tried to steal my key off key ring and made it as difficult as possible to get my car, so when I couldn't get my car they would have the key! They had it all schemed out . They criminal and should loose contract with local law enforcement, because they aren't law abiding thenm

Bought a truck from Brian and have to say it was a great experience. He let me take as long as I needed to inspect and test drive the truck. He was very fair on the price and even took care of the paperwork while I got the funds. He made copies of all the important papers and made sure I had his contact info if any issues came up. I don't know much about their towing service but I would 100% buy my next used truck here.

AAA sent them for a lockout. Tried for about 5min and gave up. Very unprofessional and lazy. Told me to call a lock smith! I called Occidental Towing and they sent someone immediately and unlocked the vehicle. Terrible customer service.

A complete professional. Upbeat but cool as a cucumber while moving my RV trailer. Set it up into my driveway with no problem. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you again!

I was in an accident and Sebastopol Tow was called to take my car. They advised me that I had three options: they could tow it to my house, they could take it to my auto shop, or they could take it to their yard (which they recommended). Thinking it would be the easiest, I told to take it to their yard, and I would be back the following day to retrieve my belongings from my car.However, they FAILED to inform me that simply storing my car on their lot would run me $250/day. Had I known this, I would've had them tow my car to my house, not to their lot. Now I have to duke it out with my insurance company to pay the tow fees, because I am not willing to pay the tow fees (especially when I wasn't told about it ahead of time).

I work at a dealership in the service department so i regularly deal with tow ins and drivers. In order for us to accept the vehicle we have to have a name and phone number to contact the owner of the vehicle. We had a driver from this company come in and deliver us a vehicle, not only was he loud but also extremely rude. I told him that i wouldn't be able to accept the vehicle without the owner name and number and after i said that he informed me that he would not be going back to get the customers information and once again told me the parking space. my coworker then went out to the vehicle to get the information and at that time the driver finally offered to grab it from his vehicle. he was unprofessional and very rude. he also caused a loud scene in our lobby. i would never recommend this company to my customers. I would rate zero stars if i could.

I called and in minutes they were there. They did the job no one else would do. The people were super nice and had that can do attitude. In minutes the truck was being towed to the shop! Just awesome!
