The staff at Pete s are so nice to work with. The service I receive is always good at fair prices. I highly recommend Pete s Automotive!

Sadly after nearly a decade of taking our cars to Pete's, my mother and I will no longer be doing business with these folks. Their rates have gone up significantly to $157.71 per hour and they did not disclose this rate or the number of hours it would take for the brake and sway bar job in either the estimate or the final bill, just the grand total. I find this practice to be deceptive and although they have been honest in the past, the practice of hiding important numbers until the job is done doesn't sit right with me. $1025 for labor on this job was incredibly high so I can no longer recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received at Pete s! They were honest and transparent. After two places suggesting I needed new shocks$$, Jason checked and let me know my shocks weren t currently leaking. He actually showed me my shocks and explained what I was looking at. Joni, at the front desk, was kind and hospitable! Thank you for amazing service and good old-fashioned honesty !Service: Steering & suspension repair

It's always a bummer right to have to take your vehicle in for repairs. You just know it's never gonna be good news. Like having a colonoscopy or wisdom teeth pulled, with no sedatives an no insurance. OUCH!! But heading to Pete's, after consulting with receptionist, an talking to mechanic there, it just felt like sincere honestly an no BS. They were true to their word. Their rates are fair, the quality of service is epic. I'm just so glad I took time to find Pete's.

Came in for a pre-purchase inspection, they made sure I was informed on the value of the car and checked smog history and gave me an overview of everything, even found evidence of a repair not on carfax, which was fine. Fantastic service, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

I was extremely worried about finding a mechanic for my Lexus. A family member recommended that I try Pete s automotive.I just picked up my car, I couldn t be more happier with the results.Petes automotive is now my go to for any type of auto repair.This family business truly cares. Went to Pete s because the sign said, Old fashion honesty. Jason, the new owner is honest, kind, knowledgeable and very generous.Thank you so much for your help in getting me back on the road.

This place is horrible to even try to call for a quote. The woman was very rude didn t even try to help me with a reasonable price. They quoted me 200 dollars more than the dealership offered me . I would assume they would want business but it seems like they are doing well for themselves. I ll take my business elsewhere.

The service was excellent, on time, on budget, exactly what was quoted was done. These guys are fast. I understood everything they did, and why. They will be servicing all trucks for Theiss Electric, Inc. from now on.

They were kind enough to really listen to a strange new noise in my engine (like really, using a stethescope to pin down the location) and didn't charge for doing so.
