We literally walked in off the street (and tourists at that!) after our rental car s battery died (for the second time in 24 hours). We were thinking we d have to buy a battery charger to keep on hand for the rest of our trip, but then Billy asked us a few questions, gave us some basic diagnostics and helpful assistance. His calm and kind demeanor (and willingness to help two strangers) was a breath of fresh air. Really grateful.

I m real pleased to see my local NAPA auto parts that I ve been going to for more than 25 years still there However struggling. I feel like they cater more towards the professional and that they don t provide much for the guy walking in off the street. In town like Sebastopol they could do more like to Sevastopol true value center and cater to the high-end taste of the people that live here.

Outstanding place to buy auto parts. I have a fleet of new and old vehicles so I am constantly in need of all kinds of parts. Very friendly and helpful. Stand behind their products and unlike the other corporate owed auto parts stores. Fair pricing and unmatched customer service. I been going there for 18 years. For down home style try em out!

Had the alternator I needed in stock it was almost twice the price of any other auto parts retailer but didn't have to be ordered and wait

No one wearing masks, confused why you'd want a dehumidifier for your car in west county, generally outdated feeling set up that feels more like a supply store than a retail location.Not even friendly .

Great service!! They are so nice 2 staff were with me in the parking lot with me, with my hood up, figuring out what my car needed!! They even gave me a referral to a local, Honest, and Resonably priced mechanic! THANKS SO MUCH, YOU ALL ARE AWESOME IN THE SEBASTOPOL STORE!!!

Well it showed up early they were open up at 9:00 and wasn't expecting them to open up until 10:00 but they opened up at 9:00 and I found everything I needed at Napa if AutoZone or O'Reilly does not have what I'm looking for in a car auto parts or other items that I need Napa is another place to go if you want to spend a little more that's the way it is because Napa is not cheap they do not sell cheap products they sell quality products so if you want your car to last or the part you buy for your car to last a long time Napa it would probably be the best place to go because their parts are guaranteed better and the quality of the part is a lot better just like the old days Napa always has the quality part AutoZone in O'Reilly sell parts for vehicles but some of them are cheap when they're cheaply made they don't last that long they either break and then you spend the money and you can't get nothing back on it that's the way things go go to Napa if you want quality parts for your vehicle to last longer and go smoother
