This shop is very unprofessional and poorly educated. My partner went to have an alignment. It took them over an hour to relay that there was a bolt they could not move. They showed him what it was which was nice. He then suggested a common and simple fix to loosen it and asked if they had. They admitted that they had not. They said that would work and they could do that and it would be able to adjust if they did but that they spent over an hour and a half and ran out of time. They told him that he would have to wait until next week because there was another client I understand and I'm sorry they didn't take care of it during the allowed time. Now instead of being proactive they were going to shrub it off. First, they admitted fault and their lack of initiative, customer care, and laziness. Two, wasted a customers time when they could have communicated prior to after time was up. I was bothered greatly by a very disturbing comment. Because he was asking why he would be expected to pay with no adjustment done. He asked if he pays today if the next week appointment to complete it free. They informed him he must pay both times and threatened him with taking him to small claims court if he did not pay today. (This is just unacceptable even if they had tried to say it in a joking matter, they didn't, but even then if they had you just don't say these things) This was because he expressed that they had not performed the service when they could have implicated a solution at the beginning and made it work during the 1.5 hours in their possession or told him half way through not at the end with no room for a solution at that point. So not only did they fail and admit to their incompetence and show lack of customer care or being a good business they insulated and threatened the customer when asking reasonable questions regarding payment and if work would be performed.Really disappointed that this will no longer be a place we can recommend. I love supporting local and knowing this place has gone so far down hill and breaks my heart.

GO HERE! Don't bother with the other tire shops in Sebastopol. We were from out of town and got a flat. The other shops couldn't get to us for 3 or 4 hours.I dropped in at Kalemba's without a reservation ,at noon and in 20 minutes I was on my way down the road...wasn't fleeced. Cheaper than other quotes here. They were friendly, efficient and professional. Thanks

Great service and good prices for used tires. Been buying tires there for 20+years, when it was Greg's Tires. Still excellent customer service and good deals! You can't go wrong!

Very impressed with this shop. I needed 6 tires for my RV and believe it or not, they had the best tires at the best price (even compared to the big box competitors). Additionally, they are super nice and go above and beyond. They spent 10 minutes trying to safely remove a large lizard that was somehow living in my hub so that it wouldn't get hurt during the tire change. Then I came back a few weeks later because I thought a tire was leaking. It turns out it wasn't the tire but the old extender that was on it. After they diagnosed it, they didn't even charge me even though it took some effort to jack up my 30 foot rv and remove the tire. Definitely calling these guys first, next time I need tires on any of my cars. This is a first class family business that I am happy to support!

We just wrapped up with Todd at Kalemba's tire for a full tire swap on a ram 5500 truck. He was able to source the tires within days, price the job competitively, and install all 6 including an additional spare within an hour. I'm happy to have found a local shop that was easy to deal with, has integrity, and can service my large 5500 truck. Thanks ya'll!

My tire valve stem was leaking for a few days. A nice buddy tried to fix it but it still leaked. I was driving by a little tire shop that used to be Gregs and asked how much. Ali ,that works the counter, told me 25$ which is great. She pointed out the cracks and said to be careful so I wouldn't get a blow-out and I asked how much for a used tire. Well within 20 minutes....Roberto had a new tire and it only cost me $65.00. I am still shocked how fast, easy and economical it all was.....I am so happy I am safe now too. I got here 1/2 hour before they closed and they were very friendly and helpful!! Wow! I've never had such a great experience fixing my car ! I needed that!

I bought tires at this location for many years for several vehicles, and am sad to tell long time customers that Kalemba's doesn't honor the commitments that Greg's Tires made in the past. It is hard to understand the rationale of marketing yourself as a long time (30+ years) local family business and then hiding behind a name and ownership change when supporting your long term customers. Specifically, I bought Cooper tires for my Frontier about a year before Jeff and Krista Kalemba bought the business from Greg Kalemba. I was told by Greg's, they would rotate and balance the tires for the life of the tire, like Costco does. Last year, when they were rotated I was charged and told them I had bought the tires there and thought it was free to rotate the tires to keep them in good shape. Now I need to rotate again and called today to confirm with Todd that the Greg's Tires was closed and this is a new business, so they don't honor the commitments from Greg's Tires. I go out of my way to use local shops and drive from Santa Rosa over the Kalemba's/ Greg's because I thought they were good people who stuck by their word. As long as Jeff and Krista own the shop, you are probably in OK shape, but if they take on another partner or change the name, you may no longer receive the support you are promised. It saddens me to write comments like this, but I think it only fair that people know what to expect if they make an effort to support local businesses.

Kalembas tire company Blessed me today the guys put 2 tires on the front of my car and fixed my back tire they smiled and said Merry Christmas theres no charge and said its there job to keep there customers safe on the road. Im so thankful for there compassion and kindness helping me through a difficult time I was blessed today

I drove 3 hours to get to this place. I found an ad online for a set of wheels and tires that I had been looking for, for a while. I was sceptical at first, however I was totally at ease when Chris came out to greet me. The wheel set was way above my expectations. At first Chris said he would try them on to see if they fit, they did not. After trying different ways with spacers it all work out. I would highly recommend the tire shop to anyone. They might be a bit busy, but worth the wait!

Got a flat. Was quoted $124 at Big-O. Drive a mile down the street to Greg s Tires. WasQuoted $70. Friendly guys. Put new tire on in 20 mins. Saved myself $50 just driving down the street. Excellent experience.

Had a flat and didn't know if it was repairable. I was afraid I'd have to buy 2 tires but they told me it could be fixed. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes and only cost $28. Fast, Friendly, and Honest!

This is my new favorite tire shop! I was having a hard time finding a place to repair my tire before it went completely flat and these guys got it done and my truck back on the road in 30 minutes! The staff was extremely personable and the prices were very reasonable. I will be going to them for new tires when it is time to replace my current set!

Went to them because I had a tire that was loosing 10ths psi over a few weeks, not a big deal. They checked the tire and didn t find a leak. Went back two weeks later when tire was loosing 101/ a psi in a day. After searching they found the leak, patched it, and didn t charge me since they couldn t find it last time. Fast, efficient and won t try to seek you on stuff you don t need. Great shop.

Quick and felt I could trust them. I had to buy a steel rim and unfortunately a tire(used), but kind of expensive. Todd gave me honest direction. Everything is expensive everywhere. Good company!

OK folks, you can come back now. For those of you, like me, it had bad experiences with good old Greg, his brother is here to serve you. Big job or small these guys aim to please and to save you $$$. They could ve told me a new tire for the one they couldn t repair but they recommended that I go with a used tire so that I didn t have to replace all four. The other three were fine.

Used to be called Greg's Tires, now it's called Kalemba's and it's owned by Greg's son and daughter-in-law. Service is still *excellent*. Oh, bonus, now they do brakes and oil changes too.Todd will take care you, whatever you need. He found better quality tires at the same price we were going to pay, and we didn't need to wait 3 days!These guys are awesome! They are always very accommodating, great prices, large used tire selection and they're quick. They don't ever try to sell you on services you don't need or want.

The crew at Kalemba s Tire Service are extremely professional and friendly. Their pricing is competitive. They worked around my busy schedule to have new rims and tires installed on my truck. They were prompt to call me back to answer any of my questions. Additionally they worked with me to find the rims that I like for the look I was looking for. I hit a big pothole while driving in Santa Rosa on a mini vacation with my sister and my tire immediately went flat. Luckily this place was open and told me that they could fix it right away. They only had used tires so they put on a used tire and charged me $70. After I started driving away I noticed a sound coming from the tire that got louder as I got to higher speeds. I couldn t go back because my sister had to make her flight, but I called and they told me this was normal. I finally had a chance to take it to a tire shop in San Francisco and they found that the used tire was worn very unevenly and it needed to be replaced quickly or it could cause damage to my car. Not sure what the breakdown in labor vs material cost was for the $70 but I don t think I should ve been charged for the tire at all. It was not really usable. Be cautious if getting used tires from here.Service: Tires

Went to get two tires replaced, got them done and one of the tires went immediately flat. Had to take it to a different shop because they are closed Mondays. Appreciated the Sunday hours, would have LOVED to get a tire without a leak though. Really really bummed me out. Everyone was so darn nice and accommodating. Too bad this cost me the same amount as two new tires having to go to a different shop to fix what was missed.

This is how buying tires for your car should always go. My tires needed to be changed very badly. I also thought I needed and alignment. I showed up to Greg's Tires at 12:40pm and got brand new tires put on and out the door by 1:15. They quoted me $900 for everything and that's exactly what I paid. No additional tax, no installation fees and no other service was needed. I also get free rotations for the life of the tires. The staff was very friendly and very professional. Free WiFi and very nice waiting area. I will never get tires anywhere else after having such a great experience at Greg's. Honestly EVERYONE should come here for tires as their first choice. The chain stores and even Costco got nothing on Greg's Tires. Thank you so much to the fantastic staff for the great experience. Blown away.!!!Steve

Got a flat 30 min away. Called and gave us info quickly about tires and the cost for new versus used.Showed up and they took us to the back, checked the damage and pressure of the rest of the tires. Found us a almost new used of the same brand within 5 minutes.Changed the tire, billed and paid within 20 minutes of arriving.Super nice, social distanced staff. Wish every shop was like this.

Got some great, used tires here about a month ago. I was given a fair and affordable price and the whole crew was super friendly. No appointment needed and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Also, they offer a 30-day warranty on used tires which is awesome. On day 32, I got a flat tire - but not due to bad tires - but the tiniest piece of metal that just blew my tire flat. Got my spare on and took it to Greg's Tires and they remembered me and fixed my tire within minutes at no charge. Can't beat that kind of service. Thanks Pancho and to the entire team! Will definitely be referring your business when I can.
