Worst experience I ve had with an auto body shop. I have used this company In the past on a low budget car repair( seems that s all they can do) and when my new GMC truck was damaged I brought it to them. This is now my 4th time bringing the truck back for very poor work done. The cut corners and did not do a complete job. My factory wheels are still scratched after two trips back to them. The new paint had imperfections and over spray on the windows when I received it back for the second time. The worst service writer Paul was a waste of time. He has no understanding of a quality repair or does he care the job is done correctly. I will go out of my way to save others from dealing with this terrible shop.

My name is Delia Bowen, and I highly recommend G & C in Sebastopol! I got into a car accident and they did a fantastic job repairing it. I'm a single mom with 2 kids and they went above and beyond making a difficult situation, easier to deal with. The general manager Mariecella even picked up my rental and dropped off my van. She was so patient and understanding! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The shop was fast and reasonable, very well organized and the customer service was top notch. I was amazed at the speed and quality of work, and my car was returned to me clean! I am so impressed with the staff and service at G&C Sebastopol. I used them twice now & both times it has been exceptional. First was replacing a stolen catalytic converter. Most recently, I had some minor-but-essential repairs that were out-of-pocket and potentially very expensive. They worked with me to come up with good, affordable solutions. Special props to Cody, who worked with me over the course of several weeks to get my car rolling again. The staff is honest and helpful, the location is convenient, and the scheduling was easy. The repair of my car was done perfectly and completed on time as promised. I was updated frequently during the repair process and happily surprised to find my car cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. We had a minor accident with our Honda Pilot. G & C quickly assessed the damage and provided an estimate. They also worked quickly with USAA, our insurance company. As soon as the placement parts arrived, work began on our car. The work was completed after just three days and we were able to pick up our car. Todd and his crew were pleasant, polite and very efficient. They made the whole experience pain free!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

At G & C Auto Body in Sebastopol, it s obvious they truly care about their customers and have a passion for delivering only the best work!I came into the office seeking help with a tricky repair and the service writer, Steven, kindly logged and photographed the issue.Todd, the technician and general manager, made sure the repair was done correctly and better than the original design even! Thank you so much for your help with this tricky fix and for finding a solution that will stand the test of time! I highly recommend G&C Auto Body!!

Great experience here! They have fantastic customer service, great check in experience, did a great job with the repair, were quick and left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. Would definitely recommend!

This is my second time using G&C and each time I have been more than pleased. My cars have come back looking good as new. They are very customer service oriented, keeping me apprised of what they are doing, time frames and any changes and/or updates. They are my go to for Auto Body work and I would not hesitate recommending them for any auto body work. Excellent service and quality of work!

I am thrilled with the service from G & C. They did a great job fixing the damage from a minor collision, cleaned the car inside and out, and the technician went about and beyond the call, and fixed some other things as well that had gotten oxidized or broken over the years. The folks at G and C went far above and beyond for me! i brought my car in broken and to be totally honest, dirty They returned my car fixed beyond what my insurance paid for and sparkling clean! I also able to get a shuttle to the rental car office as well as leave my rental car there after hours when I pick mine up. Big thank you and I highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought the car in to diagnose and fix a water leak. They could have easily charged me 3-4 hours, or more.Instead they just charged me the minimum of 1 hour.Amazingly. Honest, fast and nice. Highly recommended.

These guys are great! Plastic guard liners under any car can fall off or just loosen and drag along the road. They put my liner back on and when I asked 'how much" they said FREE! Great service, courteous, prompt, and good work...what more can you ask for? Our experience at this shop went flawlessly.
