The entire team at this location are top notch. Jose was beyond helpful and commutative about my vehicle and just keeping me informed . The guys in the shop did amazing and I m thankful. Jose and Brooks at caliber collision are amazing. They explained everything to me and walked me thru the whole process making a difficult situation as painless as possible. They also found me some discounts I wasn't aware of to save me money.

Caliber Collison (Sebastopol Location) was EXCELLENT. Jose is very kind and super helpful. He guided me every step of the way and kept me informed throughout my car s repair process. He gave phenomenal service. I will recommend him and his team to anyone needing work done. If I ever need services, I will not look anywhere else. Thank you!!

This is the second time we've used Caliber Collision. Each time they did good quality work and Jose kept me informed about the progress and as much as possible, dealt with the insurance company. As an added bonus, he let me know about a problem with my paint that I thought wasn't covered, because my warranty was up. Finding out that the paint problem was covered under a mandatory fix, saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. I have no intention of taking any of our cars anywhere else for repair, because of the excellent service we've received .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been to Caliber Collision twice and have always dealt with Jose who's been recommended to me. He does great quality of work and makes sure that your car is done correctly and in a timely manner. Would not want to take my car anywhere else. Appreciate all the great work that he and the team at Caliber Collision have done

Super nice service and professional! They took care of everything with the insurance company and organized the rental car. They even vacuumed the inside of my car! Caliber Collision was amazing! They handled EVERYTHING. I had literally no stress thanks to them. Even when there was one hiccup with the rental car company, (which was a problem bc of the insurance company) they took control, and got it handled. Made sure we were able to get our rental, and home safely! They finished repairs to my vehicle in an impressive amount of time, and it was returned to me in perfect condition. Like nothing had ever happened! They were so professional, and made us aware of every step along the way. I also really appreciate that I was able to leave the rental with them to return after picking up my vehicle.Honestly I'm just so impressed with them, their work, and the whole process. It was literally the best customer service experience I've ever had. ESPECIALLY with such a stressful situation to begin with. They made sure I had no worries. My friend hit my bumper of my 2022 Acura RDX I took it to Caliber based on the good reviews. It was a simple fix sand bumper, paint and reattach. The paint was bubbling so I took it back had the work redone. Again I find a huge paint chip on the bumper brought it back again. 2 weeks without a car for these two incidents. Hoping a third time is a charm.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car there and the staff was great. I was greeted with a smile, introduced to the tech that was going to take care of my car, and felt confident that the service would be completed on time. Excellent experience beginning to end. Jose and the team completed the repair of my vehicle with seamless perfection. From dropping my car off and having the rental ready to go to the daily progress reports. Most importantly my vehicle was ready early washed and detailed! My car looks perfect. I had a piece of my Subaru exterior simply pop off while I was driving, just as we started a busy holiday weekend. I called and was told to show up with my car and the piece. Shakir Cordice, the general manager, was able to quickly reinstall it with a little workaround to handle a broken part. AND offered a free wash, which was going to be my next task.The efficiency and courtesy were over the top and unexpected. The front desk person, Christy, was helpful when I first called and patient when I arrived, quickly handling my questions as she juggled other happy customers.I would highly recommend this body shop in Sebastopol. I was panicked. Something on the underside of my car was dragging and scraping the pavement. I googled auto body shops in Sebastopol and drove to Caliber. The service manager immediately checked out the car and made the repair. No charge, he insisted, for such a simple fix. I was so impressed by his generosity and kindness. While I hope never to need collision repair, Caliber is where I would turn. Thank you, Jose!

10 stars PLUS! This is an an amazing shop! Anthony and the team took great care of me all along the way- called me regularly to keep me in the loop, were incredibly considerate, and went out of their way to offer me amenities like picking me up from my house on a Saturday just to get my car back to me sooner, supporting me when I was feeling frustrated with how my insurance company was handling my claim, and even giving me a free bottle of touch up paint for other scratches not related to the accident. Choose this shop--I feel you'll be more than satisfied if you take your car here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision is the ONLY place to take your vehicle should you need body work. The staff - Anthony, Shakir, Christy, Carlos - were amazing! I was kept apprised of the status of my vehicle throughout the process, and the job was completed early. The entire crew is friendly, professional, and definitely know how to make a customer feel special. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Loved the local Sebastopol location and good to know we have an excellent repair shop in town. Anthony was very true to his word and kept me informed of exactly what to expect. I only had a side mirror replaced but it did require finding the replacement, installing and painting. I was very pleased with the the end reult including the clean car!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are awesome. Fantastic service. Great communication and also great finished product. I got rear ended and had to take my car in which is never fun as a car owner but they made the process as great as I could ask.
