Jaime and his team absolutely transformed my car and brought it back to life! They treated me like family throughout the whole process of getting my car repainted. They were very professional and extremely detail oriented. If I'm ever back on the west coast, I'll be sure to come back here no questions asked. Vortec's Auto Body did an outstanding job yesterday solving the mystery of an incessant rattle in my Lexus. Jaime, the owner of the shop, went above and beyond to give me exceptional service from the moment I arrived at the shop. I was first impressed by the kindness and respect he showed my elderly parents, who initially brought him the car for minor body work. But he fully impressed me with his positivity and perseverance toward finding the source of the noise issue, which he did in a very methodical manner. Success!!! I would highly recommend Vortec's.

This place is phenomenal. It s a great place always trust them, if something is wrong or you don t like something they will always try to make you happy.great communication and staff is always so friendly!!! Took my truck and car here multiple times and always have been happy with the outcome! Just now taking them my third vehicle in the last two years. Fast estimates. Fair estimates. Super quality work. And charged me exactly what the estimate was even after a little bit of extra work on their part. I couldn t be more pleased.

I will always recommend Vortec s when it comes to auto body! They took me in with no hesitation, Jaime was always in contact with me throughout the whole process of my car getting fixed as I was a first timer, even took time out to call the adjuster himself while I was on the phone! Him and his team did an outstanding job with my car 10/10! I am so happy with their service!

A great body shop. I was able to get an estimate on replacing a damaged bumper right away. Other shops had 1 week waiting lists just to get an estimate. Vortec's was able to procure multiple replacement parts in a very short time and the installation and painting only took 1 week. Workmanship and paint color match was excellent. Great people there. Great people and customer service. I went to get a set of aftermarket tow mirrors installed. The mirrors didn't come with instructions for some reason, but they were able to figure it out and get everything installed correctly. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was able to see some of the work they had going on while I was there. You can tell they take pride in their work. This was my first time visiting this shop, and now I will definitely be a loyal customer.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Smashed up my fender on my precious 2019 VW bug. Got some outrageous quotes until I found myself at Vortec's. Jaime dropped the car back to me today and it looks fantastic. Perfect paint match, no indication of the previous damage. Cost was totally reasonable and the car came back early. Total thumbs up to these guys. This body shop is absolutely the best and the customer service is definitely five stars. My girlfriend was in an auto accident and they repaired her car perfectly and recently I just messed up my door on my car and I came for a quick fix and that's exactly what it was fixed quickly and perfectly I definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs any autobody work big or small

Took my Toyota mr2 too get a frame realignment after an accident I had during the rain. Previously another shop had quoted me more and was taking too long too show any progress. Vortex took only 3 days and got everything right and for less than my previous quote!! This small and personal auto body shop is a real diamond! I chose this body shop after getting 5 previous estimates in Monterey and Seaside, for a rear end fender bender. I take great care of my 1994 Toyota Camry, a pristine little car, therefore, I wanted great care taken with this repair and paint had to be matched perfectly. They did just that!!! Jaime, the owner, and his crew brought my car back to its full beauty, they were professional, very reasonable, and great to work with. I highly recommend Vortec's Auto Body on Del Monte Blvd for FANTASTIC work and friendly reliable service.
