Really excellent and superb service. Everyone is so attentive and professional, and I appreciated how well they communicate (Ashley in particular was great!). It was really easy to make the appointment online, and to handle the service estimates and everything electronically. The work they do is top notch and I appreciate how thorough they are. I'll definitely come here again for future car/tire services.

Super experience! Our A4 rides as nice as it did 6 years ago!The staff were all pleasant and the waiting room open and clean.I wanted another set of OEM tires (P7 s), Rick was able to locate a set and had them mounted in a day. Also, a few service items were taken care of and I m quickly back on the road. Yep, a happy customer who will return for future work.

I experienced great customer service. My battery died and after calling multiple shops no one would was willing to take my car for at least a week. Sullivans was able to help me the same day. They had very friendly staff and were quick to complete the work. I felt my car was in good hands!

i have only good things to say about Sullivan's. I bought tires last year and purchased a protection plan. When I had a leak in one of my tires they fixed it at no charge. I also needed mechanical work that was overdue. They took care of everything in one day. I needed an oil change, a transmission service, and a fuel system service. And since I skipped my 30,000 mile service I also had the coolant and brake fluid done at the same time. I thought I might have to leave it overnight. I dropped my car off a 8:30 and picked it up at 3:00. Now my car runs like it did when I bought it. Unless I move away from Monterey (highly unlikely) I will continue to use Sullivan's Auto Service & Tire Pros for everything car related. The customer service is outstanding. While I was waiting for my tire repair, I noticed that every time a customer completed their business, the customer service representative beat them to the door and held it open and shook their hand when they left. I can't say much more about how great they are. Sullivan's rocks!

NOT a mechanic. They will lie to you over the phone and say they can fix whatever problem you have (muffler in my case). Then say they can't fix it, and try to charge you $225 for looking at it. Quoted $770 dollars for spark plugs and oil, which isn't even what I brought it in for. It sounds like they're great for tires, but don't trust them as a mechanic.

Gripes: 1. Appointments don t matter. I had two appointments. The first was to confirm what I already knew: I had a slow leak in one tire. I waited 75 minutes after my appointment time before they examined the car. When it was determined that the tire needed to be replaced, I made another appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and they didn t have me on the schedule. Finally, they found me but I had to wait 20 minutes when they could check me in.2. I wanted one tire replaced. Because it was my rear tire, I didn t want to pay for a front (??!!) alignment. They also recommended I replace both rear tires so the car s tires would be running on even tread. I think this is a nice-to-have but not a need to have spec. The other three tires have about half their life left and I didn t want to be permanently out of sync with separate remaining expected mileage from the front and back tires. I was/am content to limp along with uneven tread for another 15-17,000 miles at which point I would replace all four tires. However, Sullivan s insisted that I had to buy two tires 3. Their quotes for two tires, the unnecessary front end alignment, and other fees totaled $1,200!I just don t trust these guys. They seem devoted to doing what s easy and most profitable for them rather than what s right for the customer. Besides, they got off to such a bad start by wasting my time with the appointments they didn t honor.

I ve gone out of my way to go to Sullivan s. They have always done a great job. They go above and beyond when servicing my car. The service man Justin is beyond kind and helpful and will go the extra mile in taking care of your needs. He deserves a raise for literally running around taking care of everyone by himself. The owner should hire more people because it s not fair to one employee running around frantically helping all the customers. The owner isn t helpful either. After spending thousands and them having to keep my car for several days because they didn t have parts (they did offer a loaner) the owner had the nerve to tell me they were going to charge me to detail the car since it had some sand in it but that they weren t going to charge me. She shouldn t have even mentioned that since I ve spend thousands of dollars here and I have chosen them out of anyone else to be my mechanic. It just left a bad taste to do this! All in all the mechanics are very good and Justin goes above and beyond to take care of you and your cars needs.***********UPDATE REVIEW******It s too bad I have To update my original review. As you can read above I was happy with my service however once I brought My car home things started going very bad. My brakes were screeching worse then before I brought it in and had them replaced. When I drove My car here 50 my entire car started shaking and felt like it was rolling over rocks which it has never done that. The power steering fluid I had Done didn t seem to get done because the power steering is loud now. I was Told to drive like this for another week. I waited and came in at 8am. After two hours of waiting I see The mechanics finally get to my car. I should Have been the priority having to come back with issues they made and being the first one at the shop. Then to be told hours later while waiting they had to order a part. After checking on if my part has came in days later I had To come back a couple day later. Waiting hours again at the shop. I ve had to wait at the shop for probably a total of 10 hours all while finding childcare. So long story short they had to replace a part they originally did ( the thing that was making my car shake after they did it the first time due to a bad part ) and now they are telling me the rear brakes need to be replaced even though it was the fronts they originally said I needed Done and had done. And that is what s making the screeching even though they didn t do that until after they replaced the front brakes. Such a strange coincidence when I had my brakes checked the first time they only said it was the front ones so I had those replaced and now I have to drive around with them screeching. So all in all I m beyond disappointed with the service. I ve alway gone out of my way to come here and give them my business but after this last time I wont ever be coming back. I m going to take my car and my money somewhere else. Just awful all around. I should Have been made the priority after the work the did was bad when trying to fix it but there was no urgency to make things right.

Came for a coolant leak and oil leak, service was amazing. There were a few unexpected problems as well, but Justin was amazing at answering all my questions! He explained what was wrong and why that was a problem very thoroughly, and he also worked with me on the cost as much as he could. They also double Volkswagen's warranty for parts and labor. Thank you Justin!!

I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 to replace two tires. Work on installing tires until after 11:30! Unacceptable due to fact I made appointment and after 11am I had to ask what was taking so long? Answer due rain behind schedule. I finally had to ask frontdesk why it was taking so long to service my appointment! Agent did not inform me until after the fact of me asking! After 12 noon car finally ready!

Came here in September, they re getting 2 stars because of their ability to get me in quick (which I had to beg for since my heater hose had completely failed and I was dumping coolant and it didn t register with whoever was running the desk that not having coolant for an engine is urgent). 750 dollars for about the worst, most half-done job you could possibly do on a heater hose replacement. I m back at another shop 4 months later getting another full replacement, but actually getting the parts I paid for instead of Sullivans reusing your old parts and charging you for your new ones. Do not go to these people.

First time going.Super friendly and helpful staff. Justin was super helpful and welcoming.The con would be cost. But we'll see how things hold up. I'm open to having paid a little more if it's quality work.

There is a reason this tire place looks like an auto dealership.Came in for a nail in the tread of my tire, a simple patch is all that was needed- the representative (not a mechanic) was nice, but immediately said "no, the tire needs replaced."Due to traveling, I entertained the idea but was AGHAST when it was recommended I replace both back tires.I left and immediately had it patched at a neighboring garage for $20 for a quick, simple, and safe fix.Avoid this place. These 1000+ reviews can't be genuine.

On my way to Monterey on Christmas Eve 2023 for a week of vacation, I hit something on Highway 152, causing my front drivers tire to become shredded. I was towed to my hotel and on Dec 26th (today) I called Sullivan s Auto & Tire and am so happy I did! Michelle was able to get me set up for service, and I had my car towed there. They replaced the one bad tire, and explained that my tires, being the original factory tires from 2016 when I bought my car, need to be replaced as well. When they were done, they delivered my car back to me at my hotel. I am so grateful for Sullivans & highly recommend them!

I had hit a curb blown two tires while was in marina helping a friend . I was from the east bay so I did not know where to go for repairs . AAA recommend them and I was not disappointed. Great work and the prices were even better . All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Gotta give it up to these amazing people at Sullivan's. Came to visit my daughter from out of town. Woke up this morning with tire pressure light on and took it to Hyundai in Seaside. They wanted to charge me 50 dollares to air up my tires. These guys made my day by not charging me for the service even when I was willing to pay them. Thank you Sal for the excellent service. They definitely made our day

They patched up my leaky tire and I didn't have to wait 'too' long. Got exactly what I needed. I'm missing some of the little plastic caps that screw onto the tire valve, but that's no big deal.

Ordered tires online through them. That part was super easy and convenient! Appointment was verified the next day! Had my brand new tires installed on Thursday at 8am...and was done by 910am. The entire process was a breeze and the staff were amazing, friendly, informative! Cindy (I believe that was her name) was the young lady who helped me. She's super incredible!! My experience overall was outstanding. My tires and alignment were done on time and efficiently. Suggested work was all routine maintenance, and I elected to have a brake service completed as well. My car was ready on time. I had to return because a water leak wasn t completed, so I was able to receive excellent service a second time within a week. I was given a ride home and back, and both my driver and the technicians who serviced my car were excellent. Bought the tires through Tire Rack, as I have in the past, and they recommend Sullivan's as a preferred installer. Sullivan's has always done an excellent job in balancing my wheels and installing my new tires. They seek to add on services, and this time I had the wheels aligned because it had been 40K miles. They did a good job. Their customer service counter is not the most outgoing or friendly, but when they get to you, they are efficient. I will continue to go back to Sullivan's for the quality of their work.Service: Tires

Sullivan's takes great care of my BMW track car. It's the only local shop that actually tightens the lug bolts to spec. It's a small thing, but it aptly demonstrates the attention to detail car enthusiasts appreciate in a shop.

At Sullivan's Tire Pros I always receive friendly, courteous, and quality service at very reasonable prices. Sullivan's is the place for honest work at affordable prices. They even gave me a ride home when the car had to be left overnight for service, and then picked me up and brought me to the shop when my car was ready. Great people, great service!
