I want to give a shout out to my friends, Pasquale and Fadi who helped me with an engine valve problem that was diagnosed and fixed quickly within 2 hours. The level of personal attention and expertise in their field was welcome as some places don't take the time to know the customer. Had I gone directly to the dealer, the costs would have been significantly more. Their costs were very reasonable and I appreciate the efficient work of the employees. I will definitely bring my car back for more services and maintenance.Thank you!Miriam

Friendly service and they do good work. One note: just make sure you shop around for simpler fixes. I was charged $399 (parts) and $210 (labor) for rear brake pads and rotors on a Subaru outback which, I found out later, is significantly higher than it would have been elsewhere.

Rough experience. Made an appointment, was there two hours for an oil change. It cost $123. Not sure if that's a normal price for the area, would love a comment, but it seems steep. They replaced the air filter without asking me, that was an additional $48.Made the mistake of asking them to change the driver's side wiper. The said they only come as a pair, then charged individually for a driver's side and a passenger side. Labor cost to swap wipers? $44.80.Reviews on here seemed pretty good, so we gave it a shot, but won't be coming back.Service: Oil change

One of the most expensive around here, they make a lot of profit from selling their parts. Two rear rotors and brakes pads are $499+tax (after discount) plus $210 labor. I went there because they accept walk in. Their service is good, but they only have one option for their parts for honda accord which is very over priced. Not for those who wants to save a couple hundred dollars.

Hands down the best mechanic in town, I cannot speak more highly of them! First, they are courteous, kind, friendly, and provide great customer service. Every time I go in, they remember me even if it's been a few years (and how I had so many issues with horribly misogynistic service over at Cardinale GMC) and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable with them. I am always cautious of being taken advantage of or being treated unprofessionally in male-dominated industries like automotive care, but Sasaki Brothers does business with me equally, respectfully, and professionally. I am in the car business and have seen so many horrible examples of how mechanics and dealerships treat their customers, SB is a shining example of how to do it right.They take great care of your car while its in their shop, providing you with text and photo updates if more exploratory maintenance is required, they check with me before adding on costs, and always try to give me affordable car care. Their maintenance is excellent and stands the test of time, they don't suggest services I don't need, and they are incredibly knowledgeable about several vehicles I've owned. They don't spam me with marketing emails or calls and their family-operated business model makes all the difference. I really appreciated the service- customer and product! I don t hesitate recommending Sasaki Brothers Auto to anyone as they definitely deliver. One can go to any business and receive the expected product but what sets this company apart is the superb customer treatment! Money well spent!

I took my car to Sasaki brothers. I love their honesty and professionalism. Every member was friendly, polite and professional. I feel that I have a new mechanic shop that I can trust. They were honest, on time and always made sure the car is safe for me to drive.

Sasaki Brothers Auto off of Del Monte is great. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and upfront with you, and actively looks for the best repair options for your car rather than taking the easier route of replacing parts that could be repaired. They kept me in the loop about my car, and worked to get me back on the road as soon as possible. They are also the on base repair for the Presidio of Monterey/DLI which speaks to the quality of care and attention they give their work.I highly recommend them for auto service and repair in the monterey bay areaServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Every time I have called or been here for an appointment, I am always blown away. The staff is always professional and on top of appointment times, with Quick, friendly service. Anytime I, or my family has had an emergency, they get us in and make sure we re good to go. Everybody at Sasaki Brothers is there to help with fast, superior service. I will always recommend them.

They were so helpful!!! I called just to get some information about how much a diagnostic would be for Transmission, and Tony took the time to ask me questions over the phone about what the car was doing and what they would do. It totally helped me to make the best decision about what I am going to do about the car. They certainly earned my trust.

This shop is wonderful! I received excellent customer service and the repairs were cheaper than other places in town. They also got the work done in a timely manner, which is huge. They kept their word and that speaks volumes! If you need some car repairs I highly recommend this business. Tony is such a joy to be around; he s fun, personally and engaging with everybody. It s good to share laughs and stories, too. You ll never feel like a stranger coming here.

Sasaki Brothers are very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. Their customer service is excellent. Always polite, friendly and professional. They are very honest and up front on what they can and cannot do and I appreciate their integrity. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Thank u for running the complete work-up on my car! Getting the oil changed so quickly was great. I m so glad Tiffany was able to get by ur shop and make those arrangements. It was done quickly also, Thank u! Again with the rear brakes, thanks for finding the serious issue and getting it repaired the same day and at a reasonable cost! They found and fixed the issue with my car that previous shops could not diagnose. Prices were reasonable, the customer service was great and my car was in and out in half a day. Great experience, we will be returning for any future issues!

At Sasaki brothers, I found them to be pillars in our community! Although going there for the 1st time myself , they were so professional, courteous, and the people who worked there were very knowledgeable about cars ! These guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!Tony and Pascual are like talking to Good Friends you can Trust. They do Great work at a Fair Price. If you don t have a Mechanic in Monterey County, take your vehicle to Sasaki Brothers first. You won t be disappointed!!Thanks again Guys..!

Finally found honest mechanics on the Monterey Peninsula who know their stuff! Discovered Sasaki Brothers over 2 years ago, and have never been disappointed. They have fixed our older cars to satisfaction numerous times. And Pascual & Saul really know how to treat people! 5 stars all around!!!

This place is fantastic!! They looked at my truck right away. Diagnosis of A/C problem was accurate and an estimate given. They got the work done early and, for LESS than the original estimate!!! I could not be happier.. If you need auto repairs, go to Sasaki Brothers!!

This is our second time at this shop. New owner and took care of my daughter's car. Very reliable and very knowledgeable. Took care of issues that other mechanics have not been able to. Will use them again. I can trust my daughter to seek assistance from them while we are away.

The guys are great with their customer service and the work that they do is top of the line. They are very technically proficient with the vehicles that are working on.
