Great place to rent a tool you might need to finish a project. I just rented a steering wheel pulled and returned it the next day and got a full refund of my deposit. So basically, tool rental is free. You just have to put down a deposit, return tool within 48 hrs and get your deposit back.

Rarely have space for oil and don't have my favorite oil filter, but they generally have the parts I need.

Was on a 10 minute hold with a lady only had one question about my battery warranty then after the 11th minute I just called the Marina O'Reilly took them Less Than 3 minutes to look it up and give me my answer

The store clerks are not helpful at all wouldn t help me find the correct fuse. I asked the lady clerk could she assist me in finding the right fuse. She sent me to the counter and advised me that they can look up which fuse I need on their computer, but instead they sent me back to my car to look for it myself (which took me about 30 minutes to find )instead of them looking it up on their computer like the lady clerk said they would I ended up not buying the fuse because I was very frustrated that I didn t get any help not one employee came out and asked to help or anything when they could see me struggling to find that fuse because I parked directly in front of the store! Poor Customer Service that s my fault though I should have went to Auto Zone they re friendly and more helpful.

Ian helped me with picking cleaning supplies for my car. He was knowledgeable. I come pretty often. Reasonable prices, good service. Overall a good place to pick up vehicle needs.

Always helpful and courteous staff. Usually there is a line but they work well to get you on your way and they help as much as they can, like coming outside to help add a fluid or showing me how to do something simple on the vehicle instead of going to a mechanic shop.

My daughters, grandson and I went to Monterey to go to the Aquarium. My daughter s car battery died and rather than try to make the drive back home to Sacramento, we decided to get a battery in Monterey and then head home. I am sad to say i called Autozone first. I was put on hold and no one came back. I waited 10 minutes and then hung up. I called OReillys next and I am so glad I did!! Bryan answered and the only time he put me on hold was to check if the battery tester was working. We went there, he tested it, of course it was bad and then he replaced the battery for us!!! Above and beyond service and he was so friendly and nice!!! I wish we could go to that OReillys anytime we need anything! Ivon in the store was also incredibly helpful! She helped my daughter with selecting the correct battery. 3 women who knew nothing about cars or changing battery s and Bryan, Ivon and OReillys saved the day for us! We will be forever grateful!

I don't know how or what to say, other then I was extremely flabbergasted by the lack of courtesy, customer service, professionalism, and a huge one personally being where they work at, KNOWLEDGE of automobiles and just plan out tools/parts. If you work in a auto parts store it should be a requirement to have some type of experience with tools and mechanical skills because your main duties are to provide your customers with the parts, tools and enything else they will need do completely finish the job. When you can't answer the customers simple question for example customer asks you can I use a side post batter with the top post battery? Which obviously that question can be both yes or no depending on the type of battery connection ends the car has and if the customer is willing to cut off the factory battery ends to install the correct style and type needed for the side post battery to be used on with a top post battery and Visa versa.

Great place for parts in Monterey. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Quick receipt of non-stocked parts. My go-to corporate parts store in Monterey, and my experience here led me to seek out O'Reillys when visiting my family (where I've shopped loyally with another brand my entire life). 10/10 would recommend O'Reilly's anywhere based on my experience with this particular store.

Lots of customer and not enough staff. Big store with lots of inventory, but again make sure u have the time to wait for assistance.

These guys have always been at helpful as they can be. Allot of the time they just say whatever to make you happy but they do have parts.

This place always seems to have the parts I need for my 66 Ford f100, sometimes I need to wait until the next day. But it's worth it in the long run. Saves me the hassle of driving around trying to find the parts myself!

Ther the best if you something and thay don't have it that will find it order with a smile on ther face o Riley's in marina are a great bunch of good people can't say enough bout there service friendliness professional attitude O'Reilly's I wouldn't go any where else for my auto needs Keep up the good work girls and guys.Thanks for being thereTony E.
