I'd like to begin my review by disclosing that the people who work here are personable and friendly. Why the two stars? Well actually it's 2 1/2. Please see the photos that I am attaching). This is the condition that I my car was in when I picked it up in. I noted from other reviews that people were overjoyed at the fact that their cars were in such meticulous condition upon pick up. Unfortunately that wasn't the case with mine. Perhaps they were just too busy and they overlooked it. I brought my car to them over a month ago to have the hood and bumper painted. When I checked my new paint job, I noted that the bumper was not done. In order to justify their fee, I felt that the paint job should be done correctly. My Husband called them and we agreed to bring the car back in a couple of weeks. (Once you have a car painted it needs to sit for quite a while in order for the paint to cure). So here we go, I take the car back and ended up waiting a week and a day to have the job completed. I picked the car up today... in this condition. It was clean when I dropped it off. Oh well, at least the bumper is painted. I'll now be waiting another couple of weeks for the paint to cure. I guess that isn't so much of a big deal. Or is it? Would I recommend them? Yes, simply because they did a phenomenal job on my sons car.

I recently had a large falling boulder hit the right side of my truck, causing severe damage to the passenger side door. As it was an older vehicle, James took on the task of finding a replacement used door and his crew made other repairs that now make the truck look like new again. I highly recommend them for their honesty and commitment to do good work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was one of the best experiences with a company that I have ever had, no matter what the business.I had been recommended to Marina Collision Repair by my dealership after backing into a tree. It was a minor repair but one that I just couldn't live without. Not only are their prices very reasonable, they finished the repair in half the time they quoted me and they even delivered my car back to my front door (I almost cried).The job they did is flawless and James and his team are true craftsmen. His wife Tammy is fantastic and really adds to the great experience. She makes you feel like family! Their customer service is bar none. I was blown away and while I hope I don't need body work done again any time soon, I will only ever trust Marina Collision Repair in the future. I highly recommend them and won't stop talking about this great experience!

This place is amazing. Did everything I needed done. Did a perfect job. Super friendly. James was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs some work done. Not to mention the price is definitely right. Keep it local always. I know where to go when I need some body work done

I am very impressed with this business. I have insurance with a high deductible, so I knew it would be a lot of out of pocket expense. Price was very fair and they were able to repair rather than replace my bumper. That easily saved me over $1000. Owner is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He offered to deliver my car to me rather than coming to get it. (Luckily I don t live far away.). If I back into any more concrete posts, I will definitely go back.

My passenger doors were damaged in an accident (no-one hurt Thank God).On the recommendation of a friend, I took my car to Marina Collision Repair. I am very grateful to my friend. Through her, I found the perfect place and I mean perfect in every way. James, and his wife Tammy, owners of Marina Collision Repair run a honest, efficient andtrustworthy Auto Shop. It's difficult to be without a car in this area-busservice not really available to most places. I was glad that I only hadto wait a short time for my car to be fixed. James's employees, workedquickly and did an amazing job. One, would never know that my carhad been damaged in the first place. I highly recommend Marina CarCollision to everyone. You will receive the very best service that one,can get.It gives me pleasure to give this Auto Shop 5 stars as, they are sodeserved. I wish James, and Tammy, many more years of business.If only all business's ran as efficiently and honestly as Marina CollisionRepair. It's a credit to Marina and to Monterey County.

One of the best places I have been to here in the Monterey peninsula! They are super honest, clean, and the kindest! They are straight with you and are upfront which is great and helpful. Highly recommend them for any issues with your car! especially Toyotas. Love and recommend!

James has always been my goto guy for many years, including in my teenage years when I got little dings and scratches on my, he always came through for me and always gave me a fare price!! I would highly recommend his shop. His employees are all nice and helpful anytime I have concerns about my car. Thanks Marina Collision Repair.

So i wanna start off by saying i never review anything cause i don t care enough but wow! I couldn t help it this time. Amazing work by James and his crew. I ripped the antenna off the roof of my truck on a carport and had a pretty bad hole and scuffs. I don t know how but they managed to make it look like nothing ever happened! I m super excited with the results. Definitely recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

The place is supper clean and James the owner gos out of his way love his NASCAR displays my mersades spoiler was torn apart without buying a new one made it look new again in timely matter. With factory color paint and clear coat . Him and his crew are amazing love those guys I rate them above the scale 11****

Friendly. Had some nice small talk with both James and Tami. Excellent work! One very minor flaw showed up a couple of months later but Tami squeezed me in their very, very busy schedule. Junior made it right. I have zero complaints. Excellent customer service. These folks at Marina Collision Repair work hard. Thanks guys!

I backed up into a tree in my BMW creating an awful dent in my trunk. The repair to fix it was going to be $500 but with the help of Junior and James they were not only able to fix it in three days but they also brought down the original pricing to $400!! My car looks brand new again and it's all thanks to Marina Collision Repair! Thank you all so much!!!

Horrible experience. After pick up, figured out their repair is poor: electric circuit damaged and is sticking out of body, AFS is disconnected. Body parts are not bolted down properly. Little missing parts etc.
