Absolutely recommend this shop! Very helpful and very honest. I came to them from another shop that couldn't really give me an answer with my truck, took Hans Auto Reapir less than a day to guide me to the right direction, thank you for your business!!!!

I strongly recommend Hans Auto Repair. They worked on my 2004 Toyota Camry to repair an ABS problem and to inspect the brakes. They did the job competently and I am very satisfied with their work and with their prices. Went here to have a new cat back exhaust fitted to a mustang GT. Had to wait a week as they clearly have a lot of work on their books, but the wait was worth it. Great job on fitting the exhaust at a great price. I wouldn t hesitate to bring my car back here.

Came down for car week and found this place on Google Maps. Brought my 65 Mustang in for Some quick exhaust work. Was in the lift 20 minutes after I made the initial call and completed within the hour which included a parts run! Extremely friendly and very clean shop. Couldn t be more pleased. Thanks!

I had taken it to 2 mechanics prior to Hans. Hans was able to pull up my codes that the others couldnt. LESSON LEARNED.

Family owned business with a husband and wife team. Helpful, professional and considerate. They were very good at correcting problems another repair shop failed at over and over because of bad workmanship. They even gave me a lift home when my Jaguar had to stay overnight to get repaired. One of the owners I knew when he worked at another repair shop. His work was excellent there as well.

We ve brought our cars here since Tracy&Mike started and trust them 100%. They ve always gone above and beyond to solve problems in a way that makes sense for each car, given the condition and use. Wouldn t take my cars anywhere else.

I have been working directly with Tracy at Hans Auto Repair. They are wonderful, customer service oriented and really care about providing quality repair and diagnostics at a fair price. I highly recommend them if you have a Volvo! And they service a lot of other makes and models as well. Keep up the good work!

I ve been bringing in my heaps of junk through the years....Bought a 1999 Subaru Legacy and had them do an inspection to make sure it was a good purchase.Most recently I had a weird electrical pulse sound and I wanted to make sure the car wasn t gunna burn to the ground. Tracy got me in super quick during the COVID times. While I ran next door to Elenas Bakery Mike diagnosed it was just a defrost motor that burned out. They have me all the options to have it fixed, they called to see if I could find a part from a dealer, being an old part that wasn t produced anymore, they didn t stop there, they referred me the two pick and pulls that would have it. Just super thoughtful service from amazing folks.I ve had my brakes and rotors done there, timing belts on a 1990 240 Volvo. I m super appreciative give me the diagnosis details clearly and pricing is super fair. They ve even worked with me on payments when I was a broke pizza delivery driver. Nice and fast service, really well done and very friendly. On the rare occasion they mess up they fix it promptly! We recently moved to the area and I just had our 2005 XC70 serviced here for the first time. This has been, by far, the best service we have seen since we bought our car 9 years ago. There were no hidden costs, they put a detailed list of everything done as well as possible issues with total costs on the receipt. No attempts to talk us into any of it, and all legitimate repairs. Hans has our business for as long as we are here.

These guys are as good as it gets!The owner owns and operates this repair shop and his wife does the paperwork and billing. They only have one other mechanic on premises and he knows what he is doing as well.The diagnosis is always correct, the prices reasonable, the wait times short and folks friends. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Keep up the great work guys!

Positive Holiday Story Hans Auto Repair is honest, reliable, thorough and all staff plus owners extremely kind! Their expert mechanic fixed the alternator on my Range Rover as an emergency service over the Christmas holiday. They know what they're doing!! Next time you need a professional mechanic shop I highly recommend you call Hans Auto Repair!
