I had to go out of my way to visit Cypress Coast Subaru to inquire about a compact SUV and the trip was worth it. Little did I know, I was about to meet the best sales team of the decade. I have to say that Ryan and his team provided me with the best customer service on making a knowledgable decision about picking the car that I need. The professionalism, understanding and patience is what sets this group of people apart from the rest. After taking the time to see the cars, I purchased a 2024 crosstrek and I am very pleased with it. Just know that you will be taken good care of when you come here. I give much respect to this place and I highly recommend Cypress Coast Subaru! Shout out to Ryan and Brian!

I originally was going to purchase a 2023 Subaru Forrester up in the bay area thinking that I would get a better deal. One day a short time before I was going to purchase out of town I was driving through the auto center in Seaside and I spotted the identical vehicle I was going to purchase elsewhere on the lot at Cypress, Coast, Subaru. I called my girlfriend and said hey let's go for a test drive in the vehicle I'm going to purchase up in the Bay Area. She came down, Eddie took us on a test drive. After we got back to the dealership and spent some time talking with Eddie and Christian the sales manager I quickly realized that I was going to have a much better sales experience right here in our area at the auto center in Seaside. The next day after spending some time in their finance department and going over some details with Eddie and Christian the purchase was made and I was to say the least a happy camper! And with a service package which I highly recommend! Since I've had my Forrester Ivan who's there tech specialist helped me with all the bells and whistles and I've been back a few times since to learn a few more things regarding the features of my new Forrester, excellent ongoing service! I've bought several extras items and add ons, Augie in the parts department has been great and a pleasure to do business with. And with my service package my last visit Gilbert was so pleasant and helpful. I just want to acknowledge the entire staff at Cypress, Coast Subaru and would highly recommend purchasing from this dealership.

I had an excellent experience having my Outback serviced recently at Cypress Coast. They are very convenient to my home/work and they do great work. They provide great customer service, especially the service writer John David. Just a great guy to deal with, he made sure the needed work was done on time and communicated by text/call to let me know the progress. I have been to many dealerships to have various makes and models or cars serviced over my 34 years of driving, and I can honestly say Cypress Coast has been one of the best. They care and it shows. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back the next time I need service or to recommend them to my friends who have Subarus.

This review is long over due. But I definitely want to shout out Sam the service department manager. Who gave his own personal time to come out and encourage students interested in working in cars for a career to go for their dreams and pursue their goals. He spoke to the youth answered questions and shared his own story. Why does this matter? I only want someone who is passionate about the work they do to work on my car. His dedication to the profession and his genuine effort to inspire future leaders in the industry is unmatched. Thank you Sam for doing what you do with a selfless heart ! We need more folks like you !

Recently did a trade for a Subaru Forester. I wanted to say Dylan and Justin especially made the experience a pleasant one. No pressure and Justin made me extremely comfortable with my decision. He was very personable and walked me thru the features of my Forester. Had a Forester years back which sadly was stolen due to my own stupidity. I tried other vehicles to replace it but nothing satisfied me like a Subaru does. I feel like I m back home where I belong. Great dealership and great sales team! I will share my experience with friends.

When you want to deal with the best I highly recommend Cypress Coast Subaru. They have a terrific sales team and I recommend Tina who is absolutely fantastic. I also recommend this dealership for servicing your Subaru and everyone in service is great. I like dealing with Matt or John because they know me and they know exactly what I want before I say anything. The new building is beautiful and Cypress Coast are just good people to deal with.

I scheduled a routine service appointment with Cypress Coast Subaru recently for my Crosstrek. The appointment was easy to make online, and there were many choices available. The service team was ready for me at the scheduled appointment time. John, the service advisor, was particularly helpful. He welcomed me by name, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He gave me a thorough explanation of what to expect, and he kept me informed throughout of the status and expected completion time. My service was completed promptly, and the results of the multipoint inspection were explained to me. The waiting room was welcoming and comfortable, and there were snacks and water available as well as clean and well maintained restrooms. I was thoroughly pleased throughout the entire process, and I absolutely will continue to bring my car there for service.

I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff person I checked in with. The entire experience was great. A big surprize was the dog park where I waited with my dog. It got better. The hand car wash cleaned off 950 miles of grime and insects. I love this place.

I am giving it a 3 star because of how expensive was my 6,000 mile service on my subaru. They didn't change the wipers or do anything with the tires, since I bought them at Costco. No rotation, just the regular 6,000 check up with oil and the rest. $1,500. Close to $800 only in labor. Never going back.

The service center team is phenomenal! Not only are they friendly and helpful, but they re looking out for your wallet as well. I went in for my 60K service which I knew was going to be expensive and John David was able to save me money by scheduling only the service that was necessary. He was very upfront about the work and costs and was even able to shave a few hundred dollars off using the Costco card discount. Everything was done within the day and they shuttled me to and from my home.If you want the best for your Subaru, take it to this service center!

After 2.5 months of driving around and meeting different salesmen at different Subaru locations this was by a loooooong shot THE best! I had such bad experiences at every other dealership due to my age and gender. Constantly being treated as if I know nothing and having contracts shoved in my face thinking I m too young to understand any of it. However, this place was a completely different experience for me. Shout out to Tony for that! He was amazing at explaining the things I didn t understand while still treating me like a human being with a brain. He was very charismatic, easy to talk to, VERY caring, and overall amazing amazing attitude! You could tell this man loves his job and wants to take care of you. By the time I met Tony I had given up on buying my dream car, a Subaru Legacy, but after meeting him I went home with one that was EXACTLY what I wanted. I could not be happier in my Suby and with my experience there. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is purchasing a vehicle for the first time or at all!!! Thanks Tony for everything!

Great experience with the service department here! Absolutely recommend this Subaru dealer for repairs/service without hesitation!My Crosstrek starter gave out while on a weekend trip to Carmel, leaving me with an immobile car 100 miles from home. Called up Cypress Coast Subaru since they were only a few miles away, and sure enough their parts department had the starter in stock! They didn't have any appointments open on Saturday (it was already past noon by the time I called them, so not surprising), but they had one on Monday.They let me know how I could drop off the car after hours, since I had to get back home for work on Monday. On Monday morning they called me with a quote and more info on the repair to get approval, and by Monday afternoon it was ready for pickup. Drove the 100 miles and picked it up that evening.Just about the smoothest possible experience for a very stressful car problem away from home. Every person I talked to was genuinely nice and helpful, on the phone and in person. If I wasn't 100 miles away I'd definitely make this my regular service center - and that's what stood out to me: they knew I wasn't local and likely wouldn't be back, yet still went above and beyond, without any of the hard upsells or extra charges you might expect from a typical dealer; just great service.

Friendly staff no matter the dept! Beautiful new dealership to go with the beautiful Subarus! Was sad to discover Matt is no longer part of the sales dept. Thankfully he s at the Santa Cruz Subaru and makes it worth the drive! Matt is great at explaining in detail and is quite thorough.

Love the car, didn t love the customer service experience. Leased a forester a few years ago and enjoyed it enough to buy it out at the end, at the price already negotiated in the contract. Salesperson contacted me 5 months early, and repeatedly every several weeks, to see if I wanted to upgrade despite me being quite clear I wanted to buy it out. I understand that s her job so I don t take that personally. What I take personally is that when I m ready to buy it i m told I have to come to the dealership, a few hours away from where I now live, so I drive down after an 80hr work week of nights in the hospital on my one day off on minimal sleep and they proceed to try to charge me an additional $5k when the price is written right there in the contract. I point this out: no apology, no clarification, they just come back with a new paper that s now $1k extra. What is the point of negotiating the price at the start of the lease and having a contract if one party doesn t have to hold up their end of the agreement?? Then I have to speak to a manager to learn I didn t have to come to the dealership at all and can buy it without extra charges straight from subaru. Clearly I should have done more research, but the whole thing felt sneaky and underhanded. I m sure many people just pay thousands they don t have to. It s short-sighted, because now that they basically tried to trick me out of a bunch of money I certainly won t ever go back and will tell all my friends and family in the area to also not go there.

Excellent customer service! All salesmen were polite and highly educated on the model that I purchased. I would absolutely recommend to others to purchase a new WRX as it has been the newest and nicest car I ve owned so far.

My wife and I went down to this Subaru dealership On Monday this week. Was greeted by a nice sales person named Matt. This review would ve been a one star if it weren t for him. We understand inventory is low but marking up cars by $7000 to me it is out right gouging (Be aware of the "after market sticker"). I wonder if they were in charge of baby formula and a new mom came to the store what would they charge for that? We asked our sales person to connect with the sales/general manager named Ace to find a reasonable and fair price for the car and we didn t hear anything for four days until I called back. Not only did it seem they price gouging but they re not responsive. I can t imagine purchasing a vehicle from them and having any issues (see poor service issues reviews below). We ended up finding a perfect Subaru, not at this dealership but another dealership that seems to value people, and their hard earned money. Just thought I would share this with the community. We did hear back from Ace it appeared roughly 4-6 hours after we left, someone had a family emergency, we get that. Ace did the standard email, "Sorry, how can we earn your business" after I told him we would share our experience. hmm....

I recently bought my 2nd car from Cypress Coast Subaru. I have to say that is was the easiest and fastest process I have ever had buying a new car. Usually your there haggling and debating for hours. I walked in, drove the car, came back, agreed on a price, signed the papers and was out in about 2 hours! This all happened because my salesman Matt Smith and his manager Christian Saban were so easy to work with. Matt really knows his product and answered all my questions and Christian is extremely friendly and fair.My first Subaru had some issues. The service department andSam O. went above and beyond to take care of me. He called me regularly to keep me updated. I couldn t be more satisfied with Cypress Coast Subaru. I would recommend them to everyone!

I don't usually write reviews. Unless I'm extremely disappointed or impressed. And in this case, I am impressed. I leased a brand new Subaru Outback Onyx from Cypress Coast Subaru. My first new car and pretty much my dream car. And I have been so well taken care of by the team there at this business. Especially Matt and Ace. I can say that I am a real pain, that's for sure. I have had so many questions and concerns. And they respond to me and deal with me with such professionalism and patience. I probably bug Matt more then any other customer he has and he's always responsive and has the answers! I am very impressed with these guys and their knowledge of the cars. inside and out. Even the crazy little things I thought only I would notice, they know about it. I also completely understand the market is crazy right now, but they still made everything fit my budget. I am extremely happy! I love this car so much, I will continue to do business with Cypress Coast and I will be continuing to recommend Matt, Ace and the whole team to all my friends and family!

Just bought a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek from the guys down at Cypress Coast Subaru. Specifically worked with Dylan for the sales portion, and Justin for the finances. Dylan was super chill, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable. Justin made the paperwork real easy and straightforward, which is always great. Would definitely buy another car from these guys in the future.

This place has it all. Sales, service, parts. They ll be honest with you so you should just be honest with them about your needs and your wants. Don t be afraid to ask for any kind of customer service. If they can do it, they will. I ve been a service customer for years and they have always gone above and beyond and then recently I became a sales customer also. They also went above and beyond. Go see them for any of your Subaru needs, and you can be confident that they will step up to help you in anyway they can.
