First of all, they charge me $150 just for the labor to replace a tire. I already removed the wheel and brought wheel and new tire to the shop. Well $156 because I paid with my card. Second, I left my phone number so they could tell me when it's done. No call, no answer when I called. I had to go again in the afternoon to learn it was done . The previous shop charged me $60 for the same work. Will not go again....

Only place I trust to take my bike. They've been around forever and they know their bikes. Shop has been in the same family for many years and many of the mechanics still work there today. Everything coming out of Bill's looks awesome.

Bills is the place to go if you ride in the Monterey Bay Area! I have had nothing but great experiences with this place, the guys there are top notch and know how to build customer loyalty. They put new tires on my Harley (2 hours) and got a part in for me in one day that would ve taken a week elsewhere. 10/10 recommend this place!Services: Tires, Engine repair, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

Came by to check on the progress of my bike and everything was moving along perfectly. They gave me a few different options for repairing my bike and tweaking the FuelPak for sea-level altitude (been up at 10,000 feet the last 14 years). I also wanted to get my Spluthe stabilizers installed and am planning on bringing them in next week so they can be put on professionally by these guys. If you have a Harley Davidson and need work done on it, this is the place to go.

I am from out of town and this shop went out of their way on their time off to help me when I had an emergency, blown and shredded front tire from a pot hole. I made it home safe, thank you Bill's Monterey Custom Motorcycles.

My husband just got his first motorcycle and Bill and the guys up at the shop have been a wealth of information, charged reasonable prices when we've been help, & always been able to fit us in when we were in a pinch. Plus they're very military friendly! Overall, I recommend Bill's very highly.

Easily the best Harley and other motorcycle repair shop in the area. Called one morning about having a tire done on my 2012 SG, Bill gave me a great price on the tire, did it fast, and also called to let me know my brakes could use changed to and showed them to me afterwards. The guys here are knowledgeable and super friendly. Some bike shops it seems like if they don't know you, you won't be getting great service. That isn't at all the case here. Also the place is like a museum! Tons of history and experience with Bill and his garage.

I had an awesome experience visiting Bill's motorcycles the service was excellent and very knowledged and delivered the exact parts that I needed with no ordering time on hand. Had a enjoyable experience and need to return just to be able to spend some more leisure time there . I strongly recommend if you need a part then go visit Bill you won't regret it

Not only is this a great shop, but it is a museum of memorabilia. YOu want to know the history of Bikes in this area, Bill is it. His crew are top notch, Bill treats our Vets with respect and honors their service. He will help when nobody else will. Not just Harleys, but Metrics, British, heck Trikes, VW Trikes, I have seen them all in his shop! Bought my bike from him, and we are building another there. I trust Bill and his crew above and beyond.

Bill bailed my buddy out of an unsafe tire situation with solid advice on safely getting to his shop. Then put a new tire on quickly a d professionally. And we were riding Moto Guzzis instead of Harleys! Highly recommend this shop.

I talked to the owner earlier, and he had me go get oil and a filter. Now I'm back, and I've been waiting 20 minutes while he talks with his buddies, and he didn't even address me when I walked in. Terrible customer service. Obviously this guy doesn't want my money. So right when I'm about to walk out, the mechanic says he's ready to take my bike. I figure I might as well see what the prices look like. They charged me $50 in labor. I think 20 or 30 would be more market price. Jiffy lube changes my car oil and filter for 50 including the oil and filter. I hope the 20 bucks you ripped me off for was worth this review.

As a Motorcycle Business Owner I would like to give Bill a 5 star review he deserves because when I ask Bill to help me with a Harley Davidson Question, he is always willing to help me out. The Motorcycle Community is small and also a difficult business to be in so it's great that we can all stick together!

I went into another shop thinking that I had messed up and something came loose when I was cleaning the carbs on my bike. They told me they could drop them in the tank and no big deal. The first time I was going to set the appointment they were only going to charge me $80. the second time I called and tried to set it up they wanted $150 just to tear it apart. Then whatever the "extra" parts were going to cost.At Bill's, I went to ask him about a carb cleaning because of the previous good reviews and He went out and looked at my bike. Noticed a few things were loose and tightened them right up. Needless to say, I don't need a carb cleaning anymore. He didn't charge me a thing to work my bike over.Highly recommend him to anyone in the area... Military Discount on labor unlike other shops in the area also.

Down to earth place. No Bull. Moved to the area a while back. Have been to the shop with two different Harley's. Both times he knew exactly what was wrong, and saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend stopping by. You'll wanna go back for services.

Rode my bike to Monterey from LA, had a problem on the way, Bill and Cody got right on my bike and had it going again super quick. Quality work!! I am a lifelong fan of Bill's Monterey Custom. Any Harley, S&S or Revtech problems go straight to them.

Great experience. My bike broke down a few hundred meters from this shop leaving me at their mercy. I was incredibly impressed with their service and knowledge. Very military friendly. Cant recommend enough.

This is a great place to go if you need work done on your bike, to buy or order parts, just about everything motorcycles. Bill is always willing to answer questions or make suggestions to help keep your bike running.

Great people, great and quick service. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need, unless you specifically tell them to do it anyways. The only place I'll go to and trust to work on my bike.

I like Bill and give two stars for that. But the mechanics who worked on my bike were like the 3 Stooges. Took forever to install two tires. The front discs were seized up and the rear tire mounted backwards! UnrealService: TiresService: Tires
