I recently purchased my second R8 in the span of three months, as unfortunately, the first one was rear-ended during a LAPD car chase. I was incredibly lucky to have survived the incident as an innocent bystander, thanks to the sturdy build of the R8. You can see the entire footage uploaded to YouTube by different news agencies.I wanted to share my exceptional car buying experience from Audi Monterey with you which surpassed all my expectations and stands out as the best car buying experience I've had thus far. The staff, particularly Katelyn and Scott, were incredibly accommodating and made the process seamless. They had the perfect color combination and a fully loaded Quattro R8, which was quite rare to find in the entire US at that time.I had been working with several other Audi dealerships for a couple of days, but they were all playing games and inflating their prices due to the limited availability of these vehicles. However, Audi Monterey was the only dealership that offered the exact options I wanted at the most competitive price, without any hassle. Katelyn provided me with the necessary numbers in less than two hours, eliminating the need for me to visit the dealership.The following day, one of their staff members picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. Within an hour, we were out of the dealership with my beautiful and stunning Lime Green Spyder R8, and there was no sales pressure typically experienced with finance managers trying to upsell unnecessary items. I owe this smooth process to Scott, the general manager. The optional warranty services offered were reasonably priced, and we gladly opted for them without any pressure.Scott provided all the required information and accessories in a quick and effortless manner. If I had preferred not to drive the vehicle home, I could have completed the entire process confidently and remotely without visiting the dealership.Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Audi Monterey. They treat you like family, not just a buyer. Thank you to the entire team for making my car purchase so enjoyable and for leaving such a positive first impression.Thank you all once again. This is the best Audi dealership I ve ever been to! Today I had my Q8 serviced at Audi Monterey Peninsula, and I was extremely satisfied with the phenomenal customer service that was provided by everyone! When I first entered the building, I was greeted by the service writers and all of the staff members treated me so well! I love how the technician sends you detailed videos of your vehicle and explains the service that was provided. This is such an effective way to help keep customers informed every step of the way. The service manager Anthony A was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to exceed my expectations on this service today. They even provided me with complimentary shuttle service back home so I wouldn t have to wait in the lounge area, even though it s not a bad place to wait since they have some delicious looking fresh pastries and coffee in there! Last but not least, my car was delivered to me washed, detailed and sparkling clean. Thank you Audi Monterey Peninsula, I will definitely be coming back for all of my future car service needs.

We seemed to buy Audi out of the area every time. This time we found our Audi A8L 55 at Audi of Monterey, 88 miles away. Our salesperson was Ross Mansour, we communicated over the phones, internet, emails, texts. Everything was extremely professional and easy even with our Trade in with just pictures. All we needed to do were to come, inspected the car and signed paperwork. The interest rate was the same as if we went with our CU. A Painless car buying experience. Ross was honest and described everything truthfully, we didn t have anything to complain about,. Ross was so knowledgeable about this complex car, took his time to explain everything to both of us. Everything was promised, delivered later. It was a nice drive back in the A8L 55. This is what we expect from Audi dealership.

We live in San Jose and initially wanted to purchase the Audi Q5 from local dealership. But Monterey Audi provides delivery with much more competitive price. Particularly, the sales guy Anthony is very helpful and friendly. He is super patient and very detailed in every step. So we feel safe to just finalize the purchase on the phone. He also worked out a plan flexibly to fit into our financial plan and got us a great car. We are very happy with that!

I have dealt with many Audi dealers across the US as I have lived in different places. This is by far the worst one I've experienced. I hate to leave a bad review for anything Audi, but after 2 weeks of being jerked around, I canceled my service appointment and am going elsewhere. I waited 2 weeks for a general quote on the basic maintenance work I wanted. I was told twice it was emailed to me, but never received. Then I call for the third time, ask for a general quote so I know what to expect, they email me a blurry photo with no way to determine the parts list, and a price that is way more then what another dealer quoted me. All with no discussion or explanation. Absolutely terrible service. You can tell the staff don't care and don't have time for you. Another dealer sorted me out with one phone call, gave me pricing, broke down the parts for me, and gave me a service appointment. Just how every other dealer does it. Not this place though.

I m Chan , I bought Porsche Panamera ,they delivery to my home make it very dirty body, this is 100,000 dollars luxury car. i used the car about 200 miles , Engine light is on, need fill up engine oil one bottle and half , also car key no battery and tired less air . I don t understand what s the service? Where is the service? The basically dealer is it need Do this thing sale before for customers. The dealer guarantee out of sight, I didn t see it.

Wonderful experience from the first phone call to driving our A4 off the lot. When we arrived they had our favorite Starbucks drinks waiting for us. They gave us a great deal on the car and an extended warranty. Highly recommend Audi Monterey Peninsula.

Great experience bought 2022 Q7 worked with Anthony Sheinfield and he really worked hard to make the deal possible. He is very professional and polite gentleman Dealership also listened to my concerns and did everything to make me feel comfortable. They all worked according to my schedule and availability. Took only 15-20 mins to from signing paper to driver seat. General manager Mr. Scott Knight will make sure all of the questions being answered and assures that customers are not just a business but part of dealership family. MAKE SURE TO CALL ANTHONY if want to get a best of the best deal.

From the friendly and knowledgeable staff that greeted me at the door, to the modern and stylish showroom, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked.The selection of cars was simply incredible. Whether I was looking for a luxury sedan, a sporty SUV, or a high-performance coupe, they had it all. Personally, I hate being at dealerships for hours and hours, and feel like I m wasting too much time. After I had a horrible experience at a completely different Audi dealership in SoCal, I reached out to Audi Monterey Peninsula because they had the exact Q5 Sportback that I was looking for. I had huge reservations at first, simply because I wasn t too fond of having to drive 5 hours to pick up the vehicle nor of having a vehicle delivered with out seeing it beforehand. I felt like I was in a tough place but they had THE car. Let me just say, Alex Crush made sure to make this purchase as easy and smooth as possible. He answered all of my questions no matter how ridiculous and put all of my concerns to rest, without me actually having seen the vehicle in person. Alex made sure to take all videos and pictures necessary, without any complaints and was very attentive to my multiple calls and texts. I live about 5 hours away and had the vehicle delivered with not a single issue. Omar, the gentleman that delivered the vehicle, was great and super helpful as well. It was an easy process from start to finish; not one complaint. Even a few days after the vehicle was delivered, Alex checked in to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle and all was good with it. Audi Monterey Peninsula Car Dealership exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.The selection of cars was outstanding. They had a wide variety of new and used Audis to choose from, so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The showroom was spacious, clean, and well-lit, and the cars were all in excellent condition. I was able to test drive several different models to help me decide which one I wanted to buy.The finance team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They worked with me to get the best deal possible and were very professional in the process. Overall, a positive experience. Purchased used car.Very responsive during initial transition but once I agreed and made down payment slightly less responsive.Did 100% of transaction remote. Out of state purchase.Arranged financing and shipping through dealership, which all went fairly smoothly.Vehicle arrived in excellent condition and matched description and posting.I have purchased 4 cars all remotely in past 5 years. The one caveat with this dealership is the BS that you Must pay for their mandatory paint and fabric coating. It s a way to guarantee them a marked up service that should be optional.

I purchased a new 2020 Audi R8 from Audi Monterey and had a wonderful experience overall. My salesperson Ryan was fantastic the whole way through. I never felt pressured to select options on the build that I wasn't interested in. The communication from Ryan during the build process was excellent and the delivery was flawless.I wouldn't rather work with any other dealership in the Bay Area. I'll be ordering future Audis through Monterey Peninsula without a doubt.

I had originally posted a very bad review of this dealership as a lot had gone wrong when I went in to view and purchase a very expensive preowned car, which was supposedly sold by the time I had arrived, earlier that morning. I was pretty irritated as I drove and hour plus to get to this place and was a cash buyer. Anyhow it took a few days but they were able to get me the car that I was interested in, which was the fair and correct thing to do as I should have gotten first shot at it. Glad it worked out and I'm glad I I'm able to change my negative review to positive.

X failed to schedule an appointment that we had set up over the phone a month ago. He confirmed and I put it in my calendar. I scheduled a month out to have a loan vehicle, I called the day before my app, and he couldn't find my appointment. He never scheduled my appointment! My car is leaking rain water and has flooded some sensors. My registration is going to be overdue and expired because of X. I called them today, and after long silences and a few audible uhhhs, he offered me no options for resolution but to schedule another app a month from now. How do I know this one will actually get scheduled? I couldn't afford to have his incompetence let me down again, so I scheduled at Steven's Creek Audi instead. I don't trust Audi Monterey any more. This guy needs to have a serious sit down about how to do his job. I've been a customer at Monterey Audi for 3 years, spent thousands on repairs, this guy is the reason I will never go back there. Customer service is everything and X doesn't know how. I really liked Audi Monterey until this experience, but this was a serious blunder and the post-blunder handling was even worse. I miss the lady with the desk on the left, I forget her name, but she knew how to do her job and she was stellar. X needs serious training or termination.

These people don t like to help any one, I brought my Audi for repair and I gave them three warranty paper and they said that it was expired when truth it was not and then my son goes to get his car serviced and they didn t even give them a loaner when he bought the car with them . Fair warning do not do any business with them so beware.

Just got a great deal on new Audi lease at Monterey Audi. Not only was the deal great, actually it was the best in the state, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honesty. I worked with David in sales on a pre-owned Audi Q7 this week and have nothing but kind things to say about him. After I submitted an online inquiry on a Sunday, he reached out within minutes to talk with me about the vehicle and to get the process started. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and set me up for success. When I went in-person 2 days later, the team was helpful and knowledgeable and I was only there for 2 or 3 hours total. Audi of Monterey Service Dept. was excellent ! The service mgr was very accommodating and clearly highlighted potential maintenance. I didn't need a loaner that day so it was a win win for both of us! It's my wife's car and she loves it ! I unfortunately ordered a car during COVID and waited 10 months before giving up! Maybe Ill get a next gen Audi

Great small town feel. Friendly and knowledge staff. Felt really good talking cars with fellow car enthusiasts. Had great with car chats with Alex, finance folks were good too. Amanda whom i dealt with online and on the phone was easy to deal with as well. Overall it was a good experience there and ended up picking up a 2019 Q8 prestige, was worth it, even if had to drive 2 hours away plus traffic, coming from SF Bay area.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Audi Monterey Peninsula and it was by far hands down the best purchasing process I ve ever experienced. I was initially contacted by the dealership due to my interest building a vehicle, but came across a vehicle that was already in production. Although the vehicle wouldn t arrive at the dealership for several more weeks, the dealership kept me up to date on its status all the way up until delivery to the dealership. The morning of delivery, I was contacted immediately and made an appointment to visit the dealership that day. From the moment I stepped on the lot, to finalizing the deal and driving the vehicle off the lot, to a week post purchase I ve received exceptional service the entire time. Vehicle purchase details were discussed in the weeks leading up to the arrival of the vehicle at the dealership, which made for an extremely smooth deal finalization and I was at the dealership for less than 2 hours. Purchasing a new or used vehicle can be a stressful and exhausting process, but everyone from my sales specialist Tina, to Joey in Finance, to Scott the General Manager made me feel like an extended member of their Cardinale family. While other dealerships might be bigger and have greater inventory, the attention to detail that only a smaller dealership can give is something that sets Audi Monterey Peninsula apart from any other dealership regardless of location or vehicle manufacturer. Scott also took the additional time to ensure I received a great deal and that I was happy with all of the deal terms. I look forward to doing business at Audi Monterey Peninsula again and would 100% recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle from this dealership to anyone.

Hands down the most unprofessional dealership I ve ever dealt with. Sold me a car with below standard tires which was confirmed by several tire shops, The only response I got from the manager was did I measure the tires when I bought the car I did not know I had to, and he did not know how I drove so it was probably my fault which I don t drive on two wheels! My registration was supposed to be for a year, Two months later I received a check and they told me I should ve use that check for my registration even though they said I was covered for a whole year and that was part of my contract. I called to clarify when I received the overpayment for the check and they said not to worry my registration was covered till 2023. I was told for three weeks that they would get back to me and it was going to be taken care of a week and a half before my registration is due they are telling me I need to pay for it now.The only person there that s actually professional is David and that s about it.

David and Adnan were very professional and provided exceptional service. Joey from finance was also very knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. The guy in the parts department was very helpful and I was greeted warmly by reception. Got the oil filter I needed and then headed to the service department to ask about diagnosing a rattle. Everyone seemed very busy and after a few minutes nobody greeted me so I just left. I have no problem waiting but for the prices they charge, they should make a point to look up from their computers and greet everyone that walks in. Not necessarily a bad experience, just not impressive.Update: I have been back a few more times and my experience has been much better. Now they need to upgrade their office and it's 5 stars.

Rude and abusive call from general managerPrice online does not reflect $1,400 invisible clear coat scamBait and Switch unavailable car is still listed on websiteI test drove a used Hyundai Sonata on at Cardinale Audi with Anthony. He was polite, delightful and professional, but was busy the next morning with other customers. We had to test drive before Anthony was available so my son could go to work, so Alex stepped in. I asked if Anthony would still get credit, and he assured me he would. After returning from the test drive, we started the process to buy the car. In addition to the advertised price, the dealership adds an additional $1,400. Alex was unable to tell me exactly what the charge entailed. Apparently this is the invisible clear coat scam dealerships have been pushing since I started purchasing cars in the 1980 s, and I said this was a deal breaker. The sale appeared to move forward, albeit at a snail s pace. No financing, we were paying cash, so why the wait? We waited for about two hours during which Alex carried on an in depth conversation with the windows washer while we waited and waited. After a while, I asked for the Carfax report and asked why the mileage was higher on the report than on the car. It was only 4,000 miles more, but the process instantly stopped as they said they are no longer able to sell the car. They were surprised at this, which was clearly a data entry mistake at the car s last service location. Alex said they would probably sell it back to the auction service because it takes six months to correct a Carfax mistake. Disappointed and with about two hours wasted; we left.Imagine my surprise to find a few days later, the car was still listed for sale on their website at an even higher price. Classic Bait and Switch: the customer is drawn to the dealership because of this advertised car, which is not available, but hey we have other more expensive cars for sale! This is fraudulent.Before driving the Hyundai, I had met with Edrick at Cardinale Nissan to drive a Sentra. Edrick was delightful. He said to let him know if I was interested in any cars within his group. I misunderstood and thought he meant the Nissan dealerships within the Cardinale group. He called during the two hours of waiting at Cardinale Audi and I discovered my error. I felt bad because Edrick would make the car buying process delightful. Because the deal was dead at Audi, I contacted Edrick, and asked if there was any way he could sell me that car or one comparable.Frustrated and wondering if the Audi dealership simply refused to sell to me because I wouldn t pay for their $1,400 invisible protection , I called the corporate offices, which in turn had Scott, the general manager of Cardinale Audi call me.Scott started the call on the offensive accusing me of playing sales people against each other. I asked why he raised the price of the car and kept it on the website if it was not available. He said he changes used car prices every day, but it was not available to buy. I asked if this was Bait and Switch and he became angrier and more offensive claiming I don t understand the concept of Bait and Switch; although I doubt its meaning has changed since studying for my Business Degree.We discussed the additional 1,400 clear coat charge. He said this is added to all the cars they sell, but is not reflected in the advertised price. I asked if customers have the right to refuse this scam, and he said they can refuse to buy the car.Scott was angry and unpleasant, telling me I m not the kind of customer he wants purchasing from Cardinale Audi (his words exactly). He only became less nasty when I said I will take the time to share my experience with others online. Because of this, he did offer to contact me when they are able to rectify the Carfax mistake.It s been over a week since I tried to buy the car, and it s still listed for sale on their website.
