If I could, I would give them a 5-star rating; in fact, I d give them 10,000 stars if possible. Here s the situation: the left tire of my Benz car got punctured. When I visited Costco, they informed me that my car has run-flat tires, which they couldn t repair. They mentioned that I would need to replace all four tires, but they didn t have the necessary replacements in stock, so I would have to order new ones. That s too expensive to fix it! My friends recommended that I visit Wheel Works instead. I called them around 6:00 PM, not expecting a quick fix, but they asked me to wait for an hour. To my surprise, by 6:45 PM, they had fixed the car! The efficiency and perfectionism of the office and workers truly impressed me. The supervisor, named Jasber, was awesome. He was not only nice but also professional. Truly an impressive service!

There's been several times my tire pressure light has come on due to the change in temperature and I have no idea how to put air in my tires correctly. Every time I've stopped here for help in adding air, the employees have been so quick to help and kind. I appreciate being able to pop in for air and being taken care of in a professional, timely manner.

This is actually long overdue as I should have left a review a long time ago about how great the team is over at this Wheel Works. Without getting into too much detail, we get a lot of great work done there but this time something wasn t quite right after we left. We came back today and explained the situation. No questions asked, Dave and team went above and beyond to make things right.

This is the best place for Flat repairs. They were able to squeeze us in on a moments notice. We just left the car there today and they got our Tesla 3 long range flat fixed before they closed. I ve been coming here for tire services since 1986. My son always got their lifetime alignment on his cars. They have been a wonderful place in the neighborhood for my son and I who are car buffs. Special thanks out to Marisol who checked us in and agreed to fix it even though they were super busy. David is the manager and he is super nice. Suggest drop off your car so you don t have to wait.

I have brought my truck in here many of times. I have a GMC Yukon XL, and I have had no problems with the service. I asked them to find out everything I needed to get done on my truck and give me a breakdown of everything and I had them do everything and it was great, I haven t had any problems since then I think the manager, Dave and his crew are very knowledgeable and trustworthy when it comes to great car service.If you want to get your service done fast and furious, It s good to come in early or make an appointment .I have a recommend them ..Thank you

They seemed only caring about making money, not my time and not my car.Tried to do an alignment with the lifetime services. The first time I waited for 2 hours and was told that my tires were worn and they couldn't do the alignment. So I replaced all the tires and came back. This time, after waiting for 2.5 hours, they told me that the bushings were bad and they couldn't do the alignment either. Why couldn't they tell me all the things needed to be fixed the first time? If I come back the third time, I'm afraid that they could spot something else wrong and refuse doing the alignment again. As matter of fact, my previous tires had some significant damages but apparently they didn't notice them at all as they didn't really care about my car, and my time.- Just noticed that the tech even got my tire size wrong for my 2nd visit. It should be xxx/35/xx but was written as xxx/30/xx. The first tech didn't notice the exposed metal wires on the front tires as mentioned above. How can you trust those guys to work on your car?

I had a big repair and the techs were kind and helpful and worked very hard to get my car out so I could attend my board meeting. I felt they went above and beyond for me. My car drives like it is on clouds. Awesome work. Thank you

It was a quick service for oil change on same day service. The tech told me extra services are need to replace for $240 and $50 for cabnet filter. The service is good, and not sure they check the tire pressure. I would take on the offer for cabinet filter if not the appointment already scheduled right after that. Plus the tire replacement is expensive for just one tire, maybe it is a good quality tire

This place is an absolute rip-off. I was told I needed front brakes and rotors along with a leaking oil pan gasket. They wanted $1,000. I took it to another mechanic and he said the brakes were still in good shape and there was no oil pan gasket leak. Consumer beware!!

TLDR: Disrespect for my time and shoddy workWent in this Saturday for a 10am appointment for an alignment (I would be waiting in the shop). Was told that my car would be done between 12pm and 1pm. A little slow but fine, I know how things go. 1pm rolls around and they got 2 other customers out the door who arrived later than me. I noticed that they hadn't moved my car the ENTIRE 3 hours I was there and complained. They then rushed the job and did not test drive my vehicle, resulting with my steering wheel being very noticeably crooked. I had to come back and they fixed it. It's still about 1/8" crooked but I'll be finding a different shop. I was there from 10am-3pm on my day off. Shoddy management and shoddy work.

Front desk seemed a little distracted chatting amongst themselves causing them not to realize my car was already ready in the front. I did have to be the one to ask if my car was ready. Other than that I appreciate that fast service from the techs.

If could give 0 stars I would. Brought my car in for 4 tires. After the work was finished, and after I paid I noticed that I was missing a lug nut. I walked right back in and let the staff at the counter know. I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I had to bring the car back. I hadn't even left the parking lot. They said I could go buy a lug nut and they would reimburse me. I was given the car back with missing parts. It's a tire shop that doesn't have lug nuts? Horrible customer service. After looking at the car more, they did one of the worst jobs I have ever seen. The wheels were damaged with a lot of scratches. They didn't even clean up after they put the tire on. Been coming here only for over 20 years. I saw a screw in my tire, and took it in to them to check and repair. They looked at it and said that it could not be repaired and that I should replace it. I asked them to make sure it was actually leaking first. A few hours later they called me and said it was indeed leaking and that I needed to replace the tire, and I should replace the other back tire to keep them the same and maybe the front 2 also for $1000. No thanks. I took it to another shop and he looked at the screw and said replace also. I took it to a third and he said he could patch it, but then tested it and found out it was NOT leaking and gave it back to me NO CHARGE. Will never go back to Wheel Works Saratoga.

Went to get my wheels aligned and was told that I needed my (less than 2 year old) battery replaced, and that they could do that for me. I of course am skeptical, call AAA a few weeks later, they run a battery test (pic below) and lo and behold it s working great!Don t trust this location. Whatever they tell you get a 2nd opinion, you ll save yourself a couple hundred bucks.

Initially my experience was fine. The shop manager was knowledgeable and helpful. Alignment and tire installation only took about an hour and a half.1 day later I noticed one of their technicians had scratched the wheel of my 2016 BMW and didn't care to repair it (they offer wheel repair services) or let alone inform me of the damages done to my vehicle. I can live with a scratched wheel. What I cannot live with is deceit, and this is what I experienced at Wheel Works.America's Tire, here I come.Update: Although my issues were addressed, nothing was done. I was never reimbursed for the damages done to my vehicle. District manager told me to go back to the shop and try to work it out with them, rather than taking matters into his own hands. Lazy and incompetent just like the wheelworks location I went to. Oh, and 20,000 views on this review!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I prefer local businesses to chain locations, but this location of the chain feels like a local business. I like the staff, it's relatively convenient for me to walk to, and I appreciate the work they do.

My wife and I didn't have a great experience here. She has an 08' Camry that ended up needing new engine coils and spark plugs that ended up coming out to over $2,100. Like a lot of people in this economy, we didn't have an extra $2,000 laying around and so she was happy to hear that they offered a financing program. However, the employees need to learn how to communicate the difference between an in-house financing program and a hard inquiry credit card check A LOT better. We already knew we wouldn't pass a credit check but the "financing" option was not at all explained this way. Numerous mechanics have programs similar to progressive leasing and this breakdown in communication left us with a bill we wouldn't have paid if services hadn't already been rendered. It's damn near a bait-and-switch tactic. We will be going elsewhere in the future.

We have been taking our cars here for years. You can make an appointment quickly and get your problems diagnosed quickly from their expert and excellent staff they have here onsite. We buy our tires here for years and they last a very long time because they have excellent quality in every auto part you may need for your vehicle. Seasoned professionals work on your car for whatever problems you may have experienced. They give you peace of mind about everything and you can be assured of their safety and confidence.

The Asian worker in the service area behind the desk in the back gave me a bad attitude when I asked his name so I could write down after delivering a package to him. I asked how do you spell his name. I said, "Does it start with an F". He snapped with a nasty face saying "NO it starts with a PH". I won't be so nice either if I ever return

First, normally great service, but not this time. I have 4 cars I bring in for tires. This time I brought in one tire/rim that had sidewalk damage and needed replaced. Was told 2 hour and it would be ready. My wife came by the store a few hours later to get the tire and it was still where I had left it. She was told they got slammed with work but when I left it off they weren't. So somewhere along the line our tire was taken out of the queue and work was done for other customers. After not getting a call it was ready I called and was told it was ready. Never got a courtesy it was being delayed and no call when it was actually ready. I hope this was a one time mess up. If not, time to find another tire store.

This place has no respect for your time. Left my car around 11am for a wheel alignment after they said it should be ready by 3-5pm. Called them after 4pm to see if the car was ready. The guy told me it should be ready by 5 to 5:30pm. I asked whether they started working on it. He didn t answer my question and talked nonsense. Came to the store at 5:40 pm to find out they didn t even start working on my car and said one of the machines was down which seemed to me like a lie. He said yours is next. I waited there for about 15-20 minutes. The guy pulled up another car to work on it and it was the last thing to trigger me not to do business with these people. Waisted my day for their poor time management.

A nail in the tire removed within 4 hours and the cost was about $30. I was happy with the experience.

I brought 1 flat tire for repair around noon time.I was informed the repair had to wait until next day (many cars were waiting).I think repairing a flat tire should be simple & fast.

Liars. Made appointment for 9am, specifically to get it done fast. Was told it would take two hours. Called after 2 hours and was told inspection was in progress. Called again 1/2 hour later was told it was not on rack yet.When I explained I made an appointment to avoid waiting and that I had been it was in progress they said the had cars ahead of me that had been in for days .I told them I made an appointment for a reason, picked up my key and left.Now looking for reputable brake repair shop.I will not work with liars.Service: Brake service & repair
