I don t think they care about all of their customers. Transmission Experts wasted an hour and of half of my time and my boyfriend s time, as well as about $30 in fuel cost for us. I called about a week and a half ago, around June 1st, to schedule a transmission service for my car. This shop was recommended to me by a family member and this shop did rebuild the transmission for my car about 8 months ago, so I figured I would give them repeat business.When I called, I asked to make an appointment for a Saturday morning and made it abundantly clear that I wanted to make sure someone would be at the shop because I was driving from over 30 miles away. They assured me a Saturday morning appointment would work.Well, Saturday the 10th rolls around. I wake up at 6:00am on my day off to make sure I get through caring for all the animals on the property and leave with enough time as to not keep the shop waiting. I show up exactly at 9am at the the shop, and nobody is there. I called the number I could find for the shop, and the lady that answered let me know she was really sorry and forgot to cancel [my] appointment, but I did cancel all the other appointments I had on the calendar today. REALLY?! You remembered to call everyone you had scheduled EXCEPT for me, the one who was probably driving from the furthest distance?! AFTER I made that clear when I set the appointment?!Your apology did not put fuel in our vehicles, nor did it get back the hour and a half we spent driving, nor did it negate the fact that I had to wake up at the crack of dawn on my day off to accommodate YOUR weekend schedule.I will never give this shop my business again, nor will I ever recommend them. Their property looks like a junkyard, to boot. I may pay a little more elsewhere, but I ll get the service I expect (which is the bare minimum for customer service. I don t ask for a lot).Service: Transmission

This company is the one you always dream of being able to hire! not half ass, not liars, not over priced.. I brought in my 23 year old Subaru with an exploded transmission and differential,,"No worries!"Said Maria the office lady.Now i have a Subaru that feels brand new!I had already replaced the Subaru's engine now I feel like I'm real sneaky driving around a real old brand new car!!After the Subaru went in the shop my 50 year old farm truck that we had put a new Jasper engine into also lost its transmission.. Imagine my surprise when I picked up the Subaru dropped off the truck and a few days later the truck had a brand new transmission also!! Maria gave us a large discount for bringing in 2 vehicles and found a real nice hood for th old truck..The best part is this shop does not send you away with your new transmission and good luck! they tell you to come back in a certain amount of time so they can do adjustments and check up to make sure that your repair is good.! Maria said since covid a lot of the parts that they are receiving are faulty this extra check up for free makes all the difference in the world!!The whole shop stayed late one night to fix my truck so I could haul hay for the horses the next day really cool!This is service like hasn't been in America since the 1950s.Service: Transmission replacement

Maria and her family took care of my issue, found the problem and fixed it at a very fair price. I was looking at a potentially large bill, and was pleasantly surprised. Transmission experts did an amazing job putting my truck back on the road so I can work, Maria and Reuben take great care for your vehicle and the turn around is amazing. They did my brothers transmission 3 years ago and its still running amazing. If you want your job done correctly and with a knowledgeable staff this is where you wanna take you car or truck. They rebuilt my transmission at a fair price. Professional, excellent communication throughout the job, honest, and thorough. While my transmission was pulled,, they caught some extra things that needed to be done. You always worry that you're being upsold, but I can tell you as a guy who has built my own race cars, I knew what they found was completely legit. Then they included the extra work for almost no extra charge!

I found Transmission Experts online. I called about my classic car and spoke to Freddy about my problem. I dropped my car off the next day. He analyzed the transmission problem and rebuilt the transmission quickly and at a very fair price. I m very impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend Transmission Experts.

Very good customer service, always replyed or called back quickly and answered all my questions before any work was done on my truck. Installed a rebuilt tranny on my truck and so far so good. Will go back to do my tranny services for sure. Thanks Freddy

Hello, I disagree with the work they did to me, they did not put 6 bolts in my transmission and I threw all the oil, I do not recommend them at all, they are not professionals they do a bad services I contacted them and they never responded
