Terrible experience. Made an appointment, was told it would be 40 minutes. Brought car in at scheduled appointment, was told by Chris it would take 2 hours. Mentioned that I was quoted 40 minutes, he totally blew up. Started yelling and being aggressive. Clearly having a bad day and wanted me to have one as well. I told him to not speak to me with such a terrible attitude. He got more aggressive and said he wasn t going to work on the car anymore. He then followed me out of the office and into the parking lot as if he wanted to fight. Avoid this place, and Chris. It s not worth your time to be disrespected by Tire Choice because they can t figure out how to coordinate appointments.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris. He was extremely polite, professional and he treats his customers with the utmost care. I highly recommend Tire Choice Auto and will definitely come back to do business again. Thank you so much Chris.

The work was okay. I had to call them an hour after their estimated time to find out my car was ready. Two days later I had a dead battery and when I popped the hood I noticed the engine cover was missing. I called and asked if it had been left behind. The guy left me on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up and called back to be put on hold again so he could come back and tell me he checked with his techs and they didn't have anything. The fact that they weren't ready when I called tells me they rushed getting it wrapped up. The call treatment tells me they lost or threw away the cover and are trying to avoid dealing with me. Would not recommend going here.

The experience here was different than in the past. The new supervisor in the shop gets it done. They support Veterans so show them your support Vets!

Came in for brake pad changes. They were efficient and friendly. Had shown me and recommended rotor disc change as well as brake pads on the front end. Caleb was the technician who worked on my truck while Kevin helped on the communication side. Great guys and great service!

On my way to work had a blow out on freeway and was towed to tire choice Santee. Manager took off jacket and got me back on road. Great service

Amazing , fast service! I went in for a tire patch and they had me in and out in 30 minutes! On a Sunday when all other tire shops are closed you can count on this one ! Friendly & hardworking staff . This will be my new go to Tire Shop .

I had a very good experience coming to this location. I came in for a tire repair, ended up leaving with 2 new tires and an oil change. I would like to thank Chris for assisting me and showing me how bad my tires were. He gave me several options and felt like he was genuinely trying to make me happy. Will be returning because the price was very affordable and Chris was very honest and up front with me. I didn't feel pressured and was really pleased with the prices. I had a great experience at Tire Choice in Santee when I went in for an oil change and when I purchased tires. Chris, The gentleman who assisted me was very professional and at the same time made me feel like I was his top priority! He has a great sense of humor and made every effort to assure that I got the best service. I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be back!

I called over the phone regarding a check engine light that came on the other day. I spoke with a guy named Chris. He said bring it on in and we can do a complimentary inspection of my vehicle. Turns out, it was my 02 sensor. They did a full inspection of the car and informed me of other things that needed to be replaced. There was no pressure to replace them at that moment but I was quoted a decent price for the work that needed to be done (I called around while waiting to find something cheaper) He was super informative and showed me everything on paper. I was able to get my car fixed that same day. Which was super helpful as I have a new born. Thanks a bunch to the team.

Do not go to this shop if you have drum brakes. Had my brakes done about 2 months ago before moving. They kept delaying the return, saying they needed a couple more hours. Turns out the reason they needed more time is they have NO idea how to replace drum brakes.My wheel started making a weird noise yesterday and so I took it to a local shop and low and behold they didn't put the spring kit on right at all so it popped off and scaped up everything inside the wheel. They checked the other wheel and turns out the spring came off on that one too. On top of that part of their "fix" for my front brakes included using a ZIP-TIE and they failed properly diagnose my break drums.

DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR TIRES! We have had other local places in Santee do a great job. Our usual place was busy so we came here 2 months ago for an oil change and tire rotation. Huge mistake! They damaged and cross threaded our lug nuts so badly that AAA couldn't remove our tire today without damaging the nuts. When we went back in to have them replaced they ordered the wrong ones. They tried to blame the whole problem on the lugnuts and not the tech who cross threaded and damaged them. Fortunately I have an automotive background and knew what happened but someone who doesn't know cars would've been totally taken advantage of. Poor quality of service and lack of taking responsibility for a mistake are things I try to avoid during vehicle repairs. There are other, better shops in Santee that are not corporate owned and care about good service. Choose them instead!

Extremely rude. I called and asked how much it would cost for an alignment. The employee gave me the price and asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I said, "I'm still shopping around." He said, "You won't get a better deal, buddy," and hung up. The irony is that the price he gave me was the highest out of the 6 shops I called. Good luck getting more customers with that attitude.

Amazing staff, always takes car of what the car actually needs. Honesty is the best policy! Currently live in Orange County, took the drive down to have them take care of my baby. Shout out to tire choice !

My AAA rep recommended going to my local tire center for a tire pressure check service. This store didn't have an official tire pressure "station" and the garage was full/busy, but the lady mechanic pro-actively came over to my car to see what I needed, I explained, and she quickly and efficiently corrected the pressure of all my tires, while continuing to keep the rest of the garage operating. The experience was outstanding and I will be purchasing my next new set of tires there- gratitude to the store.

Best service in town for the many tire places here in Santee.The staff was friendly and honest. Friendly and accommodating for a busy Saturday walkin.Give me a free diagnostic on my tires and even fill up the air to match all 4 tires. I always recommend friends and family to this facility- Keep up the good work. It shows!

Great store, great mgr Chris. Workers so helpful with my issue and did not charge me for the comprehensive inspection or the missing lug nuts.Traveling through but if i lived here they would be my go too

Stopped by here yesterday and the guys working were cussing in front of my children when I asked to have a tire patched. Very rude ghetto looking people in there, went to Costco and discount tire and got exceptional service from both. Costco didn t have the tire I needed but discount did. Very disappointed people at a professional business would have this level of disrespect for a customer who is already having a bad day.

I brought my Model 3 in for a low tire pressure to look for a leak/nail/etc. I wasn't charged, but asked to "tip the technician." I came back a couple hours later and they said they couldn't find a leak. Issue persisted, so I brought it to Discount Tire and they found it and patched free of charge in less than an hour.

I went to Tire Choice today because Jeep dealership told me I needed my Transmission serviced. Angel and his team looked at it and said it was fine. My Jeep Cherokee only has 75,000 miles on it . Angel was super nice and informative. I did have them clean my fuel injection system and my car is running nice and smooth. I buy my tires here and have whatever else done that is not under warranty. Very happy with them

These guys were awesome. I had called around to some other places seeing if they would do tires on a 30ft class C with dual rear tires and no one would. These guys got me in, just a few hours before closing and even stayed late to get it done that night, even though I said it wasn t necessary. The price was good and service was great. I highly recommend these guys.

First time to this location as Tire Choice. We have been a customer of Steve, the Manager, from quite a way back. His customer service is fantastic and he is very thorough in explaining everything to you. When there are few items that need to be done, he is very detailed in letting you know what is critical that needs to be done now & when repair costs are a factor he lets you know if something can wait a bit & how long. He has always treated our family courteously & always been honest. That is a quality that sometimes is hard to find with service repairs. Very highly recommend Steve! We will continue with him at the new Tire Choice.
