I dropped off my Kia Rio because of a front end collision. Frank was the manager handling this case and I can honestly say that my car came back looking the same if not better prior to accident . Also the repair was done within 2 weeks. They replaced my bumper, some undercarage got messed up, Intake manifold, and a radiator mount. They also went ahead and aligned my car and cleaned my car when they returned it.

I GIVE crash Champions The Highest possible review!! From the first call speaking with David setting a time to get an estimate for repair on my vehicle. Although they are in demand,( Great service places are in demand), I was given an estimate right away. David was right on top of things. He said and did exactly what he would do. HeContacted USAA to give them the estimate.My car was in for repairs right away. I was given a heads up on the process what needed to be done the receptionist I would say is an Exceptionist!! Was welcoming, friendly. And very pleasant on the phone when she called giving me information. I was amazed how well David coordinated everything!! I got myCar much quicker than I thought!! With Enterprise Rent a car just down the street I was out of car for repair and into a rental and on my way. I was thoroughly confident in having my car repaired at Crash Champions. Good efficient, professional. And much needed friendliness! When your going through aunexpected disruption in your routine you need good friendly, experts taking care of you. THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE. YES if needed in the future my first call would be Crash Champions. Good location plenty of parking. OH yes if you have small children Crash Champions thought of you! They have indoors a safe play area so that your children can play relieving you of that concern while your there. I'm back in my4runner. The front desk representative Catherine and my point of contact Mario, where very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of the situation I was put in. Catherine is so polite and always welcome me with a smile. Mario went above and beyond with my service. For having almost a 20 year old car (2003) and being foreign (BMW) they where able to get all of the parts and complete the job in a timely manner. I was not the one at fault so I had a difficult time getting confirmation from the insurance agency to cover the damages it almost got to the point where I got my lawyer involved. Service King representing themselves very well and understood the hoops that needed to be jumped through to take care of my car. Besides dealing with the insurance company and being in this predicament to begin with I am satisfied with the outcome. With the quality of service I received I would definitely recommend not only strangers out the street but my friends and family too....

If you are considering bringing your car in on your own, AND ESPECIALLY if you were referred by your insurance, in either case I would stay clear of this business. I brought a ten year old SUV with low mileage in due to passenger door damage (the only damaged area). After they jacked up the estimate 3x my insurance totaled the vehicle!!! When I told them I was claiming salvage and keeping the vehicle their demeanor noticeably changed and upon receiving the vehicle back via tow it was immediately apparent there was front drivers door damage (a gouge) which was NOT there when I drive the vehicle there and dropped it off. Almost as though they were not careful with the cutter they used to tear down the rear passenger door. Of course they denied it to my insurance company who I had alerted, and produced their photo taken at the time of drop off which DID NOT show the aforementioned gouge!! My insurance company reviewed with me the progression in their estimate, which went back and forth three times until finally the collision department declared the vehicle (still perfectly drivable) a total. It was apparent to me, as it was to one of the other one-star reviewers, that they probably wanted to keep the vehicle once it was declared a total, hence their lousy attitude when I indicated I was keeping the vehicle. I am almost 70 and I've dealt with auto mechanics, body shops, and dealers many, many times and my sense and impression has never failed me, and I don't believe I am wrong about this company (at least the people running it). Which is the reason for my one-star review and admonishing to stay clear of them. I intend to lodge a formal complaint with State of Ca DMV and Consumer Affairs. Just beware!!

David and Ivan are super great!! I recently went in to get a broken side view mirror replaced and was able to get it fixed faster than expected. The original part we needed to order wasn t coming in for another week so David took the time to call multiple shops until he found someone to deliver it the next day. I also ended up paying a lot less than expected too thanks to him. Ivan, their technician had the entire mirror replaced as soon as the piece arrived and I was able to get the car back only one day after leaving it. The whole thing looks great now, the mirror moves properly, they even checked the entire door to make sure it wasn t affected along with the mirror, and I can actually drive safely now. Great prices for the service, very knowledgeable personnel, and very fast service!! Highly recommend :)

We are so pleased our Insurance recommended Service King Collision Center. David is an amazing service writer! Communication is everything, and David delivers updates throughout the entire process keeping you informed. We have been so happy with the work done on the car both times! It really looks new! I had a hit and run happen to me and after insurance found the at fault party they set me up with Service King. They text updates which is awesome and keep in constant communication about the work. They gave me an original date about a week's worth of time and they let me know it would be done ahead of schedule. It was so nice to only be out of my vehicle for a short time. They also go above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle. My son had made swirls with a rock on my car a few years ago and I asked them if they could take a look and let me know how much it would be. Frank is the man he took care of my Traverse and the deep scratches on my car are gone. If I have to use a place in the future I will use them without a doubt and refer people to them as well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Danny one of the service advisor hooked me up big time, replacing my front bumper on 2019 Honda Civic with OEM. My insurance has very strict policy replaces parts aftermarket only. Overall, great experience with team members.

A++ Outstanding service!! My Hyundai was rear-ended at mid speed, it now looks as good as new. I want to thank service King for the professionalism and hard work they did for my vehicle. Even with the minor concerns I had, they went above and beyond to make sure I was content with the work. Had my daughter in the car with me this morning and she was asleep, saw the sign to call for assistance so I said ok I ll give it a shot.Older gentleman answered and said someone would be right out to help and assist me.So I waited very patiently 30 minutes go by.I noticed I was getting skipped for other customers walking inside so I called and the lady said it s by appointments only!Take the sign away!It s misleading!

This place overbid the estimate of repair, stopping at $14,000. They also said the frame was bent. But could not show us where. We had had it repaired for $5,000. No frame damage. #dishonest

Quality of work looks great. Can't tell the difference between the repair and original shape/color. Very friendly service from check in and estimate to handback, including updates along the way. Had a great experience with Service King. They kept us well informed throughout the process and did excellent work. Had a palm frond fall through the roof of our car causing the roof to shatter. Needed the windshield and both rooftop pieces to be replaced in addition to the sliding cover and headliner inside the car. Very happy with their work and would happily (but hopefully not needed) work with them again for damages to our vehicles.Service: Auto glass repair

My car took a while to get back but ultimately I was happy with the repairs and they made it up to me for being late. Car looks fantastic so 5 stars! Can't even tell it was in a pretty nasty accident.

Accident caused body damage to my car. The shop got right onto my vehicle as soon as it was delivered. The communication was excellent, letting me know the progress and next steps.Other shops couldn t look at it until mid January. These guys were awesome. They have a notification system that gives you regular updates on your vehicle repairs. The vehicle finished before the estimated repair date. My tech also followed up regularly. In addition they fixed some cosmetic issues that weren't part of the damages. Super excited impressed!

Working with Matt and Evan have been super great! They were able to help me with my vehicle even though there were many complications along the way. Matt the manager did more then enough with my hiccup of a situation, he was able to by pass their policy and took in my parts. He did a fantastic job I absolutely loved the way my vehicle turned out!! They were very flexible with what I was asking and let me add to what I would like done. Of course there were some road blocks along the way and I was upset, Matt saw this and reassured me they would get my car running smoothly and back on the road. I really do appreciate this shop here! Evan M. Had great communications always kept me in the loop I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle at all times. Due to certain issues and my many add ons lol I would have to pick it up later then expected date which is 100% fine. If you need anything in particular done to your vehicle definitely go with these guys and ask for the manager directly he will help you at your best advantage!!! Thank you Service King for the help!!! Will definitely be coming here often to fix my other vehicles!

Went to this location based off my insurance company's recommendation.I was not disappointed in a single aspect.Everyone was nice and respectful.It was easy to communicate with the repair team, I got almost daily text message updates.Location is also conveniently located next to a rental car shop too.I hope I dont have to go back, but if I do need fender bender work again, I will return.

Have gone here a few times with different vehicles and have always left happy. They take great care to make sure you are satisfied. I just recently had repairs done and they were happy to correct a small issue we noticed about a week later (a small remaining dent that was impossible to see head on, but was visible at an angle). Everyone who works there is genuinely helpful. Special shout out to Lenin, who is just a fantastic account manager.

I was completely blown away by the customer service at this location. Jay Byers handled my vehicle and was determined to go above and beyond; he did not disappoint. I'm a not easy to impress, but Jay and his team did an excellent job ensuring the end result was one to be proud of. Service like this is a breath of fresh air. Great job on the Mustang team. In the unfortunate event that I ever needed to choose a shop again, I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
