I had the front end bumper replaced on my BMW 550 I Msport at Philip Thearle s Autowerks Collision Center and I have to say I was impressed with the entire experience here. From the moment I walked in and was received at reception by Tina right through to picking up my vehicle after the work was completed. Tina took care of all matters promptly and professionally and soon I was having the damaged assessed by Daniel. Absolute professional service once again by Daniel and I just knew I had made a great choice in selecting Autowerks. Daniel ordered the parts and scheduled me. A couple days later I dropped off my vehicle and in no time, voila! I was coming in to pick up my car. They matched the paint perfectly and I m extremely happy with the quality of workmanship, the service, and the assistance and advice in filing my claim. Absolutely top notch job all the way! Thanks to the entire team at Autowerks!

Daniel and everyone at Philip Thearle 's was very helpful and professional in assisting me through this black hole of insurance company hoopla. They walked me through a very difficult time, dealing with a drunk driver who hit my parked car and his insurance company that tried to make it impossible. In the end I got my vehicle back with all factory parts looking exactly like it did before the accident or better. Thank you guys!

I couldn't ask for a better experience. The team was friendly and professional, the office was immaculate, and Chad communicated regularly so there were no surprises. They did an incredible job on my car, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Made my car look like new! If you need collision work done - go here - they guarantee their work and are very professional.I even got a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle, and they sent an employee to pick me up once my vehicle repair was completed!They have awards and manufacturers certifications displayed in the lobby. They have been in business a long time.

The experience I had Philip Thearles was amazing From the moment I walked Into my inspection appointment Nick was very helpful and on top of everything, and Chad doing the inspection on my car he explained everything in detail so I knew What they would do! The quality of work and communication is more than 5 stars! I got Updated text messages on what the status was along with updated pictures! If you are looking for someone to repair body damage this is your place!

Chad and Tina are the most helpful and friendly people I ve dealt with and are extremely knowledgeable about all things when it comes to luxury car repairs. Chad fought with my insurance company on my behalf to get the top quality work and parts installed. Even after my car was considered a total loss by insurance and they would not be moving forward with repairs PT continued to advise me throughout the process. They are the best. Give them raises or at least a pizza day!

We brought our car here a few months ago after it had been rear ended. When we brought it in they were kinda helpful but when we came 2 weeks later to pick up the car it was a different story. We walked in to pick up our car and the girl in the photo that I attached just gives us a survey to fill out and says she'll bring our car. When she came back with our car she doesn't explain anything about the work or warranty like she did with the customer before us and just says "here's your keys your car is outside". And then next is where the problems begin, I do a walk around on the car and notice a long scratch on the roof that wasn't there when we dropped off the car. So we go to tell them and also mention that she didn't tell us about the work on the car and that it's nice she told the other customer but not us and all she's says is "it's the same". Someone else then comes out to look at the scratch and says "yeah jeez idk, I mean we didn't do any work to the roof" and I point out that there is rubbing compound or wax on the roof. His response now is "oh yeah I guess they might have tried to clean the roof to see if it matched the new paint". So the result was we had to wait 3 more days for it so they could repaint the roof cause the scratch went through to the color. In the end it took a month to get our car back and learned that customer service doesn't exist here . I won't come here again if my car's get damaged so hopefully you don't have to learn the way we did.

They did excellent the first time I brought my car here. But this time around I was very disappointed with the quality of the work, their communication and the lack of keeping me informed and returning calls. They lost a few very good people who had excellent work skills. I didn't think it would make such a big difference, but it did. I really noticed it this time around. Wasn't one of their best days for me. And I've recommended them on numerous occasions.

This place really cares about their clients. I came in after 3pm on a Friday afternoon with an emergency and they were AWESOME! I forgot the name of the lady at the front desk who found me Stephen and Chris who helped solve my problem. Nick also came to lend a hand. Thank you guys! You are the best!!

Huge lack of communication. And the manager is not helpful what so ever. If you're dropping off your car here, just know they will let it stay there as long as possible and not care about how much it costs the owner of the car. I dropped my car off there understanding there was going to be a little wait before my car gets looked at. The car got looked at a couple weeks later and I received an automated text from the company a couple weeks later letting me know if getting worked on and when the expected time of completion would me. I then get a call two weeks later from my estimator letting me know that the car had not started to get worked on because some paperwork needed to be signed in which I got no communication of. TWO WEEKS LATER. now I have to pay for a rental for the additional time that it is going to take and the manager tells me, "that's not my problem." Very unprofessional.

Philip Thearle's AutoWerks quality and professionalism stands-out from all others encountered over my lifetime: After a seemingly minor bump resulted in a need to replace the entire front bumper assembly on my "nearly-new" Lexus I took it to a local (insurance-preferred) Repair Shop that really made a mess of it, leaving me with no option except to start over somewhere else. Based on a professional referral I finally decided to visit Philip Thearle's AutoWerks where I first met with my contact "Aaron". Aaron worked expertly with both me and my insurance company to confirm and correct numerous paint work problems, spacing/alignment issues, missing hardware, and even damage to parts behind the bumper/grill that was likely caused by the first shop. Aaron kept me informed as the overhaul, restoration and assembly progressed, and in the end he and his team delivered flawless quality with everything precisely assembled and the even the paint match excellent. I took my 2008 Mini Cooper S here after it was side swiped by another car, while I was driving on the freeway. Philip Thearle's did a great job on repairing my vehicle. Color matching was perfect. Everything looked great. They really made my car look brand new again. Repair was done pretty quickly. From my first step inside the building to bringing my car home after checking it, Everyone had the up-most professional attitude to get everything fixed and resolved. I would highly recommend this shop and I would definitely bring any of my cars back here to receive their great service. Thank You!

I've been taking my vehicles to Therales for years. Nobody wants to need bodywork. But, if you do, this is the place to go. They are busy because they do quality work so if your vehicle is drivable you may need to set an appointment but it is worth the wait.Service: Auto body & trim replacementService: Auto body & trim replacement

I have been an Autowerks customer on several occasions and I must say they do amazing work! My Benz is my baby, so when I recently got into a collision, I didn t want it sent to any old place that my insurance recommended so they could get away with paying the bare minimum even though it wasn t in my or my cars best interest... Instead I sent it to Autowerks where I knew that they would fight for me to get my car repaired the right way. They will give you weekly updates along the way so you know exactly where you are in the repair process at all times. When I got my car back, it was flawless and as good as new!

I have done business with Thearle's Autowerks in the past with excellent work. I went there and asked about an issue with my truck. They suggested good competitors who could meet my needs even though it meant losing my business. I was impressed with their excellent customer service and integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone.

In 2007 they fixed my beastie my 02 Nissan Xterra it was 4 years old. They made her like new again. The quality of paint match, blending, masking and application is second to NONE. No over spray, No orange peel, Not a single problem. Just took my Mini Cooper in. I trust their work completely. You can rent a car there as well.

Legendary customer service! I just picked up my Audi that was there for almost a month and required 2 claims with 2 different insurance carriers. Chad was so proactive in communicating with me and set my expectations appropriately. He managed the 2 claims so seamlessly. I honestly felt like I was their only customer. They run a great shop!

Philip Thearle's always treated me with complete respect, even when I was pointing out concerns or issues with the work. My Porsche has a very challenging color to match. To make matters worse, I am very picky and can easily spot most imperfections. It took some time to dial the color in and make it blend in well. They worked with me throughout the entire process, never showing any anger or disgust over my feedback. The finished product looks great, with both color and texture blending in with the factory paint. I am a happy customer and feel good about giving them my business.Also, their shop is the cleanest body shop I have ever seen.

The staff is really courteous and helpful.The front end office area is really clean and comfortable.Not like an auto repair you would expect.Work is great and like new results.Documentation is complete and detailed.

When you want to go to an absolutely flawless auto body repair shop with five star service this is where are you come to. I had an unfortunate incident at a car show where my car was in an accident while I was parked where a trailer took out the whole side of my vehicle. I took my car into this beautiful facility and was assigned Don who was my representative throughout my experience. Don handled everything from dealing with an adjuster who didn t really want to fix everything as required to the final delivery of the car back to me. I am a car collector and I must tell you the job they did on my car was breathtaking in every way. These people really care about the job they do and their pride in workmanship shines through in every way. Do yourself a favor and the next time you need any body work at all take it to this establishment and you won t be sorry. They turned a bad experience into an awesome outcome!

Great people and very knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with the insurance company. Even though they were not an approved garage for my insurance company they worked with me, advocated for what was right, and they will warranty their work - with that being said they fixed a few of our other cars (hit a coyote in the dessert, one got hit by a dessert wind storm and another in a parking garage) and none of the cars had ever had to go back for the covered work; good work the first time is even better than a warranty.

It has been weeks and they say the have sent an estimate to my insurance company after numerous requests. If you don't care how long they take to fix your car this is the place to go to. They still have not ordered the parts needed and undoubtedly will blame the delay on the company providing the parts. They estimated the work would be completed a week ago.. They also do not return phone calls.Services: Body & Trim, Auto interior vacuuming

My 2012 chevy tahoe has been to this repair shop twice and I would never take my car anywhere else. In the past I have used other body shops with my first car and man that was a mistake! I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this body shop because five stars does not do them justice in my opinion. They deserve at least ten stars! Very very nice people, communicate everything going on with the car, and is a one stop from repair, and rental. Can't say enough great things about this place!

Best Auto Body shop I have ever used. Honest and upfront on what needed to be done. Top Quality work, (beautiful paintjob), done on time and they handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. Oh, and a warranty that can't be beat.

Chat at this place is super helpful. Unfortunately, one of our vehicles was involved in a collision and was a deemed a total loss at this shop otherwise we would love to use them for the repairs! Thank you for your assistance Chad!

I still can't believe what they did to my car. Went in for an estimate and they took crowbars and pried the back and sides of the car open (the sheet metal that had no damage). They did more damage than the accident caused. Then you are stuck and have to have them fix it.Never had a shop destroy my car like that to give an estimate.I have never had a shop do any damage to write up an estimate.Scam artists!!BEWARE!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

My experience today was great. I had a bad experience elsewhere and Donald put my mind at ease about fixing my car. My Cadillac is my baby and has significant sentimental value. He really put my mind at ease. Im sorry i didnt get her name but the girl at the front desk was phenomenal too. Great place!!
