Very Happy with the work they did on my car.Mechanic Kevin was very Honest an Informative on what my Vehicle needed. Never had to take my Car into a Shop. I was a bit nervous. But Kevin was great. I will use, an recommend Paw Automotive Service Center to everyone. Thanks Kevin.

I was told today that it would cost me over $1300 to have my thermostat replaced. The gentleman said it was a 5 hour job. The part costs $80 and labor would be $244 an hour?!?

These guys are awesome. I am a small one man Pest control company and do not have a spare truck. My check engine light came on this morning on the way to a job. I ran over and they had me in and out in no time and back on the road. The ladies in the office are great and take the time to break down my bill and let me know they will take care of my truck. Kevin does a great job of explaining to me what he did and makes any recommendations he deems necessary. Every minute im off the road costs me money and these guys know that. John runs a great shop. Straight forward and only recommends what is needed which is all you can ever ask for out of your mechanic. Highly recommended!

I was shopping for a new car and took the two best used cars over to PAW to check out. They saved me a ton of money because the first car was filled with issues. The second car is the one I bought and it's been awesome. They charge a very reasonable price to check out a car for you-It's completely worth it. Don't buy a used car without a pro checking it over.I also take my car here for oil changes and they even recommended a Ford dealer for my warranty service. Thanks PAW!

Joe runs a great place here. Fast work, reasonable prices and probably most important, I trust them to diagnose a car problem well, do what's needed and not a lot more. Good crew too with a clean and large shop.

I brought my car in for an oil change, and while they had it on the rack they found my tear in my tire. At first I thought they were maybe trying to just get me to pay more for something. They took the time to bring me back and show me my tire. They are very up front and honest about it. They helped me find the best tire for y budget and got my car back to me in a few hours.

I drive a Mercedes Benz and a dash light displayed saying the brakes needed service along with a check engine light. I called a local Benz dealer, but they wouldn t be able to see my car until next week. I met John Cafiero through a mutual friend and he runs an automotive repair shop in Santee. It s barely 15-minutes drive from Mission Valley so I gave him a call. He gave me an estimate and after my approval ordered the parts and took me in the following day.John s auto repair shop is clean and organized. He has a large waiting area, for easy social distancing, with a TV and free WiFi. In short, he used all OEM parts and his mechanics are friendly and meticulous. The total was close to a $1000 less than the dealer estimate and the brakes are as good as new!The engine light was an issue with a cam sensor, which confirmed a diagnosis the Benz dealer gave me awhile back. The engine light was sporadic and my car seemed to run fine so the Benz service rep and I decided to leave it alone until the engine light stayed on. Again John was significantly less than the dealer so this time I decided to have the cam sensors replaced.John runs an honest auto repair shop and instead of trying to up sell me on unnecessary services, he suggested ways to save money. I was shown the bad parts and given a detailed explanation of the issue and services to be performed. This is now the only place I ll bring my cars for service.Ask for John and tell him Roger sent you.

After the second night in another repair place parking lot and a 3rd alternator put in, still leaving me with an unresolved solution to my battery dying, I was left trying to find someone that could fix what I learned was called my battery separator.After numerous calls I found PAWS in Santee where Jasmine answered. She was surprisingly knowledgeable regarding the pictures that I sent her and she gave me hope. Because of her that is where I chose to take my little RV. Everyone there was so helpful and professional. Jasmine continued to be supportive above and beyond and even printed out a diagram for me.Go here for your repairs you won't be sorry.Service: Electrical

Friendly group of people however, the pricing was not as friendly. They diagnosed my car to conclude that it was what i thought it was. The replacement part apparently was $450 and plus labor another 400 bucks for a part that i paid $150 for....additionally, it took me no more than 30 minutes to replace myself. $400 labor fee for a 30 minute job?????? Baffling....i know....I gave 3 stars only because the guys were friendly and diagnosed my car appropriately....My car works now, thats all that matters now.

John Cafiero, Proprietor owner, is very personable, honest and straight forward. Very knowledgeable with foreign and domestic vehicles especially with classic vehicles. Thanks to john and his crew they were able diagnose the problem on my classic and got it on the road. I would recommend his company to family, friends and to you when you read this. Do not judge what I wrote but go to PAWS and find out for yourself. He maybe a little pricey but john or marc will work with you.5 stars plus for John, Marc Hood. Kevin, and the rest of the crew for a job well done

Always have availability when I need to bring my car in, very friendly and helpful. Always try to find the best way to get your car serviced at an affordable price. Found them on groupon 2 years back and have't taken my car anywhere else since.

I have been taking all of my cars to this shop for several years now I just left the family field. They take pride in what they do and their prices are fair. Fixed my car in less than an hour. Tracked the problem down to two sparks plugs that were cracked. This was after I just had the car turned up two weeks ago. Very fair, very knowledgeable.

These guys just saved my Thanksgiving! My car wouldn't start this morning and we're suppose to driving out of town for Thanksgiving. I was able to get my car jump started and drove it to these guys cause they were close. They were able to get a new alternator in my car same day, and saved me a big headache! Thanks guys

The only place for me and my car ! Love them and they take the time to educate you answer any question and I've always had SUV so to have a car now they let me ask the same questions over and over till I understand so I recommend them highly I always feel satisfied when I leave and very happy so women Rock on and go to paws!
