My grandfather taught me at a young age to find a go to guy for for specific needs. My auto guy is Mike. If he doesn't know he will help me find the answer. The guy he works with ( Jonathan ), he's not bad either. They are always helpful in whatever I'm looking for, from cleaning products to repair and maintenance under the hood, my first stop is always here.

Once again Jeremy at O'Reilly's in Santee came to my rescue, was having problems with my rear brake lights and he assisted me and not only that he fixed the problem, Mikey also as your sales girl in this store gave me excellent service and helping me find the bulbs I needed for my tail lights, both these associates are very valuable to your company and I thank you once again Jeremy and Mikey for your service

I love O'Reillys the fact that there all owned by one owner, so they all carry the same stuff and treat you the same is great. There employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. There prices are competitive and they seem to have most things in stock when I need it. Definitely recommend and will shop here again...

I asked for help / guidance changing the directional signal bulb on my car. After waiting over 1/2 a hour for Kevin, he looked at it and went back into the store for. "needle nose pliers" and never returned.The Customer Service T this location for NOT live up to your reputation! I will NOT be back!!!

Lucky for me Nick was here. Helped me with my windshield wipers. Excellent attitude great customer service. I would definitely make this my store. Oreilly s you have a good worker so treat him good! 5 stars *****

Wade was super helpful, friendly and kind.As a young female I usually get pushed around and attempted to be manipulated. He was nice and replaced my battery for me with no run-around!We will definitely go back again!

Just got home from the shop and I really have to give a shout out to Mike from tonight. I went to get my brother's battery replaced and the connector on the terminal had been overtightened and just wouldn't come apart. Mike was extremely determined and so good natured about it. He persevered and got it to come off and replaced the battery for me.I really wanted to just say thanks to him again for being so helpful and so nice at the same time. They also had a better price than AutoZone for the battery, so I might start getting my car needs from here from now on.

Really nice younger guy immediatley greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything? Had a nice smile and when he showed me where it was , he even got the light I needed for my car for me,! Quick and easy check out!

I stopped in a couple days ago because one of my headlights was out. Mike helped me tremendously! It is great to receive amazing customer service!! It can be intimidating going into an auto parts store since I don't know too much. Mike also offered to put the headlight in for me! So amazingly helpful!! I couldn't believe it. I didn't have to stress about trying to put it in myself. It really made my day!

People behind the counter are friendly and they know Auto parts. Most times they ask you if you need help before you look for someone to ask. Home Depot could learn a lesson from these guys.

When I go to the store, there s no issue and I m treated well and great customer service, but no one ever seems to pick up the phone when I call. I can call at any time if the day and no answer! I asked the store employee once and they said it was lack of help. So, Oreillys can you hire more people.

We came in with the intent to buy jumper cables, but when we talked to the guy working about my car troubles, he informed us that it was a gas problem. He then explained what to do and how to fix it. I appreciate that we didn't have to buy something that would not of helped us and how informative he was for every possible problem it could be!

This store is located convenient to Vons and many food stores just across from wendy and bank of America next door. Just off the street easy to see. Staff get a 10 star. Always fully stocked. If I had a gripe..which might not be the store is outside no trash cans at all..I'm guessing because the homeless throw trash on the ground looking for stuff, although, in the day you don't notice homeless people. Safe location, peacefully Santee as expected. Another great treasure!

One of the best Oreilly's I have been to. Brandon, Ivan, Wade, and Kevin (along with others that I can't recall at the moment) have really helped me out (going above) and were honest with their service.

Know exactly what your looking for because the staff either dont know how to help you find what you need or they just dont care. Love that pretending to do something on the computer act.Thanks for telling me which area of the store to look in and to just go figure it out. Another time I asked what air filter my car takes and their response was to have someone professional replace it I mean I'm not stupid.

Great service no one rags on you if your not sure what's wrong. I'll definitely be a return customer Had them check my battery and it was gone they installed a new battery and they even cleaned my battery posts.

My sister's car needed a jump. So I stopped by this store to get the cables. Since I was an employee at another Oreilly store, I'd figure I could get my employee discount. I presented my store's business card with my employee # on the back to Tristan, an employee there, and he acted like I was trying to rob the place. I felt disappointed with that Oreilly store. I'm glad I don't treat my customers like that. I definitely won't go there again.

I cannot say enough good things about O'Reilly Auto Parts, more specifically Wade from the Santee store.His amazing customer service and willingness to go above and beyond was greatly appreciated. Replacing brake lights on VW beetle is not easy, but Wade made the whole experience wonderful.Thank you so much again Wade!

This location is my least favorite. I'm not sure if it's just me or what, but they don't seem to be helpful at all each time I've come here. It's like I'm inconveniencing them when I ask for help.

I miss the old staff that use to work there. Stopped by on 3/17/19. They guys that work there now are idiots. They don't even know the difference between GL-4 and GL-5 gear oil. They're just cashiers, with no knowledge.
