I got rear ended and was so frustrated with the situation but Amanda, Vanessa and their whole team were super helpful and nice and walked me through the whole process. They made things so easy and smooth and updated me on my car status via email or a phone call and the process was faster than expected! A few parts of my bumper had to be replaced and they are usually not easy to get but they made it happen in less than a month and my car looks like new and like nothing ever happened now! Soo happy and thankful I ended up here and was able to get my car fixed by such an amazing and helpful team!

My Honda Odyssey needed repair so I went to Lloyd's. It's a scary thing having to deal with accidents and repairs, but from the start, Amanda guided me to what needed to get done and she did calls and paperwork. Bobby was there yesterday (3/21/24) when I picked the car up and answered all of my questions. He even test-drove the car to make sure everything was good. It's so nice to have professional and knowledgeable people who still manage to care even after all the cars they have to work on and the people they have to deal with. The car was even washed and looked sparkly new. Even my neighbor commented at what a great paint job they did. It had all the sparkles in the paint too. The convenience of having a ride home to being able to leave the car rental there was extremely helpful. I had updates often and believe me, this was awesome and comforting. It saved me time so I didn't have to stress. AND, Lloyd's give you tier 1 customer service. I didn't have to go through listening to a voice recording telling me to press 1, 2 or XYZ! SP.

I have a 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage Edition in a specialized color that was severely vandalized at my work downtown. Lloyd s was able to sand blast about 90% of the damage off and save me thousands! And they did a perfect color match with my Robbin s Egg Blue! You can not tell where they worked and where the original paint is! They were so kind and kept me up to date on every step of the process. I am now a customer for life and have been telling my friends and family about them! They are the best and you will not regret going to them. Thank you guys for fixing my baby Bronco!

Amanda, Bobby, and the entire Lloyd's staff did exceptional work on my car! They made the entire process very simple and kept me informed / updated along the way. And they advocated on my behalf to my insurance company that provided a low-ball offer to repair my vehicle. Everyone who works there is friendly and personable.

Great service, everyone was very friendly. I had some trouble with my insurance and they were very patient with me. The repairs were done sooner than they originally said so that was exciting and my car looked brand new! Hope I never need them again but would definitely go back. I highly recommend them.

Bobby from Lloyd s Collision & Paint Center in Santee was absolutely amazing yesterday. From instantly greeting me to super friendly to recognizing an instant fix to my front bumper. I was in and out of there and my bumper looks brand new! Thank you Bobby!

Best staff!! Every person I've spoken with is friendly, attentive and communication is above and beyond. They kept me up to date and thoroughly explained every step of the process. They went to bat for us with our insurance company who wanted to cut corners to save money. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

The people at Lloyds are absolutely amazing. They take customer service to a whole new level. I had my Sprinter van repaired for a minor collision and they did an excellent job took care of every detail we had a few glitches along the way Amanda, one of the managers personally helped an executed, the most amazing experience I ve ever had with a Collision shop they stand behind their work and they work very hard to make the customer happy if you go there please tell Amanda I said hello and that I think she is amazing Five stars is not enough for the customer care and smiles. Keep up the good work you have an amazing energy.

Big shout out to Bobby AND Amanda!! They have both been so nice with the body work and insurance process! They also always answer their emails and phone calls even when they are about to close at 5pm. They have a nice waiting area that is kid friendly!(toys, books, and nice clean rug!) Keurig/drink area for the adults :)Highly recommend this location for their fast friendly service!

I brought my truck in for some paint work from a shop related incident. I also asked Amanda about an unrelated scratch but decided to wait to get the repairs done on that. I dropped off on Monday and they said it should be a week or week and a half. Luckily I called today (Wednesday) and they said it should be ready tomorrow. Great work and excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend to everyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a dent on my Tesla repaired here. Excellent service and communication throughout the process. Their estimated date of completion ended up being the exact date it was ready too. Their lobby was comfy, nicely cooled on the hot day I arrived, and I was offered coffee while waiting. Highly recommendService: PaintingService: Painting

Impeccable customer service and attention to detail. Extremely high quality work. The best!!! No other way to put it. Rob and his team at Llyod's Collision & Paint have the best customer service and amazing, quality work!!! The also work with your insurance directly to handle your claims in a smooth manner. I must mention that their prices are amazing too. I've been to Lloyds on 3 separate occasions with 3 separate vehicles which you can see in the pictures below. First with my Nissan Titan where the team color matched my bumpers and end caps on my Nissan Titan perfectly. Then I brought in some body panels off my Polaris RZR to have them painted matte black...another flawless job by Rob and his team.The last incident was very unfortunate for me as my brand new 2019 GMC Sierra 2500hd Denali was keyed on the front bumper. I knew without a doubt, with all the shops my USAA insurance told me were options I still opted for Lloyd's without hesitation. They not only repainted my bumper perfectly but color matched my chrome center bumper, grille, and mirror caps.Thanks Rob! I appreciate the excellent service.

Lloyd s is the best body shop in San Diego. They are family owed and even make you feel like family while you re in their shop. Brittney, Rob, Vanessa and Mike are always willing to take our call- claims follow up - or to check on how long parts will take. We Rob even came to help my dad fix his door on a Friday night when my son messed up the child lock.Now when something is wrong with our car, even my 3rd old son says just call Rob! Armando is the man!!!Got me and my car taken care of quickly and competently!!And when there was an issue with me receiving my reimbursement from my insurance company, he called their customer service and helped get me through to the right people and I was able to get reimbursed directly to my bank account!!Above and Beyond is how they do it at Lloyd s Collision in Santee!!Thanks again Armando and Crew!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Lloyd s is the best!! The staff was Very nice from start to finish! Made sure that my vehicle was fixed to my standards and the car looks like nothing ever happened!! I recommend them to everyone! Thank you to everyone who works there who took some part in helping me while being their customer, especially to Vanessa, Mike and Hayden for making things so easy during such a difficult time.

Well I'm going to be as Fair as I can, I took some time off to think it through and be very reasonable with this evaluation. Small dent on outside of fairly new truck so I take it in after making appointment with Robert a week before. I bring it in a week later drop it off in the next day we get a ton of rain and there are multiple accidents but people that probably shouldn't be driving in the rain or whatever anyway they wanted me to postpone my repair for a month and I said no, I made an appointment it should be first come first serve. Well 2 weeks later after a lot of these other cars that were in accidents got repaired they decided to do mine so I guess it's not first come first serve and my insurance was on it it took over a week to get a quote. The person working with me on my truck was Perla she was sweet over the phone but when I had noticed a small scratch on the repaired section of the truck she immediately said no that was there when I brought it in and I told her no it wasn't and they repaired everything except that one trim with a scratch and she immediately went into defensive mode and said it was there prior then she looks at her pictures of the work two days after I drop it off and she says oh well these pictures were taken two days after you dropped it off, I said well that's probably when it got scratched prior to your pictures, unfortunately I took pictures of the damage but not the trim but I am very picky with my truck and I know it wasn't there and she said I'll have the owner call you and of course he didn't then I came back with my truck after trying to be cool about it and there's a bolt in the tire which was not there prior now the operations guy a young Asian guy was very helpful and very professional unlike Perla who was very defensive and was annoyed by anything I had to say , very unprofessional. They got the tire fixed pretty quick as I waited and a very nice guy that works their name Vic older guy looks like a veteran of that company and said is there anything else that's bothering you with the truck I said yeah the scratch and then he said I'll get some paint and give it a quick touch up and he touched it up and he knew I was upset and he said look it's a truck and I said I get it I just don't like bringing things in to come out worse than they were but he was very professional and I'm not going to make any more of this but I'm definitely not going to give them five or four stars they did not earn it and they have a very good reputation but Perla ruined it since she was on the defensive the whole time and did not even want to deal with me so I will not be returning to this establishment ever again and I will make sure everybody knows since I'm a local in Santee. I did not have rental insurance since I just changed my insurance so that would have cost me a lot of money but a friend loan me his car so this could have gotten really expensive. I told Perla as she rolled her eyes that I drove by several times the day after I brought my truck in and there were cars everywhere so maybe somebody scratched it bumped it whatever but they should have taken care of it instead of getting defensive and trying to cover it up. They had tow trucks blocking the intersection moving cars from the rain damage into their lot they had them parked all over the neighborhood I'm sure something just scratched it but they didn't need to be cheap about it.UPDATE 8/22/23If something is not right please give these guys the chance to correct before posting here or wherever. Bob Jr is a class act and he will go out of his way to keep their good reputation and service 5 stars. I had to re adjust my 2 star to a 5 star. Made my truck look new. Don't expect immediate service as they are busy busy! But there is a reason! They are really good! Professional, organized, know their stuff and reasonably priced for their quality of work! Highly recommended!!! Always a full lot, but will give you a quick estimate, take a parts deposit, then give you an accurate finish date. Average repair may take a week due to parts collection.. but they don't disappoint!!!!

Stopped in for a quote on some minor cosmetics. Google asked. I have mixed feelings about this place. Their customer service was nice, the place looks professional, and overall they did a great job fixing my bumper for a very reasonable price. However, after getting my car back I noticed a couple of scratches that I'm pretty sure weren't there before, I drove back so they could see them, and there was basically nothing to do about one of the scratches, but the person I talked to told me they would take care of the other one, that they'd call me once they got the piece (plastic trim, I guess). Well, it's been over a month now, and no one ever called me, so I guess it's fair to say they never planned to follow through. My advice is, take pictures before dropping your car off, and once you get it back make sure there's no new damages, cuz if they promise to fix something (unless they put it in writing) they probably won't. Talk is cheap, isn't?Update: after posting my review (they do read reviews, who knew?) they contacted me and they took care of the issue in a matter of just a couple of days. I appreciate it, thank you. Not a five star rating just due to the inconvenience.

Lloyd s returned my Atlas right back to its original factory look after an accident. The company assisted by taking over my rental payment after my insurance reached it s maximin coverage limit.They did the job right and didn t skip any corners. If you re looking for a good trust worthy shop with a friendly and helpful staff, I highly recommend Lloyd s Collision & Paint Center.
