I took my car there in the morning and they were able to diagnose and fix it in a few hours. They also recommended many things my car needs and offered 1/2 the price for what I normally pay for an oil change. I was not sure where to take my car and took a chance based on reviews, so if your looking for a recommendation- take your car here. My car is running great now and Im very happy with their service and honesty.

Yesterday I popped my tire down the street so I came in for a flat repair very short notice. Other shops told me they didn t have time or that they would work on my tire because it was too old. They originally told me it would cost $20, and it would take 10 minutes, but it was done within 5 minutes and costed $15 because the wheel was already off the truck! Most shops would try to up-charge you for random things like tire size, or something that wouldn t even matter. The mechanic was honest, and the work was done properly. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need, it was a very easy transaction. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Alternator died in the morning called them to see if I could get my car in and fixed before school pick up. They said no problem. They even were able to take me home and pick me up so I didn t have to wait around. Everyone at Karoomi s was super nice and helpful. Communication wasn't the best at first, but they corrected that. They included a warranty on their work and even gave me a discount for the communication issue. I'd recommend giving them a try.

Dependable, trustworthy, and priced fairly. I bring all of my families vehicles to Adam and his crew because I trust the work that they do and they never try to sell me things that I don't need. Excellent service. They take time to explain the problem and the solution. Excellent customer service. They came highly recommended by my friend. Quick and reliable service. In and out in less than an hour with no appointment. Topped off fluids, gave me a fair and honest estimate on additional repairs. The service at Karoomi's was absolutely fantastic! I had taken my car to multiple places before and had the same part replaced more than once and was losing all hope that my check engine light would ever turn off. I googled Karoomi's and saw the good reviews and so I tried it out. Adam helped me out and had a top technician very thoroughly run tests and diagnose my car's problems. They fixed my car and made sure that everything was running smoothly and that my check engine light would turn off and stay off! While I was doing smog check with the business next to this place , I talked with crew and set up an appointment next morning.The wait time was very little and the mechanical who was in charge of my car came to me and recommended to change the filters. I knew I have not done it for a while and had no doubts it s needed. I was thankful that they looked up for more than I was asking but at the same time not pushing me to do extra. Very pleased with service and charges.

We have been bringing our Jeep, Toyota truck and Chrysler here for the last two years for various repairs and maintenance. Best mechanic ever! Honest, straight forward and doesn t nickel and dime us. These guys are great! My girlfriends car was in a collision and wasn't street legal putting her out of a car for work. I brought it in and explained the predicament as I didn't need it to look pretty but just needed it road worthy. They did that and then went above and beyond. Not only did they get it road worthy but fastened down some pieces and made it look almost like it hadn't been in an accident. Thanks Karoomi!Service: Auto maintenance

I do not recommend this place! He was supposed to do an oil change and came up with 2k worth of supposed issues. Went to another reputable place and he said someone disconnected the overflow tank, poked a hole in it, and there was at least 2 quarts too much oil put in my car with the oil change. My car was fully repaired by the other mechanic and he checked all of the items listed in the quote. Only 1 other item was necessary out of 8 repairs he listed. My car died Saturday night of Labor Day weekend. Got it towed to Karoomi's Monday morning, that's right, open on Labor Day!! Found the part for a 2004 Buick same day and had it done by 4pm. Not only did it get fixed on a holiday but it was a great price. So I'll be coming back for the speed of service, price point, and Adam is just awesome to talk too! He's the front desk and a tech, most places have a separate front desk who's hands are clean. He knows all the ins and outs! Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Another great experience with Adam and his team at karoomis auto . I love this place ! They do great work at affordable prices . I truly appreciate thier honesty and friendly customer service. The always go above and beyond for thier customers. i came in here with a problem with my radiator on my 2007 nissan 350z I took it to nearly every mechanic in the area and all of them were telling me i have to replace the entire radiator upon other things I spoke to Adam about my situation and he was very knowledgeable turns out I didn t need to replace my radiator at all he was able to fix it within a couple hours and at a fraction of the price that other mechanics were telling me. I highly highly highly! Recommend this place hands down the best mechanic in San Diego, Honest and very affordable. If you decide to go here than I recommend you ask for Adam he will not let you down.

Called Adam and made an appointment the day before. Came in and got oil change and a filter change (filter was looking nasty), the other filter looked good just like Adam had said. Also, I was out and done within 30 to 40 minutes. Price was reasonable too.

These guys are awesome, its hard to find a good mechanic that's honest. But these guys are both very good at what they do and super honest with their customers I have take my vehicle their twice and Adam took very good care of us and our vehicle . The only mechanic I would recommend in sandiego county . Great shop clean and fast repairs .

Adams a great mechanic, diagnosed what was wrong and fixed it quick at a great price. He found some other stuff that I should address eventually but made sure to let me know that I had plenty of time to get it taken care of and that none of it was urgent. He's very upfront and honest about what actually needs to be taken care of now and what can wait, which is especially good if you're on a tight budget.

Honest automotive technicians and mechanics are too far and few in between, and this shop definitely has them! Excellent service and very knowledgeable employees. I was very happy with the repairs they performed on my vehicle and the prices are more than fair. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

We took our 2004 Silverado to Karoomis in hopes to make it cranck and start again and they were able to fix the issue for a fair price. Highly recommended

Adam and the guys who work at Karoomi's have gone above and beyond to create a trustworthy environment. You can really tell they care about their customers and their needs, not the dollar signs. Amazing!

Took my Honda Element in for some work. Found out I need a bit more than expected. Andy helped me understand all the costs and explained how each was troubleshot to ensure that I as his customer understood what he found and why it should be repaired. This is the go to place for all things car related in the area. Adam is polite, professional and isn t in the business of swindling those who know less about cars than mechanics (very rare I know). Do yourself a favor and don t waste time going anywhere else.
