Working with Intoxalock has been smooth and without problems. I have not ran into any issues and have followed the very specific rules with device provided by Intoxalock and Soundcheck Auto staff. The app has been great tool to have as well.Baron and his staff at Sound Check Auto have truly been awesome to do business with and Barons fair and professional business practices have been very appreciated during this entire unfortunate experience.Thanks for the expert help, service, and advice!

Baron at Intoxalock at Sound Check in Santee was very informative and helpful. I highly recommend taking your car there if you need an IID installed!

What a scam !! They over charge People compared to other places. I closed my account 2 months ago and I m still being charged when I called to let them know they said it was for road side assistance and that I would have to email them to cancel it !? Why would I have to do that when I don t have an account anymore and I was never informed of this either. Don t use intoxalock !

Baron was very professional and personable about the whole installation and educating me on how to use the interlock system and preventive measures to not get a false lockout.
