I've been bringing my Audi A8L to Pete for years now. He keeps it in great shape, he's honest and does great work. He has even submitted warranty replacements in suspension parts that I didn't even realize broke. I'll always bring my Audi here to Pete he's an excellent and honest Mechanic...and actually he's more of an engineer. Highly recommend these guys. Pete is amazing! They send you pictures of everything they are seeing - diagnostic alerts/codes, replacements needed, etc. step by step you are there as they inspect. It s super easy to search the diagnostic codes yourself online (car manufacturer manuals). And Pete was completely truthful in explaining the codes. Pricing is reasonable, and they never pressure you with services. They are now my forever mechanic.

Great service!! Pete does great job on all my cars! Explains car problems very well and in depth. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this shop! I have a Range Rover Sport that I've had all of my maintenance and other issues taken care of here. The service provided is fantastic! Pete goes the extra mile. He sends videos and pictures of diagnostics, shows me the parts that needed replacement, gives me a fair, honest quote, and overall gets the job done punctually. I was in San Diego and around Santee, CA and my car light up like Christmas lights while I was on the road.My cousin shared the number for this business. Went to the shop and met Pete on a Saturday and I understand he does only admin work on Saturday s.However, he was super kind and was ready to help me out. I've been taking my Audis there for years. Pete is so good at what he does that he could literally almost smell the problem with your car as you drive in. If you want quality service, fair prices and someone who knows what they're doing. Not just on an import but regular vehicle. Import Auto is the place to go.

Called, they quoted me $350 for a diagnostic, went back to pick up, they charged me $535.00, now my car won t start. Save your money.

Beware of this place I took in my daughter-in-law range rover for an oil change and to diagnose the check engine light. First thing the owner told me that the oil was filthy and when he opened it up it was making a loud noise....which I knew was not true. Well needless to say he changed the oil and filter and he told me later the vehicle sounded a lot better?? Hmmm?? I knew the oil needed changing so Im sure it was dirty but not black like he said , because it gets changed every three months. He then sent me all kinds of codes via text and said that they all needed serious attention. He said I cant believe the vehicle is running. Let it be known, my daughter has not had any problems will the vehicle other than the check engine light went on. I told him the codes didn't mean anything to me as I am no mechanic. And that when I think he thought man I can make some money. The first thing he said we have to start off by replacing the two fuel pumps. Then we can go from there. Im no mechanic but if fuel pumps are nonworking then the vehicle will not run very far. Anyways I told him do not repair anything. This guy made it sound like I needed a new engine. This guy is a smooth talker but he will rip you off if you let him.....the only thing he keep saying is well it is a range rover you know!! Never will I go there again!!ADDENDUM:Well the only advise I took from the owner of the shop was to get a second opinion. My daughter in law took her vehicle to another shop to get it diagnosed. Somehow that shop was able to diagnose it quick and fix the problem in approximately 2 hours! The vehicle needed an oxygen sensor and a fuel sensor which cost $880 for parts and repairs. This shop wanted to install two fuel pumps just to get started!! If indeed this owner is honest he would refund the $265 he charged for the diagnose he got wrong!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Pete is a very good technician, he is thorough and thoughtful. He works on my V12 Jaguar as well as my daily driver. He takes care to do the job right and thinks of good solutions. Pete is a wonderful technician. Very professional and can fix a wide range of cars. I bring my VW and my Volvo here. He is able to fix cars with aftermarket warranty and certified in BMW, VW, Volvo and Jaguar. Pleasure to have him as my go to mechanic.

Extremly friendly and helpful. My car was in storage for 3 years and went in for a oil change among other things. Pete explained everything that came up during the diagnostics. Gave me a special high end German fuel injector cleaner. If you have a European vehicle go to this place you will not be upset with the outcome.

Pete is awesome! He even tells me to call when I'm having any troubles and he will come get me if my husband can't as we are a military family! My friend called them for a engine diagnostic,he had his car towed there,they quoted him a price. But then they said it was very expensive price that he did not agree to.they called him a liar,we picked up the car and had it fixed somewhere else.beware of this place.
