My truck was hit at work while parked. I previously had work done at John s Collision which was in the same location as what is now Fix Auto. I had high hopes that the quality would be the same. It was! Manny is a great service advisor with great communication. The quality of work is excellent!

So, my insurance took my vehicle to Fix Auto Santee and they did a horrible job on the repairs. After 4 months in the body shop I went back to Fix Auto Santee about 3 times because they told me my vehicle was done and ready, which it wasn t. So I feel that they would not do anymore repairs to my vehicle because they quoted my insurance a set price without really checking the damage to my vehicle. They took my vehicle to Tire Choice Auto Service in Santee do the alignment but I don t think they did a good job cause my steering wheel still vibrates, I believe they should have take to a actual steering and suspension mechanic. Also they charge me extra from my deductible for replacing two tires that were damage from the accident, Fix Auto used a different texture on the lower side of the driver and passenger doors it doesn t look nothing like the original. My child safety lock is not even on the door they did repairs on, so I can t engage the child safety lock. The information stickers from the dealer that should be on the driver side door aren t there anymore. My tire pressure light came on this morning even though I have all 4 new tires. And to top it off my steering wheel vibrates so much when I reach 65 mph. Fix auto Santee told that it should go away after I replace the back tires. But it didn t the vibration still there. I don t feel safe driving my vehicle anymore on the road with my kids on board. I do not recommend Fix Auto Santee.Service: Painting

We had a great experience with Fix Auto Santee for the inspection and appraisal after our accident. The staff was friendly and their location is convenient. They were able to take our car in immediately and were quick and efficient in completing the inspection and appraisal of our damaged car. Unfortunately, our car was a total loss, so not able to speak to the quality of work they do.

From the moment I had my car dropped off for service. I was treated with superb customer service.The process was explained well, and was in contact and communication with the team while receiving weekly updates.The pickup process was flawless and my car looks fantastic.The team at Fix Auto should be commended from Manny Herrera to Richard Engles as again their professionalism, knowledge and attention to details was very thorough.I will be shouting from the rooftops and recommending Fix Auto to anyone in need of a bodyshop.

Above excellent service. Happy with the outcome. Someone had hit my unoccupied car, sitting in the street in front of my house. That person left no contact information. FIX AUTO rescued my 20 year old car, which is now beautiful again. Thanks to Alex & Manny who kept me informed and the crew who did an amazing job.

I took my van here 10/5 after someone hit me. They had my car done 10/11. So fast and the nicest people. They even returned my rental for me! Easiest experience. 100% recommend this place! They even cleaned all the bugs out of my grill

My husband told me to take my car to Fix Auto in Santee because he knows the owner from his past. I didn t speak to the owner at all, as my experience was with Manny. I explained what happened, he gave me a written quote within minutes and explained when the best time to bring it in, as it happened around the holidays. Once I took it in, Enterprise picked me up to get a rental and Manny said it should take about a week. He communicated with me throughout the whole time my car was there and pushed to get it done in the timeframe provided. The whole process was easy, smooth and the work done on my car looks amazing. I will definitely use them again if needed!

Fix Auto was great. They were upfront with costs and time, and were transparent when my repair was delayed (not their fault). The guys were super nice and even topped off the gas on my rental car when I forgot to fill it! And my car looks amazing!

My car was repaired here for a dent in the drivers side rear door. I didn t not deal with the financial part of the service because it was paid for by the at fault party. My brief communications with them were limited but very pleasant and professional.Not only was the repair done to my satisfaction they took the time to clean my entire car inside and out. Very impressive workmanship. Thank you Rhonda Mckee.

I was in need of body work for my 05 4runner and was referred by a friend to Fix Auto Santee. The first to greet me was Ed. He was very friendly and explained to me very clearly the process of the repair. When the repais were complete the vehicle looked great. Better than I expected. The manager I believe was George, took time to walk around the vehicle with me to make sure I was satisfied. Which I surely was. I would most definitely recommend Fix Auto Santee to anyone who is in need of body work.

Brought my car in to replace the damaged front bumper and they told me it would take 3 days. 3 days later they called to say it was done and it looks perfect! Employees were wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend!

First of all we were awaiting the bumper to be delivered to them before putting it in their shop. However, we wasted a whole day of our car being there as the part was not requested to be delivered out of Los Angeles until we showed up to drop off. So instead of the 2 days quoted to paint and install the rear bumper, it took 4 days. Which I wouldn't be upset if the work had been done accurately. The paint match is about 3 shades lighter than the rest of the car. And I expect that is attributed to the bumper being off different material than the car panels and hoods. But everyone in our neighborhood is noticing and commenting on the noticeable difference in the paint. So much for State Farm's preferred repair shop. Now the car will have to go back for re-painting. See pics for noticeable difference.

Solid experience from start to finish. Had a small ding on door with paint damage. They helped me understand the different options and cost. Delivered on time and the door literally looks like nothing happened! Great staff, communication and price. Honestly they ve been so nice and transparent about this whole ordeal i m going through with my vehicle. They have excellent service, informative, and guide you through the whole process. I ve gone to a few bodyshops in my time and I think this is the best treatment i ve had.Update: my repairs are complete and I have had an awful time with my Insurance company but I wanted to point out that despite my insurance causing immense problems for me the kindness and efficiency of the staff at Fix auto have made the experience so much better. I thank Fix auto and their staff immensely for all their help and i m beyond happy with the level of professionalism each staff member displays when I call or go to their shop.Services: Tires, Painting

I needed my mirror replaced on my car. Manny and his team were very personable and helpful in getting it taken care of quickly. The color match came out perfectly. My car got keyed up when I was on vacation. A total mess. So i brought it to Fix Auto Santee. They handled everything with my insurance claim all I had to do was drop it off. Then pick it up.Thanks to guys at Fix Auto Santee.

Great customer service. Bumper and rear tail light was damaged and fix auto fixed it as new! They even washed and cleaned my car inside outside, looked waxed and new! Do not go here . Had my vehicle repaired here . After completion of the repairs I picked it up and drove off immediately I turned it around . The steering wheel was at 6 and 12 to drive it straight . Talked to the manager and I asked him don t you test drive your repaired vehicles before turning them over to your clients ? After they took it to an alignment shop the fix auto manger asked me to give them a good review. 6 months later the front turn signal lense fell out while on the freeway. I bought a new one to replace myself and the screws were still in the grill support and couldn t be removed without breaking the grill support because the screws and inserts that they used were wrong ones and crossed threaded . My car looks better than ever. Door was replaced, scratches removed from other parts and the paint job is QUALITY!! My paint is custom, depending on the angle it looks a different color and you cannot tell a whole door was replaced and paint was matched. Amazing job like always. They also did a carwash on it and returned it to me cleaner than ever lol. Talk about white glove service. Thank you Fix Auto Santee !!
