We highly recommend Agile Offroad for excellence in design, products and service. We drove our new 23M/24W directly from the dealer to Agile in February and left it with the team for a month. We picked it up a couple of weeks ago and can't say enough about Agile's work ... They upgraded brakes, suspension, wheels, tires and water for us, as well as adding onboard air, IO pedal and more ... It literally drove like a different vehicle. Handling is excellent and the stopping power is exceptional. We worked closely with John and Nathan and really appreciated their expertise and commitment to customer service.

These guys are the most inclusive off-road shop for my Sprinter, bar none! Their custom parts, tech support, customer support, and willingness to try new things is the reason they are the best! No one has been lifting rigs for as long as these guys. They go to every overland expo, to show off new developments. Their YouTube channel is highly informative and they re always ready to help me out, when I m camping and off-roading; answering questions or sending out parts to where I need em.Without their help I could have been stranded many times, or without the best recommendations for to solve issues. Awesome company! Truly legendary stuff.

BUYER BEWARE .from customer who has spent $15k with Agile Offroad and has done all the major upgrades/modifications to my 2018 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 (RIP kit, Front/Rear bumper, lighting, etc.).I had a recent tire blow out and used the H1 Scissor Jack that John sold me (Agile Owner) saying it was safer than the Mercedes factory jack. It turns out, the scissor jack failed it bent and broke off at the tip while attempting to use it on a flat asphalt road. After 2 weeks of back and forth trying to get a response to my email explaining this product may have been defective and that I would like a replacement or refund John s response was for me to pay the shipping cost for him to inspect the defective jack with no guarantee of a replacement or refund. To nickel and dime your customers to pay shipping cost with no guarantee of a replacement or refund is ridiculous. A company with good customer service and an owner with good business ethics would have offered to pay the shipping cost to address safety concerns of a potentially dangerous tire jack that he is recommending and selling to Sprinter owners. This terrible customer service experience is an example that Agile does not stand behind the products they sell. If you want a jack for your Sprinter, check out the 6 ton Safe Jack it s a bottle jack that is off road capable and they offer a variety of accessories including a wide base.Regarding the RIP kit for those of you who are interested, if I were to do it over, I would not install Agile s so terribly named Ride Improvement Package . It does not improve your ride .it creates stability, yes, but you will pay for it with a VERY Uncomfortable and Rough Ride. Everytime I ride over a highway expansion strip, there is a LOUD BANG due to the rigidity of the rear leaf springs / Fox shocks which creates a earthquake effect. I would go with Van Compass if I were to do it all over again and get the adjustable shocks.

Agile went above and beyond in a tough situation I was having with my new RIP Kit. Im leaving 5 stars. For customer service, company standards, and overall the experience I received. My story for this great review started at a 1 star experience, which in the grand scheme of things, I would say was more my fault then Agile (shouldnt email, just call in to the great people at front desk, they all know what they are talking about). A quick reply to this one star review via a phone call from the owner of Agile quickly handled all issues I was having, and they went above and beyond to help me. Top notch service, and believe they made a customer for life! Thank you to the Agile team!

Agile has become my go-to source for all things Sprinter (Revel). They are so knowledgeable about all facets of these builds that they are now out ahead of the curve and developing new products before people even know they need them. Their mad scientists behind the (welding) curtain are genius and their sales and support staff or experts in recommending and applying the right tools for the job.Beyond the products - Agile has helped me become just that - more Agile. I ve been able to go places I ve only dreamed of and I ve had experiences I d have never had without them. Thanks guys!

As I was reaching the Mexicali border crossing on Friday, I noticed something wrong with the Starlink panel installed flat on top of my van's A/C by Agile Offroad in January 2023. I had worked fine daily until then. Since I need reliable and permanent Internet connection to work while travelling, I was faced with the prospect of canceling my Baja California Mex travel plans. A bummer since I had just completed the long drive from the San Francisco Bay Area. My only choice was to drive to Santee CA and wait until Monday for an onsite fix. Since it was past business hours, I left a voice mail explaining the situation. To my surprise, John Brindle (AO's co-owner and CEO) texted back that he was coming to the shop on Saturday to work on his own van and he would take a look at my antenna housing. We met at the shop at 10 AM on Saturday. John started replacing the damaged Starlink antenna housing. He called Brendon (?) the fabricator of the antenna housing who came to the shop (a 45' drive from his home on a Saturday morning!) to install the new-and-improved Starlink antenna connector to my old antenna. By 11:30 AM on Saturday the problem was fixed, and I was able to return to the Mexicali border crossing with a fully functional Starlink connection. Talk about five stars customer support!

I had the Agile RIP Kit put on my Sprinter 2019 2500 in September 2023 at Agile in San Diego. I also has the 47gallon fuel tank installed at the same time. The Agile team got the weight of the van and recommended the RIP kit that was at almost the exact weight of the vehicle, from memory recommended was 4400 and the one I wanted was 4700. I told them that I wanted to go with the higher weight RIP kit as I live in Alaska drive the Alcan, and plan to add more to the sprinter. I was told repeatedly by the Agile person that I should not do that, it was going to be too stiff and would be a hard ride, that no one does that and they have customers everywhere who get these kits. I told them again yes that is what I want as it is what I have discussed with other van owners in Alaska and it is the consensus and recommendation. The Agile representative then went and got another second person to come with them to talk to me and tell me that it was a bad idea to do that. Again they reiterated it was not a good idea, no one does that, it was going to be a stiff ride, shake the van apart potentially causing other damage, and that they do tons of these kits and people do all kinds of extreme driving and no one ever does this. I told both of them yes this is what I want. They then asked me to tell them what I planned to put onto the van and I told them a few items I had planned. They both told me that was not enough weight and I should go with their recommended weight. I said I want to go with the higher weight. They finally agreed to but said it was not recommended. I do not see why they needed two associates to try and talk me out of the higher weight suspension RIP Kit when I explicitly told them repeatedly Yes that is what I want. . I was incredibly frustrated with their attitude towards me and for trying to convince me that I was making a mistake. The van does not drive stiff and everyone I ve talked to since is not sure why there was such push back to the weight. The second part to this is the fuel tank install. I called Agile a day or two later after the install because of two issues 1) I filled up the new tank full on day 1 no issue drove for a few days to a different state filled up and the tank didn t show that it was full. I gave it a day on rough BLM roads to see if it would come up to full before calling. When I called Agile they said I needed to call the manufacturer as it was not their product. Even though I bought it from Agile and Agile installed it. 2) I have a diesel heater and it did not work after the tank was installed. I called Agile and said the heater is not working was everything connected up correctly as there is a direct line into the tank for the heater. Agile said yes all good on their side and said I needed to contact the Espar manufacturer. I tried with the Espar for days and could hear it trying to pull fuel and timing out. I had a mechanic friend look at the tank as it was not working they said whoever installed the tank did put the connector into the fuel tank but knocked off the clamps and tubing from the dank to the Espar and did not bother to fix. The Espar fuel line was completely disconnected dangling sucking air (see image).I have been angry about this entire experience with Agile since it happened. I paid a lot of money assuming a high quality of work at Agile and the level of professionalism, respect, and quality were all subpar. Whenever I talking about my van with people which I love to do, I have always mentioned that I had this experience at Agile. I recommend to buy their products but get the work completed someplace else unless you want to leave frustrated with no support.

Ordered the Agile valved Fox 2.0 shocks for my lifted 2021 Ram Promaster 3500 159 ext built out van. My build is pretty heavy and the OEM rear shocks had inadequate compression/rebound dampening which was very evident over speed bumps or through dips. I had only read reviews on Bilstein shocks for the Promaster and sounded like not a big improvement, found nothing on the Fox 2.0s. I had the Fox 2.0 shocks on my 2018 lifted class-C RV and they were a game changer. These shocks from Agile did exactly what I wanted them to, control the bounce. The ride also seems to be smoother. All around a great upgrade to my Promaster. Thanks!

We recently got the RIP package along with Cooper tires installed by Agile Off Road. Took the whole day, but the staff was friendly and took the time to explain the details of our new suspension, and answer any questions that we had. The improvement in the ride quality is fantastic, and we are happy that we went for the whole package. It was expensive, but worth it. Definitely recommend these folks.

High quality parts and service. I try to get the most out of my van and I never have to worry about anything they touched. It's been 9 years since my 4x4 conversion and I couldn't be happier.

Happy to the short distance by 20 minutes driving to the store. I'm satisfying with the installations and the upgrades on my Revel here by times, from suspension, rear diff. locker, Powerstep and Baja lights etc.. I think that are professional and enthusiastic CamperVan lovers and take their products very seriously.

Had a very unfortunate experience with AO. Purchased a fairly small item that was defective from the get go. Asked for an exchange and didn't hear back for several days. After a couple unanswered follow-ups over the next week, I received an email with an RMA and no further info. The RMA deducted something like a 20% restocking fee. Keep in mind, the original item shipped was defective. Alas, AO sells everything as-is, and their T's & C's explicitly void any implied warranty, so it's within their rights to ship you something broken and then charge you a restocking fee.I pushed back and asked for a full refund, but received no reply. The real kicker, however, is that my virtual card #, which was created for solely this transactions, was used in an attempt to purchase items 3 seperate times with a shipping address local to AO (confirmed with the merchant). I do not know if this was an AO employee or if their systems were compromised, but only AO would have access to this virtual card #. Electronic compromise with a local shipping address seems extremely unlikely, so the overwhelming likliehood is an AO employee attempted to use what they thought was a credit card # of mine to make fraudulent purchases. Either way, customer service was terrible, and the lack of security associated with my card # is sketchy as all get out.I sent the item back, resigned to paying the restocking fee. AO confirmed receipt with signature from the carrier, but never refunded my card. I contested the charge with my CC company, and was refunded in full. I have absolutely zero trust for AO.

Agile Offroad did a huge job on my 2021 Revel. Lights, winch, suspension, you name it! Now, 2 years later, they are still offering 5 star support. An item broke, my fault, not theirs, and Nick and Caleb stepped it up and got me taken care of right away. Top level service, highly recommend!

Be careful what you buy from agile off road. After receiving an RMA for my parts, packaging and shipping them back, they acknowledge the parts were received in new condition but refused to issue a credit because they claim the RMA was issued by mistake. When I tried to get an explanation I was told they would give me a reduced credit amount and I should consider this a favor. Ouch! In my experience when a company does this they are having difficulties and might not be around much longer.

I added the RIP suspension to my built-out new Sprinter Field Van 170. Unbelievable how it transforms your driving experience off and just as important on-road highway driving. I can now drive upwards of 70 on freeways that bank and turn. Passing semi's is not as dicey, and I can now drive in wind with confidence. The transformation is so very compelling.

Took my Revel Sprinter 4x4 van into Agile for some additions, including their new rear diff air locker from ARB. The whole experience was great in the way you were greeted and welcomed to their wonderful facility. Even got a personalized tour of one of the owners on top of it all. These folks know their stuff and will give you good recommendations on what you need and don't need. This is the place to come if you have a Sprinter van!

The experience we had at Agile Off-road was exceptional all around. The customer service rep setting up the appointment was kind and knowledgeable. They allowed us to crash the night before our appointment in their lot(we re full time in the van). Our van was already built and didn t have a proper mounting location for the compressor we wanted, they found another spot and hooked up a custom job. They fixed a few mistakes that I had made previously, didn t ask or charge. Just did it cause it was the right thing to do. The RIP kit has completely transformed the handling of our very heavy van. Now we can safely get to the destinations we ve been wanting to.They added a wiring project I had forgotten to ask about midday without hesitation. Always aiming to please. They stayed a bit after hours to make sure everything was functioning correctly and we knew how to operate the upgrades that had been performed. Also ensuring that we could get back on the road and in our home within the day. The wealth of knowledge and professionalism that all staff have is impressive to say the least. The owner is very hands on and it shows throughout the company. All this while offering laundry, showers and snacks onsite. Honestly can t think of a better customer service experience that I ve had with any other company. When we need any more upgrades for the van agile is 100% the place I ll be going.

I installed an Agile RIP kit on my van in 2021. The struts used failed well ahead of their life span. Agile went out of their way to talk through the options and help to get a replacement coming. The Agile Rip kit itself is a total game changer. The company's emphasis on correcting problems related to their products is outstanding. Thank you for the help in getting back on the road!

Rip kit installed on Sprinter dually 3500. After a few days driving around I am super happy! It totally transforms the van. It's an absolute pleasure to drive. I also installed the pedal box on your advice. Again, what a major upgrade. No more lag when hitting the gas. Many thanks to the awesome, very professional team at Agile!! Worth the drive from BC.

Total 5 star VIP treatment by John and the entire staff. We waited with our small dog in their comfy and well equipped lounge while the work was done. Can immediately feel a big difference after having the RIP kit installed on our 2wd Sprinter. Now, our van has a more aggressive stance and a bit more attitude on the road. Highly recommended and definitely worth our drive from Vancouver BC. (FYI for those coming from a distance, they advise you to re-torque the U bolts on the leaf springs after about 500 miles so you might want to bring your own torque wrench and a 19mm deep socket to do it yourself on the way home instead of having to find someone to pay to do it.)

Just came back from an extensive upgrade of my 4 years old (first generation) Revel, which included new Method 703 wheels, larger 285/75R17 BFG KO2 tires, AO RIP suspension package, AO big brakes, ARB locker (rear locking differential), VC rocker guards, exhaust and ESPAR relocation, removal of low hanging items (unused battery housings, replacing 2.5 grey water exit with small faucet ...), Starlink roof installation, and more. After 800 miles: everything works perfectly. It was a full 5-day job. 4 technicians + shop manager (Nathan) + sales (Kelly) + owner (John) worked until 8:30 PM on Friday to be done by weekend as promised. All were 100% professional, skilled, dedicated, gracious, and friendly despite the late hours. I highly recommend AO. I have experienced half dozen 4x4 shops over past four years, and AO is hands down the best. They are now 4-5 times bigger than they were in 2019 when I first visited. The showroom-reception-lounge-restroom is new (or recent) and looks great. It showcases many of the products that AO sells. You're lounging in the candy store: dangerous!!! You can stay overnight in the parking lot and run the washer/dryer while your vehicle is being serviced. And there are two dedicated work spots to set your notebook and use AO's Internet connection.

What everyone says is true- the RIP kit, while pricey, absolutely transformed our van and the driving experience. It drives now more like a passenger vehicle/SUV/truck than the clunky thing it was stock. They really take the time to tune it to your vehicle, and we are so happy we went with Agile!
