I came in looking for new wiper blades. John was very attentive and helped me right away by providing the best options, including the extended warranty on the blades I bought. He explained each option very well and also installed the wiper blades to my car. John made it a fantastic and easy experience.

Went in to get a new battery for my car and John was absolutely amazing in helping me find the correct one. He even went above and beyond and installed the new battery which was extremely appreciated. Definitely recommend this location!

Visited this auto parts store and felt like a kid in a candy shop for car enthusiasts! They've got more nuts and bolts than my toolbox at home, and I swear, even the lug nuts were winking at me. The staff here is so friendly that I almost asked them for car advice instead of my mechanic. If you're into car repairs or just need a good laugh, this place has your back - and your lug nuts!

I ordered a replacement door handle for my car. The package got lost in transit, and I was helped by Thinh quickly setting up an expedited redelivery of the exact part that I ordered. He was very kind and courteous, keeping me up to date throughout the entire process.

I really didn't like the service! I called and was told to come do an inspection. I arrived, no help to print out one piece of paper, when I printed it out I was told to wait half an hour. David went to lunch! Very good customer service!!!

Called ahead of time to ensure parts were in stock. Had the run around and had my time wasted with another auto parts store. Advanced auto and staff at this location went above and beyond in service. Parts were the exact match and was highly satisfied with the outcome.

Advance Auto was my go to store until I went here. Visited two times to give it a fair chance. First time, my son wasn't offered the standard military discount even though he presented a valid ID. Second time, the lady that appeared to be the manager was helpful, but got frustrated when I told her I didn't want the battery terminal she had in her hand, but wanted a different one. I checked out and asked for a military discount which was honored. I went back into the store to purchase another item I had forgotten the first time. When the cashier asked the manager about the military discount, she replied "No, not for this one." Right in front of me like I couldn't tell what they were talking about. I've been to numerous auto parts stores throughout the country and this is probably the least friendly and helpful store I can remember going to.

Very friendly/helpful staff there when I went. As everything else and everywhere else, prices are climbing unfortunately. They've had what I've needed so far every time I've gone. Will return
