Great local mechanic. Family operated. My father was a mechanic here In the area and after he passed away I wasn't sure where to go. I live near to AZ and decide to go talk to them. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Did not try to scam me and tell me a million things were wrong when they weren't. Very trustworthy and honest. I appreciate them and definitely refer others. Thanks guys.

Got my 2005 nissan pathfinder smogged quick and easy at a great low price. Very efficient and all but a few days later I went online to register my vehicle I couldn't find the DMV registration notice. I guess they forgot to give it back to me because it was nowhere to be found. I remembered that they asked for it when I first got there but don't remember them giving it back to me. Other smog test shops usually staple that letter to the smog report when they're done. So I called them but was told that they didn't have it and told me that I didn't need it to register my vehicle. How wrong he was. Under normal circumstances you don't really need it but in my case I couldn't register my vehicle without that letter. Because the DMV's website couldn't find my insurance info and told me to contact my insurance carrier. I called my all state insurance agent. They told me the insurance info is automatically submitted online so they didn't really know what happened. He said he could resubmit my insurance info if I gave them the pin number from that letter. I searched everywhere but couldn't find that letter. Now I have to wait hours on the phone for the DMV operator so I could explain the whole situation and hope they could help. What a waste of time. If they had only given me my letter back all this could have been avoided. Make sure you ask for the letter back to avoid such grief. I would have given them 5 stars otherwise.Update:I found the letter. It was on my TV stand. I am changing to 5 stars.

I would give them a ZERO if I could. They never turned in my smog, and 6 months later, I get stopped by a sheriff, find out my Tasha are bad. I went to the shop, and they had packed up and left the state.

I hadn't heard of Santee Tune Up Masters until a friend referred me to them. There's good reason I haven't heard of them, as they just opened up about two weeks ago. The owner gave me a good price on a rear brake job as I already had the parts on hand from eBay. In an out of the door in less than an hour, way faster than I'm used to (I usually drop it overnight). The waiting area is in plain view of the shop and I appreciated being able to keep an eye on my car during the process. Great service here, and I will likely bring my car here for my next service needs even though it's across town. Thanks, guys!

All I have is good things to say about this place. I met and spoke to both Frank and Kyle on the phone and they are really nice and honest. I new my jeep was wearing down on the breaks so I took it in and Kyle was really knowledgeable and basically walked me through what my vehicle needed.We ended up changing both the lower control arms and then changing and adjusting the rear drums and shoes. The overall cost was not bad either. It only took about 3 hours and that's only because the parts didn't get there until 12 and I dropped it off at 10. Lastly he personally showed me a part that was replaced and how worn down it was. I would definitely go back if I need more work done.

Very impressed. Shop was clean, and they fixed my ford for couple hundred $ after other mechanics told me to junk it, since repair would not make sense. They were fast too.

Great place and fast service. Prices are extremely reasonable. Came in late to get breaks done and they did it fast. finally felt like I wasn't getting taken advantage of because I'm a woman. Highly recommend this place!

Got a flat tire on the freeway and drove to this shop just off the exit. I patiently waited 2 hrs for the shop to open because i didnt have a jack. When they opened i realized they sold use tires. Long story short its been a day and my tire already needs air. They sold me a defected used tire. I have done buisness with arabic people about 5 times and every single time i have been burned. I am forever done dealing with them.

Got my smog check done here and the experience was awesome. Very fast and affordable. Other places charged me about $70 before, and I paid about half of that here. Thumbs up!

Pretty fast and great service.... they charged me $30 as advertised with no hidden fees for the smog test,,, these guys are so professional he did the smog test within 10 minutes ,,, will come back again for sure
